Here you have all the opinions of people who consumed the products and services of Trenton Pet Hospital (Veterinarian) in the area of Belleville (Canada).
Nowadays this firm gets a score of 4.3 stars over 5 and the rating has been calculated on 127 reviews.
You may have noticed that it reaches an feddbacks average is quite high, and it is based on a very high number of reviews, so we can think that the rating is quite reliable. If many people have bothered to give their review when they are happy with the service, it works.
You know that we don't usually stop to put scores when they are positive and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or issue...
This Veterinarian is classified in the category of Veterinarian.
had to put down a close feathered friend today after a rapid decline. despite that we were new clients and even during covid, they managed to book us a same-day appointment and handled it with so much care. i'm incredibly grateful for dr. jinni. she explained the process very well and was very caring and comforting, and i can only assume my bird felt just as comforted. i would recommend this pet hospital to anyone with exotics or small animals. thank you all so much for your help <3
Friendlly
You can really tell that they care about the pets and the owner here. They dealt with are loss with professionalism and compassion. This is a great place.
The workers there are very nice and caring. I love it there and so does my dog(when he isn’t getting a needle). They always keep it clean there.
Yesterday, I had an emergency with my budgie. It's hard to find a vet that will take birds, let alone at the last minute, but this clinic does, and did their utmost to fit me in with such short notice. They did so in the friendliest, most considerate manner when it came to handling both Peeps and me. Contrary to what so many people unfortunately say about vets, TPH did absolutely nothing to make me feel as if all they wanted was my money. They explained everything to me, gave me options, and provided an estimate. But more than that, their kindness extended to calling twice the next day to check in on Peeps and see how she was doing. I am so grateful for how they provided their service and expertise and highly recommend them. I'm happy to say that what they did provided an answer we wouldn't have known otherwise, and that their treatment has Peeps perked up and feeling better.
answered all my questions and then some very impressed
Excellent customer service, the staff of Trenton Pet Hospital have been consistently kind and considerate with my cat Athena during her visits. I am grateful that they are also able to offer care to small critters such as my ferrets. Despite these trying times, the staff continues to do excellent work and I appreciate their efforts!
Kind dedicated staff who treat our monsters like family.
Talking from the perspective of someone who has seen first hand the love and care they provide all of their clients I can honestly say that this is truly the place to bring your pet. I worked at there puppy daycare over the summer and it's astounding to see every day the standards they hold up to each and every client. They honestly treat the pets brought here as if they were children, and do everything possible to make sure they're properly taken care of, and have the best experience possible. Truly an amazing place to bring your pet!
Incredible location next to the river, staff are amazing and genuinely care about the well being of patients (animals), and interact very professionally with owners. The website/app for this location is a must-have... Our cat has his own little profile on the app, and we are able to order food & supplies, request medical charts, or ask questions to the staff. Highly recommend going here for your Pet needs!!
Great team of staff here. Really will take good care or your pets well being. Really caring
We became part of the TPH family a little over 2 years ago when we moved back to the province. The team has always been very accommodating with fitting in last minute appointments or even taking thier time to chat over the phone. We have always been welcomed with smiles and love for our pups. When issues came up with our loved one Balder Dr Jinni was very straight to the point and discussed realities which i very much appreciated. She took the time to talk with me several times with regards to our situation with only true understanding and no judgment. The day of they were sympathetic and loving and yes we received a lovely bouquet of flowers a few days later. They took the time to check up on us and our shepherd we still have with us. Couldn't imagine a different place to bring my pup to, excellent care.
They are very friendly and kind. They go very far to care and make sure your fur babies are healthy and well taken care of while in their care. They also have payment plans if your financially struggling as well. They also have insurance for your pets if you interested too. So I 10/10 recommend the Trenton Pet Hospital
Poor vet.. Will lie to you to get more money from you
Lovely place.
