Drove to Rosthern as my regular vet clinic was overbooked and couldn't squeeze us in before the long weekend. Dr. Ayers and the whole staff at the clinic were thorough and excellent from start to finish. Although we are hopeful we won't need to call them on the weekend, they reassured me to call over the weekend as there would be someone available if my puppy's condition got worse.

I had taken my Chihuahua to Rosthern as she was having seizures. She received amazing care. The follow up was amazing. They called 3 times to check in, 2 times by Caitlin and once by Dr. Ayers. Amazing customer service and very caring. This kind of service has been lost in todays world. Great job and Keep up the great work.

The staff and doctor were friendly and very helpful as well as answering the questions and concerns I had with both my cat and dog. I was able to get into see the doctor quickly without having to wait weeks. They followed up with me after each appointment to ensure that my pet was doing well. I will definitely be back with my animals.

Terrible at figuring out one of the most simple things to diagnose. Once the condition spread to our other dog, and we went to another vet, it was more difficult to fix. We figured it out by googling it, and taking our dogs to a different vet, who immediately knew what was wrong, and what to do. We were still charged, even after explaining how they had missed very important signs, and should have been able to solve the problem quickly. This was also a puppy from the SPCA that had a rough enough time before hand. We were pushed through because they were busy, and the puppy had to suffer much longer than needed.

Had a sick pup. They got me right in. Asked a ton of questions. Figured out the problem. Treated the pup like gold. Could not be happier. Pup bounced right back. The Vet and staff were wonderful and professional. They even brought the food I got out to the truck, and made sure I knew I could call 24/7 should I need to.

I called to book an appointment thinking it would take a couple days to schedule our Ragdoll for a check up. After a brief conversation about my concerns Miikka was booked later that day. From our greeting with Marlene right to Dr. Ayers and his intern it was a pleasant appointment. Miikka seemed content and let them check him over. A few days later Chrissie called to follow up and ask how he was feeling. I highly recommend this great team of professionals with your fur baby ❤️ ????
