We initially went in 2015 and the experience was good, we moved away for a few years and returned in 2018. 1st appt in 2018 was for our new dog to be spayed, I was quoted one price but when the time came to pay the bill it was over $50 more not including taxes. I also gave them my change of address. 2nd appt in 2018 was for annual vaccs for my 2nd dog, my address was not changed and I once again requested it be changed. In 2019 we took both dogs to be vaccinated when I booked the appt I requested a price and was given a price and assured the appt was booked for DHPP and rabies for both dogs. Upon getting into the exam room there were 3 shots for each dog in the tray I asked what the shots were I was told DHPP, rabies and leptospirosis, I told the vet I booked the appt and specifically requested only the DHPP and rabies for both dogs. He went on to lecture us the lepto can be passed onto humans and can be caught from infected water or from other animals urine, I told him I did not want it as my dogs do not go off our property and we are in town. When I went to pay the bill I was charged $35 more then quoted, again I asked why, the girl at the desk said well maybe you were quoted for the 1 yr rabies not the 3 yr rabies there is absolutely no difference in the formulation the only difference is the certificate, so this vet is charging more for a certificate that says 3 years vs 1 year rabies.....NOT IMPRESSED with this cash grab. AND my address still had not been changed after telling them twice. I'm not sure I can trust this clinic and will be looking for another vet

Definitely highly recommend Bell Animal Hospital for your pets ! I’m a new patient since April 2019 and I am y I switched vets. No regrets) Not only did he answer my 3 am call but he help my ruby not once but twice after hours with in 2 weeks ! ( first visit was 8-9 pm and my dog had stepped on a fishing hook a big one and he answered right away, 2nd visit 1 week later at 3 am in the morning same dog cracked her nail wasn’t bleeding so I was planning on waiting til 8, so I decided to clip my dogs nails after working a night shift because I didn’t want her to crack another nail befor morning, well I ended up cutting her quick really bad I couldn’t stop her from bleeding, I tried everything from cornstarch to baking soda and nothing was open, She lost a lot of blood and could of been really bad if I waited any longer ) but he answered my call and met me right away didn’t have to wait for him at all , And not to mention he also gave me discounts and already charges half the amount the other After hour clinic does , you can’t beat that ! Needles to say I’m buying a pet first aid kit and keeping one around the house from now on ! Thank you Bell Animal Hospital so much for everything you have done the past 4 month !

Good service for a fair price. The vet gives honest assesment of the situation, so you can make good decision about treatment for your pet. This vet also uses generic scientific names for drugs, which I really appreciate(it seems a lot of vets out there don't even know what they are prescribing, but instead are just trying to sell you a product). We have many vets closer, but continue to come back here because of the good service, fair price, and knowledgable veterinary work.

My cat ate some lilies that made him extremely sick. The doctor was able to see us after hours pretty much immediately. The clinic was welcoming and very well kept. Staff was super friendly and served us even though we don’t have a file with them. Prices were very reasonable and affordable. Thank you for saving my fur baby’s life!!!

Left Belleway Veterinary due to rude Vet. Brought both our cats here and the staff and Dr where so caring and helpful, saw us right away, we found a great place to bring our family fur kids. Would highly recommend this Veterinary Hospital and very fair prices.

Have been bringing my puppy to this location since the day I got her. They have done a great job at giving great advice and reassuring my dogs health. The wait times are fair and the prices aren’t bad at all. At times I assume it will cost more than it actually does. Best part about this location!

We usually use Dr. Singh, who is associated with the clinic and does house-calls. We first found him when our 20 year old cat was covered in fly eggs, had been dying for weeks, and needed to be put down. He was very good with my partner and even placed him (the cat) in the grave she had dug. We took our puppy there to be spayed and Dr. Lubana was great. Not too expensive, etc. One of the women at the desk seemed to be having a bad day that day (I guess we all do), but not something we have experienced since. Now our pup had a porcupine incident and my partner removed all but one of the quills from her paws. They were kind enough to provide a sedative without needing to bring her in so as to remove the last quill, and cut her claws—because she hates it when we touch her paws! So, it may be the worst place for quills, but this clinic had helped us care for our animal ourselves and at home. All vaccines were also done in our home to reduce stress on our dog, and our cat was put down at home as well. If these sorts of services appeal to you, call this clinic.

Recently we had an need for an emergency visit......we were fit it quickly and with great care and concern. Highly recommend.

This vet is great not only in prices but how they treat your pet. The vet truley cares to help your pets health, and educates you along the way. He never pushes us to go with certain medication or vaccines, he always gives us the choice with no pressure. He has helped us several times with our dog, also during after hours for a great price.

I am so impressed with my experience at Bell Animal Hospital. They are flexible with appointments and scheduled me in as soon as they could. The vet there took excellent care of my cat Moo, her health started improving immediately after getting her home. They were also very clear on what procedures needed to be done and consulted with myself before following through with them. I would definitely recommend this vet to anyone who is looking.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I took a litter of 10 puppies to this vet for their first set of shots and deworming. Everything went great or so it seemed.. The day we had taken our litter in there was a new receptionist, she had filled out the booklets wrong which then lead to issues later on with our litter as people didnt know what shots they really had. It was an easy fix and yes I get people make mistakes but what is really concerning is how they missed that one puppy had a hernia. Puppies are born with a hernia (sometimes, its common in some breeds)so when they gave the psychical exam on this particular pup they should have caught it but they didnt... so NO I DO NOT recommend this vet to ANYONE! They dont do a very thorough check when examining your animal.

