Been going to this vet Dr. LittleJohn Sr for over almost 20 years. Now his son Dr. Mitch LittleJohn and his partner Dr. Eric Kwok are usually the vets running the practice. They are compassionate, well educated, caring and in general wonderful doctors/people. They are genuine in that they truly care for their fur patients. They go above and beyond. In addition, the support and office staff are friendly and very helpful. A dozen pets, several surgeries and tons of visits later, I highly recommend them for all your furbaby needs.

Great service here. If you live in Brampton, or the GTA, don't bother researching vet offices out of the GTA. I had to bring my cat in for an exam, and everything was handled smoothly. For COVID-19 safety, I handed my cat off at the front door, and the doctor called me on my phone after the exam while I was waiting in my car. I was impressed with the amount of time that Dr. Mitchel spent with me on the phone to answer ALL my questions. I even asked his opinion on some pet products I bought online, and he took the time to address my questions. As well, he offered me a few options from low range to the high range without any judgement or bias. I'm really happy and confident that I made the right choice bringing my cat here. I cannot praise Dr. Mitchel enough, and I recommend him highly for any pet owners who want a vet who is passionate and honest.

This is a fantastic clinic to bring your pets. It is amazing how nice the staff and workers are. They will do what’s best for your pet and ensure they go home taken care of. We asked to take care of only a certain issue at our appointment but they checked everything and offered advice. The other appointment, Dr. Kwok provided us with the a grooming services as it was our first time and happily answered all of our questions. Highly recommend this clinic for any new time pet owners!

I brought my dog in for a physical as she hasn't been feeling her best lately, and Dr. Littlejohn was so attentive, thorough, and compassionate in doing her examination and explaining her current condition to me. He provided me with additional info on next steps and really went out of his way to make sure that both my dog and I did not feel too anxious, despite the current situation with COVID making it hard to conduct these examinations in the first place - though I couldn't go into the clinic with my dog, he took the extra time to bring the information out to my car and go over everything thoroughly with me. My dog loved him and she is usually really difficult with vets!

They are a blessing in disguise. I was skeptical about the rating on google but my first hand experience made it all clear. One of the BEST VET in town. Dr. Eric is a blessing to have, he has abundance of patience, knowledge, is passionate about what he does and is oozing with empathy. We got our 12 week old puppy vaccinated here and Dr. Eric was sooper kind in answering all our questions and went above and beyond. Few days later, our puppy accidentaly swallowed a 4 inch long and 1.5 inch wide Mango pit, I was devatlsted when I learnt of this accident, because it could really have become dangerous rapidly. We reached the hospital within fifteen minutes of the incident and our puppy was attended to immediately and thankfully Dr Eric was successful in getting it out of his system. I would say if you love your pet, which we all do, having access to a vet like Dr. Eric is the least we could do????. Kudos to you doctor and the awesome team.

I recently moved back to the area and took my 4 month Mini Schnauzer puppy to Dr. Eric Kwok for her final set of vaccinations. I was so impressed with Dr. Eric and the entire staff. The standalone building was easy to find, the receptionist (Grace) was professional and courteous, and Dr. Eric was so patient and considerate as well! He took the time to thoroughly explain all the vaccinations, gave helpful advice on puppy training/behavior, and clearly explained potential next steps. I’ve definitely found my vet of choice!

Really great place. It's close to my home, so it's not a very far drive and is easy to find. There are a few vets in my area but decided to go here because of the great reviews. Definitely lived up to the expectations. The staff are very friendly and seem to genuinely care for clients and their pets. Dr. Kwok is very knowledgeable yet down to earth. I like that they give you as much information as you need about your pets and are very responsive. I like that they sent me text messages to remind me to book my cats' next visit. Although I haven't been inside of the clinic due to covid, the staff still handle it well and make sure my cats are taken care of. I would definitely recommend this place.

