If you are looking for people who care about any animal you have, this is the place. I called on a Sunday morning. Was met with a smiling and comforting voice over the phone as I explained my situation. If I was ready to wait they would fit me in between other appointments...if i was willing to wait...just the mention that they could see me and put my pup (he is 10 years old) at ease I would have waited an eternity to be put at ease. To find out that he has arthritis and not the worst that I looked up on the internet (i will say never to look it up on the internet, because we all do). Thank you for your care and the way you looked after my Denver, it is greatly appreciated.

We had called at least 12 other clinics in Montreal but none could see our little Jules, other than the DMV. Considering it was 5:30 PM on Friday, the emergency charges were exorbitant. The DMV vet offered us surgery that would cost $ 8,000 + tx in addition to an overnight hospital stay at a cost of $ 1,600 + tx. As we would soon be moving to St-Hilaire, we took a chance and called Animalia. The receptionist Charlotte was very attentive to our problem and after consulting the veterinarian Dre Maricela Dorantes, she announces to us that they will be able to hospitalize our little Jules for the night and that they would operate on him before the opening. from the clinic the next morning (since they were already full for their day on Saturday). We were absolutely in shock that this clinic agreed to receive Jules on a Friday evening since we were new clients. Dr Maricela was a real angel, she started her day earlier on Saturday to take care of our little one. The surgery went really well, and she kept Jules under observation until Monday, so all weekend. Dr. Maricela is an amazing veterinarian and treats our animals with the utmost care. Despite the fact that the surgery turned out to be more complex than expected, we came out on Monday with a bill that was 4x cheaper than the one offered at the DMV, including the hospitalization all weekend, the surgery and all the medications, which is really reasonable. Dr. Maricela saved our dog and we will be forever grateful. We have found our vet for the future. A big thank you to the entire Animalia team ???? Nous avions appelé au moins 12 autres cliniques à Montréal mais aucune ne pouvait voir notre petit Jules, autre que le DMV. Étant donné qu’on était vendredi 5:30 PM, les frais d’urgence étaient exorbitants. Le vétérinaire du DMV nous proposait une chirurgie qui coûterait 8000$+ tx en plus d’une hospitalisation d’une nuit au coût de 1600$+tx. Comme nous allions bientôt déménager à St-Hilaire, nous avons pris une chance et appelé chez Animalia. La réceptionniste Charlotte à été très attentive à notre problème et après avoir consulté la vétérinaire Dre Maricela Dorantes, elle nous annonce qu’ils seront en mesure d’hospitaliser notre petit Jules pour la nuit et qu’ils allaient l’opérer avant l’ouverture de la clinique le lendemain matin (puisqu’ils étaient déjà complets pour leur journée du samedi). Nous étions absolument sous le choc que cette clinique accepte de recevoir Jules un vendredi soir étant donné que nous étions de nouveaux clients. Dre Maricela était un véritable ange, elle a commencé sa journée plus tôt samedi pour s’occuper de notre petit. La chirurgie s’est super bien passée, et elle a gardé Jules sous observation jusqu’à lundi, donc toute la fin de semaine. Dre Maricela est une vétérinaire extraordinaire et traite nos animaux avec le plus grand soin. Malgré le fait que la chirurgie s’est avérée plus complexe que prévue, nous sommes sortis lundi avec une facture 4x moins chère que celle proposée au DMV, incluant l’hospitalisation toute la fin de semaine, la chirurgie et tous les médicaments, ce qui est vraiment raisonnable. Dre Maricela a sauvé notre chien et nous serons éternellement reconnaissants. Nous avons trouvé notre vétérinaire pour le futur. Un gros merci à toute l’équipe d’Animalia ????
