They offer payment plans as well as allowing you to put money down and start a fund if ever in an emergency or to out towards your next appointment. I used to go there regularly until I moved. Today when I went out of my way to pick up flea meds they arbitrarily insisted I bring my cats back for a weigh in. Is that the law? Big waste of time. Very annoying and will never recommend this location.

Bay Regional has provided stellar service for both of our present cats and the many that have preceded them. They are always thorough, professional, and meticulous in their assessments and treatments. When options are available, we are presented with them and their respective pros and cons. With their having many services available on site, they offer a full range of services. The doctors are always up to date with the latest knowledge and professional practice: they attend annual professional-learning conferences as well as continual regional upgrading. One can find cut-rate veterinary services, with there being the strong possibility of corners being cut and/or obsolete services provided, but one always gets the very best service with no worries about corners having been cut when one deals with Bay Regional. To me there is no other choice for our feline companions.

Our most recent visit (April, 2019) reinforced the wisdom of our choice. Dr. Hack and the rest of the team were most caring and gentle with our pets plus being very friendly and helpful to us.

Compassionate and knowlegeable professionals and staff who take a proactive interest in helping to maintain the health of our pets through immunizations, checkups and by providing direction on such topics as dental health, tick removal, nutrition, etc. Bay Regional has also been very responsive and helpful during an urgent care episode where our dog was attacked by another dog. Surgeries are always followed-up with a call from the clinic to ensure post-operative recovery is going well.

Both of my cats have been so well looked after by the staff. Everyone is always so careful and thoughtful of everyone (including owners!) You know your pet has had the very best care when you leave and you know what you need to do to keep your fur baby healthy and happy! I work with Sharon and I can't get onto review Bay Regional Vet but both my cat and dog have been so well looked after by everyone at Bay Regional Vet I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. Not only do they take the best care of my pets they are patient and kind with my endless questions. Never have I felt that my pets have had better care and attention. I will never go anywhere else.

Kind and caring animal doctors, took the time to explain my cat's complex medical condition and the treatment options. They have been very cautious and careful in the follow up, making sure we get the best care and are always on the ball when new issues come up. The clinic is new and bright and clean, and front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Also, very easy to get timely appointments. Recently moved to Toronto, and will continue to bring my animals here, highly recommend!

Love taking my cat here. Always on time. Easy to get appointments at times that work for you. Listen to what you have to say about your pet. Provide you with an array of treatment options, pros/cons, and education. When I take my pet for new consult or updating shots they look back into the chart and ask how previous treatments or suggestions went.Feel like they genuinely care about your pets overall well being.

If you search the last name you will see the 2 Cats that have been coming to your practice since 2005. I called yesterday about my dying cat, only to have my call answered by the rudest person who did nothing but talk down to me, talk over me, and dismissed my reason for calling. They tried to schedule an unnecessary appointment to see if she qualified for euthanasia, and since my cat couldn't walk anymore, and was 16 years old that was qualification enough. I told her to F off. Don't go here it's expensive and they care more about your money than your pet. I called quinte pet house call services and my pet was taken care of the right way.
