All previous assumptions I made about dogs going to the vet and being scared have been changed. I felt like we walked into a clinic for people. There was a personal attention by the reception, the vets assistant was pleasant and courteous, the vet was awesome and she proposed services that not only could help our dog with healing but also preventative, reasonably priced laser treatment to prevent. Je rappel quelque jours plus tard et prends un rdv pour un détartrage et c’est lors de cette procédure qu’ils découvrent qu’elle a 1 dent de cassé en deux et une autre qui bouge beaucoup. J’avais réussi à parler à la vétérinaire qui l’avait examiné et elle m’avait répondu je ne sais pas quoi dire la bosse doit avoir fondu. Wow en 2 jours. Il y a 2 mois je me présente à 9h55 en urgence mon petit chien est en difficulté respiratoire on me répond on ouvre juste à 10h et de toute façon on est complet. J'aurais surement accepté de payer le double dans mon processus décisionnel. N'en demeure pas moins qu'on parle d'un montant de près de 1000$, ce qui à mon avis demeure considérable pour un cas comme celui-ci.. Je me dis que l'information est pertinente pour un avis.
