One of my cats was VERY nervous about being there and everyone who interacted with her was so gentle and kind (even though they were warned she may bite). So considerate and very informative. Finalement, il lui ont fait, malgré les NOMBREUSES spécifications, les vaccins. J'ai téléphoner par la suite pour comprendre la situation, personne n'a été capable de m'aider, aucunes excuses.... C'est vétérinaires ne sont qu'à l'argent et se foute de nos animaux. À fuir !!!!

Ils ont meme fait ses griffes gratuitement plus un sac de nourriture Dental Care offert par la compagnie Hills lors d'un détartrage. Mais au final le plus important est la santé de mon chien et une belle qualité de vie pour son dernier bout de chemin. Encore une fois merci !

Plutôt que d'essayer de m'expliquer de façon professionnelle les meilleures options qui s'offraient à moi, il m'a fait sentir comme une épaisse. De plus, après vérification, ce qu'il m'a dit sur la nourriture tenait plutôt d'une opinion professionnelle que de véritables faits, compte tenu qu'il n'y a pas de consensus à ce sujet chez les vétérinaires ou les nutritionnistes canins (pour ou contre la nourriture crue). Il semblait donc très imbu de lui-même et très porté à juger les autres plutôt que de les aider véritablement.
