I like their honesty in terms of charging customers and being transparent. I'm disappointed they didn't do a nail trim on my last visit here, which I thought was complementary as advised previously. Not a fan of their current front staff, but the doctors are good.

Amazing and friendly staff. My little puppy is easily scared and nervous and they go above and beyond to make sure he is comfortable. They put my mind at ease whenever I get paranoid about the little things, never making me feel like I was being stupid or annoying with my many questions and concerns. They are very compassionate and really took the time to make sure that I was worry free and that my puppy was happy and healthy!

They offer quotes which I appreciate very much, as well as letting you know what treatments are absolutely necessary or can have an eye kept on them. When I moved to Rosewood I was looking for a vet close to home this was it luckily it was close and turned out to be a good place as well, the staff is very professional and friendly. It's clean easy to find and lots of parking.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE THEY ARE VERY UNEDUCATED AND CARELESS. They gave the wrong medication to my poor dog that I love so much and he passed away my heart is broken forever because of this. You have been warned, if you love your dog as much as I do please either change locations or look elsewhere. I'm never gonna stop fighting for what they did. I miss my dog so much.

All my experiences have been overwhelmingly positive at this vet clinic. All the techs and vets are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I have referred people to this office as they are so caring and passionate about their job. They always give you options as to what procedure is best for your pet and what price range you would be looking at. The prices are very reasonable. I am not satisfied totally. Every time I went to Woodridge clinic, they just want to do something very fast with least explanation. The front desk are not really friendly and I can almost say that they answer questions hardly and discriminate between customers.

My husband and I had taken our dogs to this clinic for years. Dr. Jenny York and all her staff are amazing. They treated our pets like their own family. I can't even begin to express how much compassion and caring they have. Just yesterday, Jenny took time out of her weekend to come into the clinic to put down my beloved dog that I had for 15 years just so he didn't need to suffer another day. You truly see how much they love animals and how they love their jobs. Thank you Jenny, Anique, Darla and Renee for being fantastic. You will not regret putting your pets health in their hands. ????????????❤????????

It's taken me over 2 months to write this review but I would like to say thank you to the vets here for taking care of our lab Charlie over her lifetime. She was very fond of all of you (and the treats) and we trusted you when we made decisions for our girl. Thank you that even in the last week of her life, you gave us options and treated me with compassion and kindness in offering them with costs, risks and other determining factors up front. Charlie is greatly missed but I'm very thankful that she never was afraid to go to the vet and felt very excited every time we went.