Today was Cooper and Lucy’s first appointments with Trenton Pet Hospital for vaccines and Tchip...❤️ Lucy, my fearless warrior, and Cooper, my sometimes nervous nelly, took all like champs, soooo proud of my pups!!! ????....As for the staff: Cody: Thank you for taking good care of my babies and answering all of my questions, very much appriciate it!...Ohhhh and just a heads up, Cooper has another appointment booked for May 5th so just remember not to turn your back on him or he will escape, again! lol I guess i should have warned you that Cooper knows how to open doors ????...Heather: I know Cooper was a little nervous going in so i just want to say a huuuuge Thank you for sitting and talking with him for few minutes til he felt more comfortable and answering all of my questions when i called back!...You guys are great, will be bringing my pups back and highly recommend!!
Great staff!! They care about pets a lot. Willing to fit you in even if they are really busy. Most vets I've dealt with in the past wouldn't do that.
Was passing through and had an emergency and the staff were kind compassionate and understanding. Good service and my pet received top notch treatment and service.
My first experience here was an emergency with a pet. The staff were kind, compassionate and caring. Our first meeting was at the end of a long and busy day for them. Together, we did everything we could for that pet, but there comes a point where nothing more can be done. The staff went above and beyond, and for that they will have my continued small animal friends to care for. If I didn't have a vet I loved for all my animal needs, I would choose here. GET their app????!
Amazing friendly staff who practice fear-free care. My dog has severe anxiety but loves going there. Literally - she gets excited to go to the vet!
They are all awesome. They treat you great and your furr babies too. They really love ???? them. It's great thatyou can pay monthly.
Amazing service and continued to uphold their values and amazing services even with the current pandemic. Would not take my dogs anywhere else! Highly recommend
Awesome place to take your pet. ☺
Excellent staff, great clinic.
The staff is very kind and informative. We always feel our animals are getting the best care.
I love that they take the time to make it as stress free as possible for my little dude
Exceptional care and exceptional people are at Trenton Pet Hospital. Thank you Dr. Jinni, Justin and all the girls for taking care of my Mona
Were super helpful with my 3 rats! which can be a problem finding a vet to deal with small animals. Made me feel super comfortable and were great with my boys, I'd reccomend to anyone.
Best place going very friendly and took very good care of my dog and always treated us with respect
The girls and the veterinarians are helpful, knowledgeable, and very supportive. A very friendly and professional atmosphere.
Great people
My dog Esabella broke her nail last night and even though they are not our vet they allowed us to come in to stop the bleeding. They even set up an appointment for first thing in the morning and are fixing her nail at this moment. Very caring and wonderful vets office!
Staff members were very friendly and informative.
Frist time there my dog got stung by a bee and they got us in right away love the feel of the place and everyone was very nice kinda on the pricey side but I didn't mind it I will definitely go there again
It's very expensive.
You can really tell that they care about the pets and the owner here. They dealt with are loss with professionalism and compassion. This is a great place.
Great friendly place, full of information we needed.
Highly professional staff, very reliable and compassionate towards pets and owners. I will certainly recommend this hospital.
Time and time again we bring our fur babies here and time and time again we are amazed at the amazing staff and quality of care they provide for our little ones! The team here is absolutely amazing and will go out of there way to make your pet as comfortable as possible!
So very friendly
The staff here are gentle and patient! So glad I switched my fur baby to this clinic. Highly recommend to anyone!
amazing service and the technician's are very compassionate and understanding.
Both Jack and Saul love Dr. Jinni and her staff. Thank you for taking such good care of them and their health over the last few years.
Excellent service and staff
Demanded 200 cash before they would take our cat. Find out his toxicity were high and was seeming to seizure but wasn't total cost crazy. No payment plan in a stressful situation
????
Called with an urgent matter, got right in and was able to wait for my cat. Service was excellent.
They were so fantastic with my rabbit, and doing his sugery! I highly recommend this place and i will be continuing to come here!
