I have all good things to say about Prince Edward. The staff is is very friendly and helpful Steve and Chris are excellent vets and show so much compassion in the care for animals. I have had 2 older sick dogs and they have done everything possible to care for them and when the alternative can get to be to much they assure you that you are doing the very best thing for them even if that means saying goodbye. I recommend them to everyone I know looking for a new vet.

Been my vet now for last year, have my daughter going there,now as well very compassionate, staff all around my daughter had to put her lil lap dog down,had a stroke and was parilized the vet tried meds first did not reverse it so, she had no other option Shaggy was a old man but doesn't make it any easier, but they were there for support, while the procedure was done did it outside so she could be with her boy, with covid I'm glad they have a way so owners can be with there pet in that difficult time Thanks our family has not ever experienced such a well ran vegetarian clinic Thanks Nikki

I cant speak bad about the actual vets care because i didnt get that far it could be exceptional. But i called and the receptionist was Immediately ridiculously rude to me the minute she answered the phone, she cut me off mid sentence before i could even answer her question and had a very snotty tone with me even though i was being polite. With that I decided I would find a different vet before I would be spoken as if I was beneath someone instead of equal. No thanks. Work on your manners. Rough day or not you are the first person we as customers speak to and therefore first impression. Based on that i'll pass.

They take exotic pets!! I thought I'd have to travel to Belleville or Trenton to get my pet rats looked after. Miss Mia has an ear infection and Dr. James treated her exceptionally well!! Will be back if any of my girls get sick or hurt. Took us in right away in the morning. The vet and the techs were just amazing!! Also the cheapest vets I've ever been to. Cost me $70 less than two vets I went to before I moved to the area.
