BEWARE: What happened is they’re currently refusing to provide life saving medication to a senior dog. Insisting that the choice is between euthanasia and a surgery (that won’t resolve the medical issue at hand) they’re saying that if doesn’t choose these between these two options they’ll stop providing this life saving medication to this poor little dog SIMPLY because they’re not getting their own way. Ultimately blackmailing clients into choose between their options and completely disregarding the rules laid out by CVO. When a cry for help was made these scum bags sent an email refusing to provide medical care whatsoever going forward and is trying to say that the dog is being neglected. Additionally, they’re giving the names of those who’ve complained out to men who are personally harassing people into staying quiet. I had to contact the police as Dr Jennifer H gave out my personal information so that a man could harass me.

I think, due to pandemic circumstances, nothing could have been better. In normal circumstances I may have asked for a bit more discussion about diagnoses and treatment while at the appointment, but they were doing everything they could, and I was able to reconnect via phone to continue discussion. They very much seemed to care about my dog, who was very scared due to separation anxiety, even letting the poor guy take a look at us through the window during the appointment so he knew we were still there, and allowing me to walk him all the way to the door. After having trouble finding a vet that was taking new patients, I'm very glad we found Foxboro. They're not the closest vet to us, but worth the drive.

Foxboro Vet are the most caring group of staff I have dealt with for my dogs. They have kept me well informed throughout and the customer service I have received has been excellent. They treat the animals as their own and my dogs are excited each time they visit which I can't say the same about some previous vet clinics I have been to in the past. With fair pricing on top of that, I highly recommend this clinic. Great work ladies!

The first time I've ever used a Veterinary service where we felt like our fur baby would be treated with the love she gets at home. Pricing was also fair and staff is amazing. Also have NEVER had a Veterinary service call the day after an appointment to check our pet was ok and doing well, they truly care. Already have recommended them to friends and they were shocked when we told them price we paid as they were getting quotes $100 more than what we were billed for first appointment with shots and deworming and all the usual first appointment stuff. The new owner of Foxboro Vet overcharged and did not accept our dog for an emergency. I do not recommend this vet. They took our dogs to a different room to do vaccinations and we heard one of them cry in pain. This has never happened at other clinics.

Now as a super protective kitty mama I think it's safe to say these guys are awesome! Both of my babies went for their spay and neuter and at first it was hard to let them go in without me but they kept me in the loop the whole time! I got a call after their surgeries and they let me know how they did including asking for permission to give my little girl some antibiotics which I gave them the go ahead for! You aren't blindsided by prices and they are very thorough about telling you everything that you need to hear and the stuff that may be hard to hear but they are super positive the whole time! 10/10 will be recommending all my fur friends owners to bring their animals here!

The new Owner/Veterinarian are NOT what you expect. We have been long time clients of Dr. Nadia's after moving to Belleville. It was very important to us to find some of compassion not the might dollar. Dr. Nadia was this. New owner/vet is NOT. I decided to give her a chance after viewing her immature material on Pinterest, and since it was our beloved Dr. Nadia's old clinic, I felt I could do that. Well, I will never get the 1st impression out of mind. I was met by NO one and the front desk as usual, so I questioned myself; is this right? Where is my old Jodi? I found out quickly that NONE of the old staff are there, as a young technician come from the back and says "Hello, are you here for an appointment?" I say yes. My large cat is in this very tight carrier and not very happy. Is the Dr. ready?" She continues "no, sorry, that why I'm out here, to tell she's in surgery and is with the animal right now and will be for another 45 Mins to an HOUR! You're welcome to wait . I'm now officially upset and "I'm not sitting here with my cat for an hour! Why didn't anyone call me to tell me this! It would have saved me my time and leases the stress for my cat as he's stuck in this much to small carrier! I can't believe you think I'll sit here for an hour. Go check to see how much longer it really is. She does and comes back with a firm hour. I STRONGLY decline and she asks me if I'd like to reschedule and I laugh and say "no way!" and we won't be back. This situation is absurd. I gather my cat and bag and leave, and haven't heard a word, nothing of an apology. The poor technician says goodbye to me, I say goodbye to her and wish her good luck.

Since the new owner took over the focus on went from the care of the pet to the money being made. I order special food and medicine for my senior cat and would call the order in and a week later call to see if it had arrived to be told that there was no record of the orde r in the first place. During covid I was charged a "covid" fee to view a picture of my cats torn claw because they weren't taking patients in the building. The last straw today was I had 3 cats needing flee treatment and they were scheduled for weigh ins and flee treatment. When I got there they told me they had to have full exams before the treatment. I couldn't afford the full treatment today, I had just spent $1000 2 weeks previously for my dog diagnosed with cancer. She told me to buy over the counter treatment. I drove away in tears.

Took my 9 month old puppy, vet came out said my puppy was aggressive, never has my puppy been aggressive, with anyone, we have alot of differnt people in and out of our house on a daily basis, they didnt give the puppy enough time to even adjust to a new environment, very disappointed with this vet, well not be going back.

