Dr. Arora is the best. Needed immediate care for my chocolate lab on a Saturday morning. Usually go to Colborne Clinic in Simcoe but was promptly given an appointment in Burford and was very grateful to be able to be seen on a weekend. Covid safety measures were in place. After seeing my dog in the clinic Dr. Arora came out to my car to speak at length and in detail about the treatment my dog required. Quick appointment, very happy with my first visit to the Burford Clinic.

Lack of care, does not do call backs, inexperienced, unreliable, not professional. Decided to bring my cat an to a different vet and now my cat is back to being happy, healthy and seizer free... Wish I didn't waste $1200 at this place for 0 answers...

First if all, pets cannot get hurt on a Friday as I was told no vet was there. No other options were given. I called every vet for 50 mile radius to help my poor cat. Finally one caring vet far away looked at him. He had vestibular issue from being given DOG ear drops. Cats are srnsitive. They caused the problem, then refused to help him. ???? I'm disgusted!

My cat was sick and I was in a panic to have someone look at her as my regular vet was unable to. Burford Veterinary Hospital was wonderful. They were able to see her within a few hours and helped calm me down. Lovely staff and lovely building. highly recommend!

Can't thank them enough, and the puppies liked it there too. We were looking after our grand puppies and needed to see a vet. No one was taking on any new clients, but they let us come, and we appreciated it very much. Thank you Jessie and Dr. Arora. We got great service.

very unimpressed. told them my cats age, exact birthdate even when I called to make an appointment for a procedure. They then examine him and look at his paperwork after to see his age. Tell me he's too old being 7, and charge me 83$ for the exam. very unimpressed! They should of looked at his paperwork before hand not after.

Incompetent the office in Burford and Simcoe. I had tell the vet what meds. I wanted. Over charge. 80$ fee for missed or late that they don't tell you about. Won't take cats or kittens as soon as they scratch. Also afraid of big dogs. Terrified of my bully. Over all poor care lack of communication way to expensive. I rate them a zero