Prices are crazy and I asked for haircut and nail trimming and only got 1 service
We brought our dog in to address some issues he’s been having with chewing his feet. While I understand that they are busy this time of year, it was very obvious that the veterinarian had not taken the time and looked at my dogs medical history before trying to diagnose/address his issues. She first suggested he get tested for tickborne diseases, which was a first red flag since he already has anaplasmosis and has been on a anti tick/flea medication since we got him from the shelter in December. After we corrected her and said he already has a tickborne disease, she looked at his file and assumed he is Lyme positive (he is not, and his paperwork reflects that) the vet tried to give our dog a blood test to see how his nonexistent Lyme disease is progressing. We again clarified that the dog does not have Lyme. The office blamed the paperwork for being “confusing” although we had seen this vet on a few different occasions since adopting in December and had gone over his history (including his anaplasmosis) with this office every time we’ve been there. We were very uncomfortable taking any advice from them once we had realized that the vet had clearly not reviewed his history properly. Nice office, kind staff, but unfortunately niceness doesn’t make up for complacency.
To take good care of our bird
Super friendly staff, they take very good care of my pets whenever I visit. They truly care about the animals that come in. Highly recommend. (:
My cat Persephone (Meow for short) is a 14 year old domestic Short-haired pastel Maliki, began suffering from severe tooth decay + an infection in her gums from the teeth. I called Quinte animal hospital first, but due to Covid-19, they are currently unaccepting of new patients, therefore my next logical call was to the Trenton Pet Hospital, and to my pleasure and relief, they were willing to take Persephone in as early as that day for an emergency exam and provided me with step-by-step results of how everything went. 30 days later and multiple extractions later, Meow is visibly more happy and energetic than when I originally adopted her 8 years ago. I admit that it was a bit pricey, maybe if I had considered insurance, I would have not seen it that way, but it was worth every penny (with a small refund because the vet works as best she can with your financial situation) as they not only took care of my cat but made her feel more than comfortable to where she now wants in her cat carrier to go out! I'm eternally thankful to the entire team down at the Hospital. If you have a FAMILY MEMBER and your reluctant to take them anywhere close, don't be. Dr. Jinni and the team down at Trenton Pet Hospital have everything they need to promise a great stay for your animal & the only thing they seem to care about is the well being of each patient that comes and goes.
Kind staff, easy to understand advice, my dog is very anxious and they really try to help her best they can. Prices seem to be comparable to other vet clinics
Looking for a new vet. Hope this will be the one.
Very expensive always trying to up sell
(Translated) Great service! Attentive staff. I recommend ++ (Original) Super service! Personnel attentionné. Je recommande ++
Nala just loves visiting Trenton Pet Hospital. They always take such good care of her in there. Especially since we can't go in anymore with pandemic restrictions, I'm happy she's still excited to go in and see them :)
Excellent and friendly service. Compassionate, caring, empathetic, lovely staff. It was my blind rescue dog’s first visit and with the pandemic I was afraid of how she was going to handle the situation being separated, but everything was great. The staff did an excellent job. Very kind and caring staff. Dr. Jinni takes time to answer questions and explain diagnoses and procedures. She is simply great. All staff are very lovely caring and compassionate. All staff at the clinic are amazing, friendly and very helpful and very knowledgeable. They do follow up after surgery. Excellent care by an amazing team. A small practice with a big heart! They are the only animal clinic that accepted us during the lockdown and l am extremely grateful. They offer health plans with monthly payments . I strongly recommend them to anyone.
Our dog recently got hit by a car and his 2 back legs were badly injured. We took him to Trenton Pet Hospital and they have been nothing short of amazing. They are so accommodating and have gone above and beyond to make sure that he is taken care of. Would recommend them to anybody who wants their pet to be treated like they are family. It has been less than a week since he got hit and when we took him in for his bandages to be changed, he was very excited to see all of the staff again. The fact that he remembered them and was happy to see them meant a lot to us and it helped put us at ease. Thank you so much for taking care of our special boy!
Thank you for taking such great care of our Molly.
