My dog and cat have been going to this clinic for years. Before them, my childhood cat was treated here and she lived for 16 years. They have turned me away on more than one occasion because they have no availability for over 1 week. Unfortunately, when I call, it is an emergency. The last time, my senior dog was just starting to have kidney problems. Instead of being treated by a team of vets and assistants that he knows, we went to another clinic in Beloeil who understood the emergency and made room for us. We've spent over 1000$ in the past week for treatment. I don't think I'll come back here after this most recent experience.

We brought our dog in for a tooth problem, the vet told me about pill worm vaccines, blood tests and pi bowel movements full of things she didn't need. The vet was supposed to do several suvis with us and all the times she did not. Finally, we went to another vet, in beloeil to have a free consultation and pay less for the same procedure, without feeling as if they were selling me unnecessary products, especially if they saw other things during the procedure I don't want to Also fooling myself into paying for more things that my dog doesn't need and making her endure more. Now, after 2 weeks of waiting for a callback from the vet, and already another appointment for surgery with the other veterinarian, we receive a call at 8:30 p.m. in the evening still no follow-up, and suddenly we have an appointment here the next day without notice. I can't believe it! I strongly recommend shopping for your vet, because we see a member of our family and we would like the vet who takes care of her to see her too and not just a sign of dollars. Never in my life have i had such horrible service at a vet clinic !! My dogs are like my children and i expect them to be treated as such even by others. Long story short, we brought her to the vet because of her teeth, we walked out of there with useless medication, and the vet tried to sell me on poop tests, blood tests, vaccines, pills and worms treatments, telling me my dog is underweight, (when every other vet including my new one says shes a small husky and at a perfect weight for her size). After this we were put on a wait list for the surgery she needed. The vet was supposed to e-mail me some follow up information and never did, after a while they called due to cancellations and we couldn't take the appointment so they took us off the list. we called back wondering how long she had and they told us what had happened, we said to put us back on the list and have the vet call us back, a week later .... nothing. we called back she said in a few days. I'd already gotten fed up and went to a different clinic who offered a free consultation for her teeth and no wait list, they gave her an appointment on the spot and the surgery is costing less there. Now, two weeks later this place still never called back. we get a phone call at 8h30pm saying that our dog now has an appointment tomorrow, no other information, never spoke to who we were supposed to, never called to schedule it but now they're confirming it? My dog isn't here for profit, and i find it sad that some people try to take advantage of that. Hopefully you'll rethink your vet choices if you care for your animals same as I. La technicienne a pris des détails du chaton, ne l'a même pas regardé, a transmis ces renseignements au vétérinaire qui a entr'ouvert sa porte et m'a dit il va avoir besoin d'un soluté, je ferme dans dix minutes allez à St-Hyacinthe à l'École vétérinaire. Une fluido thérapie aurait éré suffisante pour le maintenir en vie jusqu'au lendemain. Je lui ai dit mais vous n'avez même pas vu la petit. La technicienne l'a vu. J'ai dit non elle n'a que pris des renseignements. Elle me répond je crois qu'il y a un manque de confiance. Allez à St-Hyacinthe. Je suis repartie et le chaton est décédé 3 hrs plus tard. Le matin j'ai fait faire une fluido thérapie aux 2 aurtres CHEZ UN AUTRE VÉTÉRINAIRE et ils sont toujours en parfaite santé. Son refus était injustifié, particulièrement en ce qu'elle n'a jamais même regardé le pauvre petit et JAMAIS je ne retournerai à cette clinique et JAMAIS je ne conseillerai qui que ce soit d'y aller !
