They're in high demand sometimes the wait for an appointment can go up to 2-3 days, but they really do try to fit you in. When I called them I was told that if I could come immediately I would be able to see the owner himself! We took our cat in for a checkup after a unrinary track infection. The process of making an appointment was easy and flexible. Meeting the vet is a stressful experience as you hope your furry friend is back to his normal habits! I was glad to hear what the vet had to say, she was professional and took our financial needs into consideration. She made recommendations and supported us through the process of our cat’s recuperation. I had one of the best experiences if not the only! They were really caring and followed up with us at regular intervals. They even accepted to call us back when were not sure about something. They were reassuring and now or cat seems to be back his normal self. Thank you for your continued support through a very stressful time! Couldn’t ask for a better vet! Definitely recommending this vet clinic to any who are looking for a quality or service.

Mon chien ne mord pas, mais c'est quand même un animal; se peut-il que chaque fois qu'il va chez le vétérinaire et qu'il se fait tripoter partout et piquer, il ne tripe pas de se faire amener à l'arrière sans son maître? J'ai trouvé cela vraiment dommage et ça brise ma confiance envers eux, on ne m'a jamais averti de cela, et on n'a pas pris considération de son langage corporel: avait-il l'air inconfortable? Se peut-il que dans un environnement inconnu il ait besoin d'un point de repère qui le rassure?