Yesterday my hubby and I had to put our cat (and friend, companion, buddy, pal & son) Mo to sleep, due to rapidly declining health and mobility; it was one of the hardest personal decisions we've ever had to make. The staff took very good care of us, and they made Mo's transition to the next chapter in his journey as comfortable as possible. From my husband: They sat with my wife while she held Mo during his last few moments (I was not in the room with them, but was on FaceTime), and reassured us that as difficult as the decision is, it was the best one for Mo's quality of life. Today, not 24 hours after Mo left us, flowers of condolence were delivered to our house from Trenton Pet Hospital. The thoughtfulness of this gesture meant very much to us, and while it quickly brought up fresh new tears, it was reassuring for us to know that the staff at Trenton Pet Hospital care so much for their clients and their fur-families. We couldn't have asked for better service and would absolutely recommend Trenton Pet Hospital to anybody.
Dog likes the staff. Very friendly and warm.
Excellent staff and advice. Took our fur baby here on short notice, they assisted us quite quickly and had her taken care of no no time. Reasonable price for such high quality service. Definitely recommend.
All of my dogs enjoy going to see Dr Jenni and her wonderful staff (Well except maybe Roscoe and Miro). Always a very pleasant visit. Staff are also very willing to answer any questions that you may have and take to time to ensure you understand. Recently I lost my Min Pin Hildi (she was 13 1/2) had diabetes and had gone blind. I was allowed to be with her when they started the IV lock, held and kissed her through the experience and then held my precious Hildi in my arms while Dr Jenni gave her the medication to help her across the Rainbow Bridge. I was then allowed to stay with her as long as I needed. I recommend the Trenton Pet Hospital to anyone who is looking for a pet hospital for their fur babies. Karen
The Trenton Pet Hospital is amazing. Their staff is so kind, caring and accommodating. We have been taking our pets here for the past few years and they always go above and beyond the call of duty. I love that they use techniques that most pet hospitals do not, o keep the animals calm and relaxed during their stay with them and appointments. You can see how each and everyone of their staff members are passionate about what they do, giving the best care and treatment possible for your animal. We highly recommend Trenton Pet Hospital!
We have been clients of Trenton Pet Hospital for many many years. They always give us great service. We have 3 cats, and one is senior with many health challenges. When he walks into TPH, he is given a warm welcome and everyone knows him by name! They treat all of us, fur babies and myself with kindness and respect.
Attentively scheduled me in a short window, and felt the urgency of my situation was recognized and I felt like I was treated as a priority.. Even from my first visit I can see they care for the animals they support. Andrea was especially kind, provided reassurance, and shared her knowledge and expertise - her advice and treatment was extremely helpful. Highly recommend.
good people
Dr. Demine and her team are so amazing. They have always taken good care of our dog Prince. Not only that they care so much about the well being of the animals, but they are also a leader in the community. Highly recommended.
This animal hospital responds lightning fast to any issues, with a smile and very inviting attitude. Also, my Chihuahua, Bruno, doesn't mind going either. If you have a choice, these are the guys to go to for your animals needs. One word, trust.
