I will be forever be great full to Dr Thomson and the lovely staff. I recently brought my fur baby in as she was sick. They were kind and compassionate. They gave me time to think and what options I had. Yesterday when I called close to closing and they brought us right in. Yesterday was a hard day as I said goodbye to my fur baby, the level of care was amazing, they were exceptional and comforting. These people are kind, knowledgeable and hands down the best vet I have ever been to!

I have dealt with this place for 20+ years. Never have been disappointed. I usually deal with Dr Kim Blake, she explains everything and all available options. They treat your animal with utmost care and respect. Visits have been challenging during these covid times, but they have a system that works well and everyone is safe. Wouldn't dream of going anywhere else!

2014 to current 2019. They helped with our last dog that was sick and past. They have helped 2 years later with our new dog and have been very informative and helpful. Summer 2019 - Our doodle was fixed. Recovery, she was great when she came home. Healed well. Their office answered questions on the phone we had after and offered to see her again. Stitches came out at their office and they also checked her over after a dog up the street attacked her (2 for 1 visit).

Kindly asking time, because late to appointment. They refused and giving next available appointment after 3 weeks. If you are busy that much, I don't want to keep you busy. Requested the my pet file by email, they forgot to send. There are some stuff working professionally, but not all. Animal life should important than the money. My Grandaughter was referred to your clinic by a friend Garry Stephenson. All Dr.'s were told as A1, however Dr Karen was wonderful. I brought my grandaughter and her adorable fur baby Millie black lab this week for surgery and overnight. This referral was a testament they adore and love their jobs. A very big thank you to all at Stirling Veterinary Services for taking care of Millie. That said, she was very happy to get home Thursday evening. Millie's care was *5+! Visited this vet because I need an emergency appointment for my dog. We were at the cottage and our vet in the city is about two hours away. They were able to squeeze us in for an emergency appointment and everyone was so kind when we were there. I called quite a few vets that morning and Stirling was the only one really willing to help.

I love the staff who work here. They are all so wonderful and friendly. I've gone to them for almost 4 years now after my cat was diagnosed, and later put down here (just over 2 years later). I will always entrust the care of my cats to them.

Dr. Thompson was a VERY compassionate and knowledgeable veterinarian. He even sat on the floor with me while I sat with my lame dog. He did not make me feel rushed at all and I felt VERY at ease speaking with him about my fur baby and his condition. I would HIGHLY recommend this place and the secretary Gail also was incredibly friendly and understanding.

They care and not just out for the Money, took my dog there after a vet in Belleville amputated her toe, in stead of putting her on antibiotics. Stirling vet looks for the least invasive options.

Although we were not clients, we had a need to euthanize our dog, and they stepped up to help us with this. No other vet in the area would do this without being their client. Under current COVID-19 rules, we were not allowed in their building and that the procedure would be done without us. We asked if this could be done outside in our SUV and they accommodated us! We were able to be with him in his last moments. The staff were so kind through the whole process and we really appreciated that! BTW, they were the cheapest price to have this done! Thank you everyone at Sterling Vet Services!

Vet is desensitized to older dogs and strongly recommended to euthanize over the cost of treatment get a second opinion so you don't make a mistake like I was advised to do and strongly regret staff where remorseful but the older woman vet was stone cold

My cat likes to injure himself. Stirling vet ALWAYS accommodates his clumsy tail last minute. Reasonably priced and very caring. Love the free weigh-ins for flea and tick meds! Owning animals is already expensive enough, this eases financial burden a bit and allows my animals to get the full benefits of proper flea and tick prevention :)

I am posting my resent experience with sterling veterinarian clinic. If i can help someone with there pet, then the few minutes for this post is worth my time. My dog was subjected to total torture, after a blood test was performed , All the information i received was proven to be wrong. after finding another veterinary , my dog is on her way to total recovery. I can not help that it is all about the money. Not the well being of my dog!!

We had a special request for our rescue dog that no other Vets would accomodate and tried to force us into paying for an examination which ranged from 30-90$ depending on the Vet (which currently isnt possible for us to have done). He was already neutured and up to date on vaccines (rescue agency had that done before we got him). Stirling Veterinary Services was very understanding of our situation and was able to accomodate us. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Kim Blake quite litterally saved my dogs life. With her outstanding knowledge she was able to diagnose my dog with addisons disease in the early stages before going into crisis.
