If you're reading reviews to determine whether or not you'll take your pet to this clinic, please read mine. My cat needed immediate assistance so I brought him there to get checked out. They were quick to scalpel him up after 2 visits, charging handsomely for it. They then proposed an invasive operation - keep in mind my cat is 15 years old. At the time, we didn't know any better and we trusted their expert opinion; we fell into the trap. Before committing to the surgery, I decided to get a second a opinion from another vet. It turns out Fletcher's "expert opinion" was a head scratching misdiagnosis! My second vet was strongly against any type of surgery, saying it was far too invasive for a cat his age, and there were other ways to treat him that would be in his best interest. I can't even imagine what would have happened had we moved forward with the surgery. If you're reading this, please avoid this animal hospital or at least get a second opinion before committing to any intrusive procedures on your pet. Do your diligence and consider finding a trusted vet otherwise it'll cause you grief, and potentially the well being of your pet.

Horrible experience with my very ill cat. They staff showed no compassion or empathy and left me waiting alone with my very sick cat while they socialized with other clients ( making small talk) . Ever since this clinic took on new ownership, the quality of doctors has deteriorated severely. I strongly suggest getting a second opinion for any advice they give. The next vet I went to was able to diagnose my cat immediately and made me feel much more comfortable.

Absolutely amazing vet and staff! I called because our dog had ingested something toxic, our regular vet was closed. Fletchers Creek Animal Hospital told us to come in right away. They took us right back and were wonderful with her. Seriously have never seen anyone so good! Cannot thank them enough!

I read a few of the reviews while waiting and experienced first hand really upset people in the waiting room yelling at the doctor being very disrespectful to the nurses and I felt truly bad for this clinic who is clearly extremely busy. Doc Dhaliwal really took his time and explained to me what was happening to my cat and even drew diagrams to explain why we need to do endoscopy and surgery what why where, unbelievably caring person, no question. You may have to wait and appointments may be late but they care for your animals and that's the most important thing. Not many clinic in the area complete extensive surgeries and I know my cat surgery took much longer as they showed me photos of his intestines being taken out and put together and I know it was a lot more complex than expected and he is back with me in one piece. Please respect these people and be patient.

This place shouldn't even get five stars, this place and the awesome staff deserve 150/100. Everybody is extremely friendly and professional. We drove 2 hours to this hospital who came recommended from our usual vet. (Our usual vet does not have a ultrasound machine) they were quick to get me in and allowed me to stay with my pet during her ultrasound. Dr. Tej was amazing. He was very friendly and professional. He spoke very clearly about what he was going to be looking for during the ultrasound. He was able to answer all of my questions that I had and provided me some insight as to what might be going on with my fur baby. Its been a year or more since something has been going on with her and I'm just so happy to be getting some answers. Thank you Dr Tej and all the staff who had made our visit as delightful as possible considering the situation with our sweet girl Sadie. ❤️

Brought my dog multiple times explained the situation. Every "solution" the vet had did not work, this includes special meds change of diet shampoo. They just want the money the secretary always has an attitude. Solved the dog problem at another vet strongly advise avoiding this one.

I have been with Fletcher's Creek for a few years now and have always received top notch service. You never feel rushed at your appointments and they give you lots of time to explain any issues you are having with your pet, which shows they truly care for their well-being. Just recently we were having difficulty figuring out why one of our cats was so sick, and in the end we found out he needed emergency surgery due to a blockage in his intestine. After a long day of work, Dr. Rice and her team performed this successful surgery at 9pm at night!!! Most vets could easily just say, "ok we'll do surgery in the morning", but no...this amazing team pulled together to save my kitty! They even stay overnight to monitor - please note this is not a 24 hour emergency animal hospital so the fact that they stayed was amazing. When you call to find out how your pet is doing if they are being hospitalized, they answer right away, and the Dr. will get back to you super quickly (within the hour or so). I've experienced some vets where I call to speak with a Dr. and the receptionist will just say, "ok they'll call you back when they are free" and won't call me until sometimes the day after....in my opinion, I find that unacceptable. Dr. Rice and her team will even call you to find out how your pet is doing at home after being hospitalized. This is just a whole other level of care and respect for pets and their owners/families, and of course, they are super professional and experienced, and their rates are average, so it's a win-win (great service for a great price!) I am very happy with the service and will continue to see them as long as I need to! I HIGHLY reccommend this veternarian to anyone!