I have taken a few weeks before posting this review as my last appointment left me so upset and emotional and I wanted to be fair in my review rather than speak from the emotional and upset state I was left in. Over the past few years I have taken my cats here there had been some concern about the handling of one of my cats in particular. I should have listened to my gut year one when I was concerned about the care my cat was receiving. A little back story leading to this incident is that when I first took my kitten here his first two appointments went ahead with no issues. His third I could not attend and had a family member take my cat. At what would have been his third appointment apparently he was very worked up (my sister told me they had him playing with a catnip toy before his exam) and began hissing and swatting making the appointment very difficult. After that appointment they recommended thunder shirts and anti-anxiety pills to make him more "comfortable". Every appointment since had been similar. They would say he was too anxious to work with and would end up skipping on half the appointment (no ear cleaning, nail trims, not take his temp, not do blood work) things I was paying to have done(and not paying an insignificant amount). It got to the point where they had me giving him gabapentin before his appointments and then also putting him under FOR A ROUTINE CHECK UP. For his visit a couple weeks ago they had me give him gabapentin AND trazadone the night before andaand the morning of his appointment. They then also put him under. Again all of this for a routine checkup and shots. When I picked up my cat I was handed him off in his carrier outside (due to COVID measures) when I got to my car to put him in I rested the carrier on my lap before moving him to the passenger seat. I then noticed my lap was wet. I smell it and it's pee. I then realized his carrier is SOAKED in cat pee. I get my cat home and take himohim of his carrier and he is completely out of it unable to move. I get him out and realize he is also SOAKED in pee. So now I'm concerned they have left him in his carrier for the half day "hospital stay" they insists he needs for a ROUTINE CHECK UP AND SHOTS. I call the clinic and ask to speak to someone about his care and voice my concerns with how he is. I'm told a vet tech will call me back. The tech called me back and denies my cat was kept in the carrier all day, and tell me he must have peed from the bustling of my car taking him home, which I know didn't happen since the carrier soaked my lap before I even put him in his seat to go home. But fine, maybe he wasn't in the carrier all day. But he has NEVER had an accident before in his carrier. So now I'm concerned about the amount of drugs he has been given if he was so drugged he had an accident and is so unresponsive. The tech just tells me he should be back to his normal energy level by tomorrow and if not to call them. [ EDITING TO ADD CLARITY DUE RESPONSE FROM CLINIC. MY CONCERN WENT BEYOND THE FACT THAT MY CAT MAY HAVE BEEN LEFT IN HIS CARRIER ALL DAY. I ACCEPTED WHEN THEY TOLD ME HE WASNT BUT THIS DOES NOT DIMINISH MY CONCERN ABOUT THE LEVEL OF SEDATION USED] So I then take my almost completely unresponsive cat to the bathroom where I give him a BATH. I was expecting some response from him but nothing. I gave him a nice bath to get him cleaned off (making sure he doesn't drown as he won't life his head himself) I get him dried as best I can and make him a little bed to lay on. My cat was essentially comatose until the next day. All this "care" for my cat was under the guise of a "stress free" appointment. Not only has this "care" traumatised my cat (and myself) it all came with a wildly over priced price tag ($400 for a yearly checkup and shots plus I purchased a $30 bag of food). Beyond the OUTRAGEOUS cost of this visit I am more concerned with the treatment of my cat. I have no problem paying for quality care for my animals but this for me was FAR from quality care and in my opinion was outright abuse of my pet.
Our cat required emergency care and TPH provided the required services and explained all interventions and reasoning before proceeding. They provided a long term treatment plan and provided regular follow up communication and our cat is back to his normal self thanks to them!
I was very happy to hear about a fear free vet in my area. The staff was very friendly and my dog didn't seem nervous entering the the vet and was comfortable throughout the visit. Thank you.
This veterinarian office is beyond unprofessional. They Don't listen to what the pet owner has to say about the pets condition. When you call to talk to the vet, she constantly interrupts you, then proceeds to hang up on you when you ask her to let you finish speaking. Don't take your pets there. Forcing a owner to have his dog sedated ($500)for being uncomfortable because they are taking him from his bonded partner. Many other vets in the area that will take much better care of your family members.
Our cat got very sick very quickly. No other vet in the area would help us. Although this pet hospital was booked solid, based on my description of problem, they agreed to see our pet and squeezed her into their busy schedule. It was determined she needed mouth surgery within days or she would not have lasted a week. Surgery has been done and our beloved 18 year old pet is on the mend. They have constantly followed up with us to make sure our pet is doing well. I have read they charge more than other vets and that may be true. we had no other option as no one else would help us. BUT, they have been worth every penny as their service and dedication to our pets recovery has been fantastic. I highly recommend the Trenton Pet Hospital. Thank you to all their employees, you have saved our beautiful pet and it means the world to us.
