New to the area, and needed a vet for our very bear-like Akita named Kobe. He trusted Dr. D'Souza right from the beginning (usually only good with the household). She was extremely professional, and had some delicious treats for our guy. You can tell that Dr. D'Souza has a wealth of experience and knowledge and left us with some great advice for Kobe. I was referred to this clinic and will refer everyone else I know. Each staff member was truly concerned about my cat and never made me feel like I burdened them with calls or questions. They always made time for me, and the doctor after a long day at a conference, saw me at the clinic after hours on my cat's last day. Because my cat was a bit of a medical mystery, it was difficult to diagnose her but after doing a lot of research myself the doctor was right and did everything right. I never felt taken advantage of, the fees were reasonable, and I was never pushed to spend more or buy more. But more importantly, they should sincere care and concern for me and my beloved pet. They did all they could for my pet and were accurate and caring in doing it. I would not choose any other vet.

Dr. D'Souza and staff are all wonderful and very helpful. My Buster boy was very ill when I brought him in to see Dr D'Souza but she and Melanie and Joyce all worked long and hard to bring him back to excellent health. I am so happy and so is my Buster boy!
