I found out on a late Thursday afternoon that it was suggested that I put my best friend of 15 years to rest, the news was devastating to say the least, but I made the appointment for the following day at 5:00pm. Late the next morning I was feeling uneasy about the decision (likely still in shock), so I decided to get a second opinion and called the Animal Hospital. Unfortunately the outcome was the same, but Dr. Johnson was so amazing, and understanding and the compassion he had for me and my family was outstanding. He called me with my little guys results at 4:30 pm, just a half an hour before his euthanization appointment elsewhere, but I felt such compassion from Dr. Johnson that I asked him if he could please do the euthanization for me, I totally expected a “ I’m sorry, but it’s not possible this late in the day”, but thankfully he said absolutely I can do that for you. Him and his assistant Britney were amazing and so compassionate, they made a very difficult moment more manageable with their kind words. I couldn’t have asked for a better Doctor to do this for my fur baby and I will be forever grateful to Dr Johnson amd Britney. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!

Tom is a very amazing and compassionate vet. I had to have my beloved cat put down last week and Tom and his staff made a very hard experience as easy as possible. They let me be right there with him the entired time and gave me as much time as i needed. We have used him as a vet since i was little and i wouldnt go anywhere else. Highly reccommend.

We brought in a 3 month old Billy goat for an injury. He was honest and up front with us. He told us not to waste our money because he was too badly injured. On that note, he didn't charge an examination fee. This clinic not only cares about the animals but he also cares about the human caretakers.

Took my Rotti in for the first time a couple days ago. He isn't always the friendliest with people so of course I warned the staff. They were still very good with him and let his behaviour be what they based their judgement. They approached him with confidence and kindness and he was loving every second of it. Will definitely take him back there.

Have been using BAH since they opened. Staff are always helpful, compassionate and friendly. Excellent vets willing to give you the opportunity to do what's best for your pet. Rooms are kept clean and inviting, selection of quality pet foods availible on site, secure kennel area for a safe stay while in care. Costs are always reasonable and they do their best not to charge for procedures or tests that aren't needed. Highly recommend.