Being un-professional and leaving the dog on his own suffering is the worst thing a animal hospital can do. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. the workers are careless people who dont care about animals. We've had moderate success with this vet in the past, but when we needed to take our cat in for a check-up after a night of odd behavior and vomiting, they weren't open. Despite the website saying they open at 8 and other sources saying 9, the office remained closed past 9:20 and we had been waiting since 9:00. Very disappointing and likely we'll seek another practice.

I was very impressed with this clinic. I took my male rabbit there to be neutered and they had him in surgery within 15 minutes of us arriving and they called me as soon as he woke up - you could tell they really cared about his well being and minimizing his stress as much as possible. It's very hard to find a good exotic vet for a fair price. Dr. Tej was excellent and I believe that their prices were fair. My rabbit healed very quickly after his surgery and the clinic followed up to check in on him a couple days later. I was impressed with the receptionist and how caring she was and with Dr. Tej and how well he treated my Levi. Thanks Fletcher's Creek! ????????

My dog has been limping for two days and when I called into the office yesterday, someone from front desk told me to monitor my dog for 24hours and to bring him in if he doesnt get better. He told me an appointment was not necessary and I could do a walk-in. I walked into Fletchers Creek animal hospital today at 6pm when the office closes at 7pm, the lady that greeted me told me they would not look at my pet because I made no appointments and that there was not doctor in - therefore no one can look at my pet, and how I could go to the emergency if I want to - zero empathy. If there are no doctors in at 6pm then the clinic should not be open until 7pm. Will not be visiting here again.

Dr.Taj Dhailwal is unprofessional, irresponsible, money minded doctor who does not cares about their pets just trying to making money. My 9 months old dog was killed by him on Aug 24th due to his negligence as we just went there was bandage change only, he took my zeoy inside the clinic at 1:00 pm and after 4 hours he said zoey was passed away and don’t know the cause or facts of the death . Being a vet doctor he knows what happen to his patients but he has no answer for the MURDER he did. Also, he admitted that after given him revearsal dose of sedation he went to see other pets in his clinic and once he came back my son was died, we have videos where he admitted that. I am fighting now my son Zeoy justice so that what happens to my son he will not do the same thing with the innocent pets. So i am humble request to everyone who sees my review please save your pet do not visit his clinic.

What a great vet! I brought my daughters bunny in because her paws had sores on them and let me tell you the receptionist and veterinarian were really great to work with. I had called first and the receptionist was so friendly and went above to ask the vet a question for me before I made an appointment. I was also pleasantly surprised at the price of the visit not what I was expecting to pay. Thank you! The vet is super clean and the veterinarian was very informative and gentle. I had dr tej dhaliwal come to my home and take a look at my cat. He said my cat was perfectly fine. After a few days I called dr dhaliwal but hasn't returned my calls I had to go elsewhere to receive the services I needed to find out a few days later that I had to put him down. I'm extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the services I received from this clinic. I called Dixie Road Pet clinic and was able to get the service I required for my pet and had an amazing experience with them.

I brought my 10 year old boxer to them because she had a lump on her side, they removed it. She was in such great care and they knew I was worried about her. They sent me a picture of her in recovery wrapped in a warm blanket with a teddy beside her. They treat each aminal as if it is there own. They are best I ever had, friendly with me and Baileys, kind and every helpful. I recommend them to any one how needs a great vet. They understand was a pet means to you.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The results of the ear cropping procedure which was performed on my beautiful Doberman has been absolutely horrible. One up, one down and even an extra build up of cartilage in one ear. Trust when I say, DO NOT do this to your precious pups. Not here.

My friend brought their wonderful dog (Zoey) to this clinic for a routine bandage change. What ended up happening instead is that hours later they were told Zoey had passed away. Zoey was injected with a dose that was much higher than the standard amount and was left unattended for. If you love your pets don't bring them to this clinic.

My cat received excellent care here over the years. Dr. Dhaliwal was great with him, gentle and friendly. All of the staff are knowledgable, helpful and kind. Unfortunately my cat passed at the age of 18. Laurie was absolutely invaluable helping me to make cremation arrangements. She went above and beyond for me. I truly don't know how I would have gotten through this process without her help. When I do make the decision to adopt another pet, I will return to Fletcher's Creek Animal Hospital.

If I could give-5⭐ I would...I called them because obviously it's an animal hospital and I had an urgent situation with my dog. A lady picked up and I began to briefly explain my situation. She puts me on hold for 11 minutes and NEVER came back to the line so I hung up and went to Brisdale Animal Hospital where they treated my dog and had EXCELLENT SERVICE! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOSPITAL TO ANYONE NOR WOULD I EVER GO THERE!!!!
