Dog has been on the wait list for 15 months, the email said wait time is 4 months. No phone call and I cant get a hold of anyone.

Its unbelievable how difficult it is to reach them via phone. I am not thrilled with the wait list either; No one contacted us (5 weeks male cat) so if you dont call, it will be at least another week to hear from them. Then you get to play phone tag. No wonder the wait time is so long... train your customers service representatives more efficiently and stop wasting our time and putting our pet(s) through more unnecessary stress.

I have had several pets spayed/neutered with this clinic. They are always friendly and helpful. They take amazing care of my pets. Definitely reccomend them to anyone needing to have spay/neuter done.

We had two cats neutered here and the staff were amazing! Efficient and very helpful, they even sent home pain meds for the kitties, our regular vet has never done that.

Waited a year on the wait list to have cat fixed (Which was fine I get it they're busy) then finally got the email they were ready for him, called right away left messages for booking the appointment. 2 months later they called a few days ago to book the appointment (finally). Then in the middle of talking, the phone got disconnected somehow, I tried to call back and got nothing but a run around of Automated messaging. Left voice-mails not once have they even bothered to call back for the appointment.

Good place for spaying , how ever when I went there at the end of the day a large group of ppl were packed in front of the exit medical door for the dogs and the nurses didn't seem to care much if a dog had aniexty or so when coming out allowing ppl to just congregate and block the exit, friendly staff but needs a larger waiting room and staff to direct people on where they should and should not be

Horrible place. I waited 8 months when I was told the wait would be 3 months to fix my male cat. I called to see how much longer they said 3 more months so I book him at my local vet. The day after I pay 275 dollars to fix him at my local vet they finally call to book him in. This place is a scam they should be shut down. Go to stoufville Spca instead my friends have had better luck there. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE!!!

We had a great experience with our dog's neuter. We were told the wait was 6 months, they called us after 4 months. We were ready to neuter as we were waiting for him to reach a year (on vet advice). Clinic allowed us to defer the surgery until we were ready. When we we were, they booked us in a few weeks later. They did shave him a bit close that had created some iration, but we brought him back for a follow up and they walked us through how to keep him from not lixicking. All and all great place supporting a great cause. Thanks you!

Newmarket spca is amazing My rescue donated a large dog support wheel chair anf supplies was so happy to see thry gave it to an older dog with his issues so she could be able to be adopted Love you guys

Wonderful staff considering how incredibly busy and needed this place / service is. A little patience is recommended but is more than worth it. They try to accommodate many situations and genuinely care about your pets.

They did a good job of the surgery on my male cat, however when I picked him up I saw that he had tears running down his cheeks. When I looked closer I saw that they had cut his nails way too short to the point that blood had been drawn. Very painful and frightening for my cat.