The patients were very hostile
These wonderful people take super care of my precious dogs. Answer any questions and give advice for the health of my pets without making me feel intimidated in any way.
I decided to bring our pup to Trenton Pet Hospital from the raving reviews of a friend who is a long-time client of TPH. I have nothing but great things to say! Our pup's first visit went smoothly, the staff made the process super easy (considering the COVID regulations), and were extremely helpful and ensured all my questions were answered. No surprise expenses, anything additional was discussed and I was not pressured on anything I did not agree to. When it comes to rescheduling or booking appointments, it's extremely convenient via their app, and someone got back to me by the next day. I'm happy to be a client and feel as though our girl is in great hands!
Our older cat took sick rather quick and our own vet couldn’t get her in right away. So upon their advice we called around looking for someone who could take her sooner. Trenton Pet Hospital took her in yesterday. After talking to them and a quick examination they agreed with us it was sadly time to let her go. Although our hearts are broken we felt at peace knowing that someone so caring took care of her last needs. Thank you to all of the staff for their kindness and for understanding our feelings and your care you have our first baby. I highly recommend them to anyone
Well serviced facility great staff excellent service highly recommended
We have only been living in the area for about 10 weeks. And our dog came to Dr. Jinni and team with a myriad of pre-existing health conditions. Not once did they make us feel like our questions, and calls and visits were a burden. They stopped at nothing to help us find answers for our boy in order to get him on the road to recovery. I can't say enough about the professionalism, and kindness we received from the entire staff. Not just toward us to but to Lugo too. As devoted Pet parents, we've been worried knowing something is wrong with our pup, and ultimately felt helpless trying to figure out what is wrong. But the team at Trenton Pet worked with us, and Lugo to get to the bottom of his issues. He may have a long way to recover to get in tip top shape, but I couldn't have asked for a better more caring team to put our trust into to help him get better. While we love you guys, we hope we don't have to make a trip back anytime soon. haha! But if we do, we know we're in good hands. Thank you for everything.
A exceedingly friendly professional staff with an outstanding veterinary leadership and skill with a terrific plethora of services from top notch surgical and medical to a world class day care site and service. Everything you would hope for and expect when your pet family member needs help. A very caring atmosphere wonderful place to visit.
Very friendly staff
I would highly recommend Trenton Pet Hospital! The staff are extremely friendly, caring and knowledgeable! My boy absolutely loves it there!
Extremely rude, quote you one price to get you in the door, and then try charging you something completely different once you bring your pet in. Left on hold for 20 minutes (was able to drive across town to get a coffee, and drive back in the time I was on hold), once they finally picked up, told me the vet forgot I was on the phone and just left. I brushed all this off, and booked an appointment to get my pet neutered. Once booked, I took time off work to bring him in. Trenton Pet Hospital called 2 days before his appointment and said I had to move my appointment because someone was going on vacation in April (his appointment was for 17 March), and they could no longer take my pet until 20 April. At this point, I canceled my whole account and will be taking my pet elsewhere. Save your time, money, and stress. Go somewhere else.
Great staff, But ridiculously over priced.
Our Little Daisy had to be put down,DrcJinnie and Justine were wonderful and caring....Beautiful calming atmosphere.
I'd like to start by saying that I'm sure the staff works hard here and are great people. However I do think their use of sedation is insane. We just moved here and haven't found a regular vet for our dog. A few months ago he ate a bee and I was worried it had stung the back of his throat. So I called this vet simply because it was the closest to me and time was important in this case. When I called the first time they did let me know that they sometimes use sedation and I told them to call me before they gave him anything, they said not a problem. They got him right in which was wonderful and he was okay in the end. They did not sedate him that day but apparently my dog gave them a hard time and wasn't super friendly (I mean, he did get stung by a bee.. so understandable?). He's usually an angel at every other vet he's ever been to. Fast forward to last weekend when my dog ate something he shouldn't and was borderline responsive, couldn't walk, or hold his head. He had been treated by an emergency vet the night before but was still very sick in the morning so I called this place. The man on the phone brings up his file from the bee sting and tells me that since he wasn't very nice the last time that they would have to sedate him. I couldn't believe that they wanted to sedate my already almost unconscious dog. And I voiced my concern about this and the safety of giving him EVEN MORE drugs. Basically the feeling I got was that I didn't have a choice, if I brought him in they would sedate him. At this I told him I would have to talk to my husband. We decided that we could not bring him back to this vet for his own safety. Shortly after, I got him into another vet in the area and he is okay now. They also told me he was an absolute pleasure to treat minus some singing (he's a very vocal husky). I don't normally leave reviews but after reading others experiences I felt I should also tell my story so that others can be careful.
