Called to have my dog looked at which the guy answered;however, he didn’t identify himself as the veterinarian or the Housecall service I was calling. It also clearly lists that he is open today at 10:00 but waited to tell me he was not working today until I asked if he was open-he clearly sounded like he was still sleeping. It could be just me but if you’re going to have a Housecall service then list your hours appropriately and if you are not working that day just let the call go to voicemail. The lack of professionalism was very apparent.

My elderly cat was unable to walk anymore and needed to be put down. I messaged Quintepet and received a response quickly. They came to my house, on a Saturday, and were very professional and respectful to my pet. The price was quite reasonable at about a quarter of what an emergency vets was going to cost. They made an already hard situation a little easier. Thank you Quinte Pet Housecall Services.

I certainly would recommend this service for anyone that is going through the hard decision of putting thier pet down. Dr singh was amazing and very helpful with the process. He completely took his time and explained the procedure that he was going to do. Our loving cat Casper was respectfully taken care of in our home.. we are forever grateful to him.