WOW..we had a very different and bad experience with this clinic.We called explained what was going on,that we only had limited funds.The lady at the desk assured us it would be ok.I had 230.00 When we got our dog there,we took him into the room,explained what was happening,that we do not have the funds to cover a huge bill,to please do what he could to fix the problem.Our dog could not stand or sit up,he kept falling over,the vet brought a saline bag in and stuck it in the back of his neck just under the skin.The back part of his neck blew up like a balloon and the saline went no where,my dog then went #2 all over the bed and smelt like death.The vet said the initial visit will cost 200(for the after hrs cost), I almost had a heart attack because that is not what was told to us.I asked him to please help where he could,he worked something out to have the x-ray done which showed grape like things in his stomach,all he said was he ingested something,which we knew was not the case,he was a very very picky dog.The vet then wanted to us to pay around $2000.00(he stated it would cost close to this amount) to keep the dog overnight and pump him full of anti-biotics but this would only cover the cost of him staying,not anything else,well of course i got angry.I said can you do something to try and help him now.He injected him with 2 anti-biotics,then gave me 2 of each anti-biotic in pill form.He told me to take him home and in 12 hrs give him one of each pill,that when we woke up in the morning,he will be running around like he wasnt sick.It ended up costing 296.00,i had to borrow the money. What i am angry about is,he told us he would be ok by morning ,he died less that 2 hrs after we got him home.The fact that he tried to push all these extra costs on us did not sit well either.If he had said he was going to pass,it would have been better than telling my family he will be ok and then die not long after.He also gave me 2 cans of some special kind of dog food in small like cat tins,said no cost but was charged 5.00 for each can. I found this man without a care in the world for the animal,he was not gentle with him and he was matter of fact attitude about the cost.He knew he would die and just tried to get what he could.I spoke to 2 other vets about it,and described what the x-rays showed.Both said it sounded like it could have been cancer or something like it if that is the only spot they appeared,it was a full body x-ray and they only showed all through his stomach. Idk..no one knows for sure what he died of,all i know is,he had a lousy bed side manner and lied. I do know of 2 other people with the similar things happen with their animals and both dieing after being given some antibiotics by this same vet. I will never trust this vet again.

I moved to Belleville very recently and happened across this clinic for my sick cat. They are extremely caring and go the extra mile for all their animals. I am very happy and confident with their services. Very reasonable prices and also they are on call at night for emergencies, which I wish I had of known before taking my cat to a costly after hours emergency clinic elsewhere.

Went to a cat and was quoted 2.5-3 grand for an operation. Bell offered to do it under a thousand and stayed open late to save my cat. Could never recommend a vet more! The vet himself is extremely knowledgeable and good with the animals.

I just moved to Belleville and my cat Marley became very sick...I was able to get an appointment right away and once we found out she needed surgery, again an appointment was made for the next day. They took such good care of her and now she's as good as new!!! I couldn't be more thankful and happy with the service they provided!!!!

Bell Animal Hospital is the BEST! They squeezed me in for an appointment last minute for my first appointment ever when I needed one for my dog, Belle. They were quick, efficient and friendly, and have a very clean, well organized clinic! I’ve never seen my dog so relaxed and acting like her normal self in a vet clinic (usually she hates going!)... Belle took quite a liking to Dr. Lubana, as well as the sweet girl at the front desk! Love this clinic!! :)

Best Vet Clinic I have ever been to. My kitten became very ill, and we had to rush him to the vet. Dr. Lubana saw us right away! And involved us in the steps that he took to try and help him. We had to bring him back in the later hours of the night, and he was right there! Ready to help him further! Again, explained everything he was giving him and what it does. Sadly, my baby didn’t make it through the night. But I know he tried his best! I will forever bring my animals there! The price is fair, and the service is extraordinary! Dropped my daughters cat Buddy off at vets today for neuter. When I went back to get him at 330pm, he was not there. They had sent him home with the wrong person!!! Apparently they had 2 similar cats in today and mixed them up. While mistakes happen and they apologized, this is not acceptable. Cat was at someone else's house for who knows how long, stressing him out and also stressing out my daughter who had to later go pick him up.

Nice place until you get into the room with your pet. I was there on two separate occasions and talked to two different doctors, both times I was asked to pin my dog down so they could look in his ears. They seemed afraid of my dog. Other clinics would have calmed him down, gave him some treats to distract him while they looked in his ear, the same way I give him ear drops at home. My dog just turned 1, is very hyper, and as you can imagine he does not like to be pinned down by his head which is what I said to the doctor. I chose this place to take my dog because he had an ear infection and it is much closer to home. From now on I think I will be making the drive to Stirling. My dog has never hurt anyone and has never been treated that way at other clinics. If you are not comfortable around dogs, don't become a vet. Does he look like something to be afraid of?

I love this place! Took my mothers cat in the other night who was in terrible pain and covered in maggots. It was literally eating this cat alive. I called after hours and explained everything to him he told me $70 to have the cat put down and $60 for after hours call which was less then it usually is but because it was in so much pain he as I did didn't want the cat to suffer anymore. When I took the cat in he was very sympathetic, explained everything to me. He didn't take the cat from me he let me stay with it the whole time. He moved at a pace that kept me comfortable. He was very gentle with her. I recommend them to anyone. They don't just care about the money they care about your animal.