I have an exotic pet (a hedgehog), finding a vet that I thought would provide the best care for her was difficult at first. Once I contacted Trenton pet hospital & met the veterinarian for my hedgehog's first appointment I was sold! Everyone there is so friendly and knowledgeable, I was considered about my hedgehog's skin & they got me in ASAP and talked through all possibilities with me and made sure I was comfortable with the information given. I LOVE the atmosphere here and my hedgie loves the staff too :) 5 stars ! ????
Absolutely love the staff, they're friendly and compassionate, my conure Pineapple needed a beak trim, and they obliged. I fully trust them in the care of my conure's needs, I would highly recommend them for any pet's needs...
Very prompt and thorough visit. Very kind Vet tech.
My handsome boy diesel got a bladder infection and i had just recently got him in july so we did not have our own fulltime vet , and i had been calling around and everyone was booking into mid october and my puppy could not wait i came across the trenton pet hospital on google and i called them . They went above and beyond for my boy , got us in that day and got him on the medication he needed . They where very caring with both diesel and myself . I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a caring and amazing veterinarian and veterinarian team . Simply put they are amazing .
If i could give this place a ➖ I would. I have never been treated so poorly by front desk staff before. He was rude, no compaction for my situation at all. My daughter has a pet that my daughter loves with all her heart. And it's about to die unless i can find medication to help it. I was shocked to find out how the visit would cost. I said wow that's expensive and instead of saying well i know it's a bit high but it is because he's an exotic pet doc. He says. If you don't like you can go somewhere to look. My daughter heart is going to be crushed because I can't afford a crazy vet bill and he says go somewhere else. With that attitude I'll make sure others know what kind of attitude they'll get too. Don't expect sympathy or empathy. Just rudeness.
This was by far the best vet experience I’ve ever had. They were able to take my baby in immediately and show him some love and healing. Extremely knowledgeable and gave me everything I needed to give my fur baby the best care possible. Kind and caring staff which made all the difference in the world. Thank you guys.
These guys are the best! Our dog loves them and your pet will too.
One of the only vets in the area that would see my hedgehog. Friendly, prompt and honest service
Great Veterinarian, caring and Knowledgeable staff. Clean, comfortable atmosphere. I would recommend Trenton Pet Hospital to anyone wanting 5 star care for their fur or feather baby.
Beautiful clean top quality facilities with very helpful kind and considerate staff.
Very knowledgeable and caring staff. I've had two animals neutered here, and bunny and a cat. Both animals recovered in the matter of days and they do a complimentary follow up 2 days after the operation. I wouldn't recommend any other vet.
Good place to take your fur babies...so peaceful, lovely staff...The Doctors are amazing with the fur babies...the Vet techs are so comfortable with the babies...They also provide daycare, and grooming...Food is available for sale as well as toys, treats etc...Love it there!!!
Not necessarily the fault of the entire clinic but was told I had appointments scheduled (verbally over the phone) and then showed up and one of the appointments was not actually scheduled. Drove all the way from Ottawa, super disappointing.
Great place and people.
I have been a client for the last two years. Highly proffesional staff that take the time to explain the diagnosis and treatments in terms that us as pet owners understand. They never seem to be annoyed when we have more questions to ask. They even promote us to call back or email once we get home and have time to digest the appointment! I know my furbabies are well looked after while we are there! They are the best!!
