(Translated) We called last two weeks for an appointment. Arriving on time and date for the appointment, no information had been recorded in my dog's name. The man with whom we spoke to schedule the appointment had to confirm the date, time, price and the vet we were going to see on that date. I took into consideration that the man had not entered our information correctly. We therefore drove 1 hour for nothing since they could not accommodate us ... Really disappointing and I do not recommend this vet. (Original) Nous avons appelé deux semaines dernières pour un rendez-vous. Arriver à l'heure et la date du rendez-vous, aucune information avait été enregistrer au nom de mon chien. L'homme avec qui nous avons parlé pour schéduler le rendez-vous avait confirmer la date, l'heure, le prix ainsi que la vétérinaire que qu'on allait voir à cette date. J'ai pris en considération que l'homme n'avait pas entrés nos informations correctement. Nous avons donc fait 1 heure de route pour rien étant donné qu'ils n'ont pas pu nous accomodés... Vraiment décevant et je ne recommande aucunement ce vétérinaire.

The vets and staff are great and friendly, but trying to get a hold of anybody is impossible. Two days in a row and Im calling every 2-3 mins for hours only to be met with the answering machine. After about 2 hours the first day we were able to be seen, today I dont feel so lucky and my dog may be having an allergic reaction. They are apparently very understaffed, as im typing this im still attempting to call and I started before noon. Aside from that its definitely a great veterinary clinic.

(Translated) I do not recommend going there, during our emergency visit to the very poorly organized veterinarian, she had her children running everywhere, she also had her personal dog with her and she had to stop our consultation to treat her own dog who had eaten something in his clinic. She was not even able to place a solution on her because she was so bothered by her children and are dogs. The next morning we decided to go to another clinic but our dog died during the trip (Original) Je déconseille d’y aller, lors de notre passage en urgence la vétérinaire très mal organisée, elle avais ses enfants qui courait partout, elle avais aussi sont chien personnel avec elle et elle a du arrêter notre consultation pour traiter sont propre chien qui avait mangé quelque chose dans sa clinique. Elle n’a même pas été en mesure de lui placer un soluté tellement elle étais dérangé pas ses enfants et sont chien. Le lendemain matin nous avons décidé d’aller dans une autre clinique mais notre chienne est décédée pendant le trajet

Very expensive pet food as well. Contentious and caring vets. Amazing after hours team. Sad circumstances that brought us in with my best friend on his last evening. Professional, kind, compassionate and supportive people who have a tough job. I'm adding a photo taken a week before , not the one I took of him in pain and asking for relief just before he was granted his wish and went to sleep. The staff will know. My cat got terminally ill very quickly. Had 3 seizures in one day last one he got up after a few seconds and started vomiting and fell to his side and could not get up anymore. I got to the Vet it was 4:55 door was locked. I rang the door bell desperately seeking help. After the second time I rang someone came and let me in... They took their time and were very delicate with my baby as they put him to sleep.... Thank you very much for opening your door for me and my baby. I will forever be thankful !!

The staff is great! Very friendly and helpful, however, they close their phone lines earlier than the times given on their website and google. Sometimes they close at 3 p.m. instead of 4 and other times they close at 2 p.m. Good luck getting in touch with the people at this clinic.

The vet and the assistants were all very nice to my Yogi (cat). Glad they were able to see us so quickly. Yogi had his check up and was very healthy so all was good. Vet clinics are very expensive so that is why only a 4 ????rating. ????

My dog was very well looked after and came home after surgery barely able to tell she had a procedure done. Her recovery has gone exceptionally well probably due to the amazing care she received. A very nice young man, vet assistant I think put up with my check up calls, he answered all my questions. And the very next day after surgery he called to see how Molly was Good experience all in all

I was in a bad place with my cat. I could not shave her as she would not allow it. She had to be put to sleep to be able to do. They agreed to take her in even if they were not taking new customers and did a terrific job. My Annie is now a happy cat as she used to be. Thanks so much

We have Dre. Nathalie Chiasson for our dog Amqui who is my service dog. She really has dedication, is knowledgeable and so soft spoken when greeting him. She always gets to his eye level and talks to him during the examination. We both love her. The staff make you feel like you are part of the family. Amqui walks right into the clinic and is ready to greet the staff. I trust them .

The vets and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. In addition to veterinary care, they also have a wide range of merchandise from treats, to beds, collars, harnesses, leashes, food, toys, and even beautiful and stylish urns.