We had good experiences with various vets, there was one in 2019 (female) who was not helpful, however, we are super happy with Dr.Kwok. He was great for our guy. Dr Littlejohn deserves 10+ stars. We can't be happier with the care and genuine nature of this man. He's a breed unto his own. After a very harsh experience prior we will not be going anywhere else for our furbabies. He sat on the floor and let our anxious girl get to know him at her pace. Less than half way through she was sitting on his lap and brought tears to our eyes. The ultimate gesture of friendship accompanied by a very sweet doggy grin. We are beyond thankful and happy to see everything we hoped for at the end of our visit was a success. Our baby needs rest and she's already showing great signs of recovery just like he'd hoped. I wish he treated humans too. ♥️ Bravo.

We are extremely grateful to Dr. Erick Kwok for taking out his time and answering all our questions in detail while standing outside in the cold weather. Our 11 weeks golden retriever, Enzo, was due for his 2ed vaccination and after checking great reviews on Google, we decided to take our puppy to Dr. Eric. I would just like to thank the wonderful Team at the Kennedy Road Veterinary Hospital! On Monday September 14th 2020 our beautiful cat Keeko who was 15 years old was having some health issues. On Sunday he took a turn for the worse. We requested an appointment online since they were not open on Sunday and it showed Monday was fully booked and the first opening was Wednesday. I called first thing Monday morning and explained Keeko’s situation and without hesitation they set up an appointment for that day. Unfortunately our beloved Keeko had to be put down. Dr. Eric was amazing! Never once did he try to force unnecessary treatments knowing our cat’s condition. With great compassion he gave us his opinion and options but the decision was ours alone. From the Receptionist who took my call to the woman who came to our car to explain what would happen next and to the others we came in contact with we thank you all for your care, kindness and compassion and a special thank you to Dr. Eric for making this very sad day bearable. We appreciate all of you! Rip Keeko <3 We love you!

Dr Mitchell Littlejohn has an amazing bedside manner, he is definitely taking after his dad. This is my first visit. I have chose this place because of good rating and closer to my home. As what most reviewers said Dr LittleJohn was very patient with my anxious American Eskimo dog. I supposedly booked for dental checkup, but ended up checking all other body parts. He answered ton of questions with hand out, providing many great suggestions. Caring don't come close ,my wife and I had to bring are 19 year old cat there that was having a hard time breathing.The vets were waiting at the door and rushed us in like my cat was human.They mad us feel like family and although there was nothing that could be done for are cat, they mad a very sad time manageable. Find it odd that there is no courtesy reminder call the day before the appointment. Was looking for a new vet in the area and as a potential new patient, I was not very impressed. Had to reschedule appointment from last week as something came up, showed up today as I was under the impression it was scheduled for the same day of the week and time of original appointment only to find out, I missed it by 30 mins….now they are asking to reschedule for next week. My cat needs to see a vet ASAP, and emergency isn’t a bill I can afford right now. Won’t be sending my animals here.

I (we) am a first time dog owner. Needless to say we had (still have) a lot of questions. Our first visit consisted of pages and pages of questions which I was convinced was going to get us fired as a patient!! Much to our surprise and delight, Dr. Littlejohn was so responsive and patient with us. We felt so comfortable with him. He and his partner not only answered ALL of our questions, but wrote them all down and emailed them back to us. It may seem like a little thing, but to us it was huge! We truly are grateful and appreciate everything we cannot tell you enough. They put our Pet above money and thank you thank you thank you so much. i can write a novel explaining to everyone how nice, sweet, kind and what a BIG HEART Dr. M Littlejohn has. thank you for all that you did, if anyone truly loves their pets please look into PET INSUARNCE we had the help with the insurance but in the end our dog lost the battle he was fighting for and Dr. M Littlejohn was there for us every step of the way, during hours, after hours and before hours. you are honestly a gift from above and the love you showed us for BOSCO we cannot forget nor can we ever repay you for.
