Have a brand new puppy 6 weeks old called to see if there was anything else that was needed for his health and well being, he was givin his first vaccine and deworm, they say no he is healthy we don't need to see him until he is 10 weeks , great then he gets sick and has worms like bad, called the vet got 3 different sets of advice, called another vet , took him to another vet they tell me he should have been given a different deworm from day one! And had we not caught this they would have killed him with intestinal worms , i called today to speak to someone and explain why we are canceling our appointment and was met with nothing but attitude like my teenager gives... would give less stars but not an option

I’ve been bringing my animals to this clinic for about 4 years now because of their somewhat affordable prices.. you get what you pay for I guess ????????‍♀️ My 6 month old kitten was stressed and hungry for nothing. Went in for a neuter, they didn’t touch him and I was never notified until the second I got there to pick him up and the receptionist asked “so... you’ll bring him back tomorrow?” Extremely unprofessional and I’m so disappointed. They lost 4 different animals from me today...

If i could give 0 stars i would. Worst vet i have ever taking my pets. They are nothing but rude and do not care for the animals only for the money. If you can please take your pets somewhere else. I have too many story's of pets being hurt while in their care and people being over charged for things. Please i am begging you go to another vet in town west grant has a nice one. Please

Sorry but they are over priced and don't find the veteran is friendly. There are other compassionate vetting out there that will work with you. Would not recommend anybody to this vet especially if it is a life-or-death situation as they will not see you unless a payment can be made in fall.

I took my dog in because he was wheezing and not breathing okay, they examined him and listened to his heart. they didn't do an X-ray or put pressure on his lungs to see if there is visible discomfort, they looked at his heart and said he was healthy but he wasn't. I then went somewhere else and was told that my dog had Plueral Effusion (fluid around the lungs) and he had a punctured lung, we had to drain my dog a few times before finding out that it was too late, we had to put him down. When we took my dog to the Greenwich, we had poor service. If Greenwich examined our dog better, we could of fixed him.

Quick to get my cat in, was quoted prices that were accurate which was extremely helpful, and all of the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming to both myself and my kitty. Cost of exam, treatment, and next week his vaccinations, were all less than what I was quoted which was a nice surprise. The veterinarian made sure I understood everything, and went the extra mile to help me help my cat. Couldn't be happier that we came here, and will be recommending and coming back any time we need. Thank you all so very much for your time and help!

I went to euthanize my cat yesterday. He was an old boy and loved dearly by the entire family. He presented with bowel problems 3 months ago and stopped grooming himself. I took over the roll of caring for him continuously and making him comfortable. When I arrived I was taken to the room immediately. The Vet Tech that came in after was indifferent and lacked any form of sensitivity. She smiled and asked me how I was in a bubbly voice. I had tears streaming down my face and I was a wreck. That’s how I was. She proceeded to ask me questions that I had already answered. I immediately informed her that he had eaten 45 min prior and would need to use the bathroom and to stop asking me already answered questions and to proceed with the Vet. I felt rushed and didn’t get so much as one work of condolences from anyone...In fact as I was in the room myself I heard the Tech say she couldn’t wait to leave as it was Friday. Brutal brutal experience. The Vet Tech needs to find another job doing something else. Do not take your animal companions there

We took our cat to see Doctor Simko and left feeling like he and his staff truly cared about the health of our pet. I couldn't recommend them more highly. There may be places that are a little cheaper, but I would go to Greenwich every time based on the level of care our cat got and the time the staff took to explain everything to us.

Would NEVER recommend them to anyone, my dog was in so much pain and they would not see him threw animal aid and told me to call SPCA because it's illegal to have a sick pet in my home.... Thank god for Fairview PET hospital they saved my baby's life!!

Went there and the doctor tried to lift my full grown cat by his neck and his leg got caught on a cord on the table and doctor kept pulling him. He could have really hurt my cat considering that lifting a full grown cat by the neck can break it. Worse part was my cat was coming out of his little spot where he was hidding and they were so impatient they couldn't wait five more seconds. . If I could give zero stars I would. Before I was taking my cat to Scott's vet but changed my mind because of the cost but I'm gonna go back.way better vet then this place. At least they care about your cats well being.

I brought my frenchie to this vet several times: got her fixed here and their prices were attractive compared to other vets and even held her overnight to monitor her, they have given me phone advice at no charge over the phone, helped me with several emergencies, staff is always friendly and lovely.

Dr. Michael has been our dog’s vet since we brought her home two years ago. We have seen him for routine appointments, a spay, and for an intestinal emergency. The care we have gotten for our dog has always been wonderful and reasonable. He is very knowledgeable and friendly, and the staff have been very caring to our dog. We are incredibly happy with the services and staff at Greenwich Veterinary Clinic and would definitely recommend.
