Dr. Rachel has taken care of our Hudson since he was a puppy. We even saw her on a neighbourhood walk once. Thank you for your care for Hudson. I had a misunderstanding at this clinic and I was not told about a cancelled appointment time that I had turned my day upside down to attend. The staff was very kind and showed empathy and understanding when I expressed my concerns. They took accountability and explained how they were changing their procedures to better communicate appointment times in the future so that no customer will have the experience that I had again. Then, I learned they noted my concerns with the utmost kindness and respect in my customer file. Thanks for your teams care towards us dog owners and our customer experience.

My friend took her dog in for tooth surgery and they removed all the teeth instead of one. My friend said for them to call her if anything else needed to be done and they did not call. She goes to pick her up and no teeth at all anymore. She asked why they didn't call and all they said was I don't know. I do not recommend this place. My friend is now going to my vet clinic which listens to the owners. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR PETS!! The previous comments that recommend are for the doc that is on maternity leave. I hope she still has some patients when she returns cause if this continues she will lose her client base.

VCA doesn’t seem to be associated with other VCA clinics in the city, meaning if you take your pet to one, there is no transferable information from one clinic to another. For instance, we had our dog in for an annual, and two weeks later brought it in for a stitch at another VCA clinic. The vet did another full checkup which was another $100, as a first time appointment in that specific clinic. I thought they would call over to their affiliate and get the info, but no, they started from scratch. A little disappointing when we had the option of a well-reputed clinic in our neighborhood.

I started taking my 19 year old bichon poodle here in February and I have nothing but nice things to say about this place! The staff was so incredibly nice and thoughtful with everyone single visit we had. Dr Rachel treated me like I was her friend and I loved that so much. This place will treat you like family the second you walk through the door.

I've been taking my still puppy here since April. The assistants are super friendly and Dr. Rachel has been amazing. I trust this place through and through. They try to avoid medication first as an approach which I fully appreciate. They definitely care about your pets health and aren't afraid to give tips if they see areas for improvement. Definitely recommend.

The Care and diligence of this vet is unparalleled. We've called with quick questions and have had real answers quickly. When we've had problems, they are quickly resolved. We've taken both cats to this location and will continue to take any others we adopt. Knowledgeable and friendly, our cats have never been healthier. We ask about specific products and they give honest answers.

My daughter and I and her very sick cat drove 2 and a half hours to this clinic. During the whole visit and when it came time to delivery the sad but necessary outcome, Dr. Christine Beck was kind and compassionate, professional and courteous. She treated us most respectfully and most of all, she treated our beloved pet with dignity and kindness. She made a horribly painful and emotionally traumatic situation bearable. The following week, my daughter received a 'sympathy' card from the clinic, signed by Dr. Beck and the entire team...with a stamp of kitty's paw prints! Highly, highly recommend this clinic, especially Dr. Beck.