Had a very serious issue with my dog eating some chocolates. Called the vet which I’ve been going to for 5+ years and was told because they close in 15 minutes there is nothing they could do which personally if anybody has a pet knows that those pets are part of your family and then you’re told that your family number cannot get said help is very upsetting. Plus on top of their sign it says ALWAYS OPEN. Then they indicated to me to contact a clinic in Peterborough which is 2+ hours away from my house to go see them instead of going a two minute drive down the road to this vet. Since the new ownership has taken over it just isn’t the same care level as before. Way better service when Dr. Nadia ran the place. would NEVER recommend this place. And as for calling to discuss the issue I messaged you privately 2 months before I posted this review so you had lots of time to rectify this before I posted this review and guess what nobody contacted me.

I have been a satisfied customer of Foxboro Vets for over 3 years. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. My pet has received excellent care. My complaint is that I feel their customer service is lacking. My last 4 visits have been unsatisfactory. First we were never notified that Dr. Nada was longer there. I was told and introduced to the new Vet only after my dog had her yearly checkup. I feel I should have been informed at the time of the change over of vets, then it would have been my choice to see the new vet or find another service. Second, after that appointment I received a bag with supplies and once I returned home and emptied the bag it was discovered that I had not received her new rabies tag. We had to return to the vets and pick it up. Again once home I noticed that I did not receive a print out with her new rabies tag number on it. I phoned the office and informed them of this only to find out that her records hadn’t been updated with the new number. Next visit my dog needed medication and again I was handed a bag and again once home the new medication which I had paid for wasn’t in the bag so again I had to return to the office and pick up the medication. My dog has allergies and I have pet insurance for her. The insurance company is refusing to reimburse me as they are saying this was a preexisting problem and therefore not covered. My dog was treated in the past for seasonal allergies and now is being treated for what they believe are food related allergies. I am fighting this out with my insurance company and was issued a form the vet was to fill out in hopes that my claim would be review and the decision reversed. I left the form with the assistant and asked if the vet would complete the form. I didn’t here from either the vets office or the insurance company for over a month. I phoned the vets office to inquire about the form only to be told that it had been filled out and sent to the insurance company. I appreciate that this was done it would be nice to have been informed that it was in fact done so that I in turn could follow up with the insurance company. Next I needed to follow up with the office as to when the vet needed to see my dog again to see if the new diet and medication were working. An appointment should have been made by the staff at the last visit but it wasn’t and left up to me to inquire . I am sorry but with every visit in the last 6 months there has been something not done or I have not been informed about something, I feel that the communication between the client and the office is lacking and the customer service dramatically dabs leaves a lot to be desired. I am seriously looking at the option of finding a new vets as this is becoming a real problem and I feel the well being of my pet may be compromised.

*WARNING WARNING WARNING* be careful, SUPER careful, bringing your pets here. I was given a quote, asked if it was the worse case scenario, was told YES, and then when I went back they wanted to charge me THREE TIMES THAT AMOUNT!!!! I have since went to another Vet, showed them the health history and was informed that what Nadia and Foxboro Veterinary Hospital was doing was actually keeping my dog sick. I originally had a great review for this place and had to change it, I had no idea the possible criminal behaviour and scams they try to do on customers. Be warned, be careful, and go to a place that is going to look after the best interest of the dog, not the best interest of their own pocketbook (Not here is what I'm trying to say).

If you are looking for care that goes beyond any expectation that you may have Dr Nadia is the vet to bring your pet to. She is truly unlike any other vet I have dealt with. I've visited 4 different clinics prior to this one and none of them compare. She is caring, kind, and knowledgeable while ensuring your pet is comfortable and in good health. She is very very informative - did not rush us out of the room and answered all of our (what I'm sure got very annoying) questions. I could tell how much she loves animals. She is truly heaven sent!!

Same as mamy reviews below, the place has gone down hill since Dr. Nadia left. Same as other reviews below. If you dare question what this vet wants to charge you for, you are told you are being abusive and that you aren’t a good fit and to find another vet after simply asking why you suddenly need bloodwork for a service your pet has received for years. This was after years of using this clinic, with no issues from Dr. Nadia, the previous owner. They will tell you that you are neglectfull and a hand full of other lies/insults to try and get what they want. To boot, they refused my animals the care during the pandemic, when finding a vet was almost impossible. Even laughing about the fact that we would not be able to find another vet due to the covid restrictions at the time and nobody accepting new clients. Basically trying to bully us into just paying what them for whatever they wanted to do. Ultimately we had to find another vet, as after years of perfect vet/client relationship I was told they would not accept me as a client anymore. You will notice all the negative reviews start after the new owner took over. The new owner is nothing but ignorant, narcistic and money hungry!! BEWARE OF THIS FACILITY!!!!!!!!

New Vet owner Jen is HORRIBLE. Have been 3 almost 4 years going here with our dog and absolutely loved Dr. Nadia and her team Jody, Angela and others. Since the new owner has taken over all the old amazing staff left and it’s now all complete new people. Every time we go we do not leave without paying an absurd amount of money. After calling her out on the continual medications not working she told us to appreciate a dog is expensive..and that she did not cause his ear infection. Once greeted with my questioning she told me I was being abusive and that weren’t a good fit and to find another vet after simply asking why it has taken 2 months and counting to treat this infection when he gets this yearly due to the summer weather and has been treated 3 times before within a 2 week period by the old owner. The new owner is nothing but ignorant and money hungry!! BE WARE OF THIS FACILITY!!!!!!!!