Great service, provided alot of knowledge. Prices are high but I think all vets are these days.
The professionalism and compassion that my babies received was top notch. The staff helped us and made sure we got all the care we needed. With the pandemic they have gone out of the way to make sure my babies were taken care of. Whenever I call, I speak to Andrew and he is the loveliest! Thank you to these wonderful and loving professionals ❤️
They are so nice and loving. They took good care of our baby Husky named Freya who had a surgery! Thank you so much for the get well card (hand written!). It's such a nice tought!
They are wonderful, they take such good care of my cat and are always checking up on him! Such a friendly staff, never dissapointed when I leave there!
The staff is very kind and informative. We always feel our animals are getting the best care.
I went to this animal hospital with my pet rats, Mia and Reily at Christmas time. It was very hard to find a vet that would take them, and was open a week before Christmas. I recently went to a different vet that was closer, and there was a huge difference. The vet that I saw took the time to talk to me about their care and things I could get to improve. Stuff for their teeth, as they never stop growing. Gave me advice on draghts that was making my reily have a breathing problem. I love them to bits and I figured out how to help her at home. She examined both my rats, because I brought her sister for company. Was really amazing service, because they care. ♥️
excellent staff, very informative, overall great experience for me and my cat!
My son has already put a review on this office. I was going to just let it be a disappointing experience for our pet. Andrew's response was very aggressive. This location hung up on my son two or three times and spoke over him. He only became involved because I was so upset about the treatment I received. This is not a fear free location. My dog now shakes when we drive by. I have to calm him and say we are not going there. I now do not take him anywhere near the location. The dog did not need to be sedated. He is part of a bonded pair, every other vet in the area will take both of them in so he will remain calm. That was his first time in his 8 yr life that he had been to the vet without his brother. Well I have had a response from the office. I was present the whole time and listened to my son and Dr. Jinni. I had hoped that you would learn from the experience. Anytime you disagree with your office instead of taking responsibility for your actions you plan the client.
They were great. Benjamin button loved them.
Friendly staff. Smart doctors
Deafening levels of incompetence. Their mission statement is farcical when compared to the reality of their practice. They blatantly lie to ones face, over the phone and even in Review replies (Hi, Andrew) and then have the audacity to act as if they're the oppressed little guy who shouldn't be critiqued or called out on their complete abuse and cruelty toward animals - Yeah, they're ideologues who can't see the difference between reality and the message they preach and attempt to indoctrinate. I sincerely hope your business fails so that it may be reopened under new management and staff that can truly stand behind what they advertise - and don't need to belligerently drug a typical house cat out of their own irrational fear and inexperience.
Always such caring and compassionate service by Dr Jinni and her staff. I could not be more grateful for the professional service that they provide.
It's taken me too long to write this review but back in November my poor Zoe became very sick and was in a lot of pain in the early morning. I could tell she had a fever and was wincing in pain. I called needing an emergency visit and was able to get in within a few hours of opening. I was a mess! She got looked at very quickly and the results were not good and could have been fatal. She had an infection in her uterus and needed a full hysterectomy. She needed to be stabilized, her surgery was the following day and she came home that night. During her recovery for the week between medications and antibiotics anytime I had questions, concerns support they were always there for me, the wreck of a dog-mom. I am forever grateful to all of the staff and the vet who kept her alive and loved on her????
This place is a joke my little dog has allergic reactions every year twice a year. I just moved to Trenton from Gananoque so I took her to these guys to get her normal prescription. As with all vets they need to scam you out of the visit for a 100 bucks. But since I have.purchased these pills for 8 years twice per year I know what they cost. I get them from 24 bucks to the absolute ridiculous or so I thought 82 dollars Trenton told me with the prescription would be upwards of 400 and not less than 300. What a scam. U wouldn't take a dead cat to these predators for disposal. Absolutely disgusting
