Our doggo got attacked and her wound was quite severe running from shoulder blade to shoulder blade with visible muscle. She is small terrier and got really beat up with her requiring many layers of stitching and many stitches. The attack happened after hours. Calling Dr. Nathan saved our doggo! He was prompt, knowledgeable and did an amazing thorough job. He was super sweet with our pup. His disposition, his explanations and all the time he dedicated to making sure our dog was ok helped us tons to deal with our own emotions. He performed surgery in his ambulance, ran bloodwork and gave us all the medication we needed. He finished stitching her up at 2:30 am and came by next day at around 10 am to make sure she was ok. Highly recommend him!

My dog is very anxious so the clinic environment is getting more & more challenging for him, so having this in-home option is very welcome. Thank you Dr. Nathan! We had a scare with our senior cat last night and he came out on an after hours call. I was really impressed with how much he could do inside that ambulance. All the blood work and urine analysis was done right there so there was no waiting. All the procedures my cat needed were all done in there as well. My cat doesn't do well with people and has bad anxiety but Dr. Nathan was so sweet with her and she relaxed very quickly into the appointment. We have definitely found our new vet. Overall, I highly recommend Mountain Mobile vet.

Dr. Nathan was great - I highly recommend his new service in town. Having a vet come to your door/home certainly reduced the fear that one of my dogs has of going to the vet. Dr. Nathan gave my dogs vaccinations and annual exams right in the comfort of our home. He wore his shield for COVID and it was nice to actually interact face to face with a vet instead of dropping your dogs off at the front door. He was friendly, professional and my girls were both very comfortable with him - maybe it was the fish treats :) Can't say enough good things. He wasn't in a rush and I was able to ask questions. Give him a try - you won't be disappointed.

I have 3 cats that reside with my parents. I’ve been pretty stressed trying to get them to a vet clinic for their vet care. It’s been challenging as my parents are elderly and do not drive. Dr. Nathan was able to see my 3 cats, have their wellness exams and blood work screening done and went over treatment plans with my parents and I. I live in Vancouver , but the appointments ran smoothly with Dr. Nathan calling me during their exams. Dr. Nathan had great bedside manner with my parents and ensured they are comfortable with the treatment plans he was recommending for the kitties. Happy my senior cats have now access to a wonderful vet!

You can't ask for anything more than a caring vet who makes house calls! Vet visits have become increasingly stressful for our Kitty and so we reached out to Dr Nathan and his team. Never before has our Kitty sat willingly next to a vet after his checkup and purred - we think that's a feline version of a five star review. We couldn't be happier too.

My poor dog Murphy had an extended period of diarrhea, and then also ate something he shouldn't have! I was so worried he may have had a blockage I made the call to Mountain Mobile. This was such an excellent experience all around. It's a weekend, the following Monday is a stat holiday I didn't think I would find anyone open. Dr.Nathan was here in just two hours and gave Murphy the xray and meds he needed, while giving me the peace of mind that was costing me sleep all within feet of my front door. If your flipping reviews with that panicked feeling in your chest, I would stop here and call right away. Dr.Nathan and his assistant Danielle will be at your door in no time to help you and your best friend out. Thank you for everything Mountain Mobile!

Could not recommend Mountain Mobile Veterinary Care enough! As pet owners in the Bow Valley without a vehicle this service is such a relief to have. Our little dog had an abscess that appeared mid-day and we were about to coordinate an appointment for the evening. We are so thankful for all of Nathan’a help and will be sure to use this service for all of our future veterinary needs!

Amazing service! Dr. Bernadet was really professional, very caring and thorough. We had had a scary diagnosis from a different vet recently and wanted a second opinion. He was great with our dog even though our dog is very skittish. Performed the check at home so our dog can be more comfortable. He was able to alleviate our concerns and answered our questions in a way that made us feel informed and reassured. Even pointed out things that we had always suspected but our other vet never mentioned about. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!!

Dr. Nathan was excellent with my very nervous dog and it was great that he was able to do x-rays and blood work at my house. I am only giving him 2 stars because it is very hard to contact him. I have been trying to get him to call me back about an issue with pet insurance for over a month. He also said he submitted a response to the insurance company which they never received. He did email me and said his response was attached but it wasn’t and when I emailed saying the attachment wasn’t visible he did not respond. I think Dr. Nathan is a great vet and have recommended him to several friends but he needs to work on timely responses.

Inquired about bandage change service for my dog as I was in Lake Louise for vacation. The clinic indicated they can provide this service and asked I meet them in Canmore. They rescheduled to Banff, indicating they were there for another patient. They ended up charging me $150 for ambulance call out without disclosing the cost ahead of time. I would have preferred to drive the extra 20 min into the other vet clinic in Canmore instead of paying $150. He also came out in his personal truck and changed my dog’s bandage on an unsanitized tailgate. As a new customer, this was poor customer service. Dr. Nathan also misdiagnosed a scab on my dog’s incision site as necrotic tissue, suggesting additional surgery may be required. This caused unneeded stress. There was no necrotic tissue and my dog has healed very well. I would not recommend this veterinary service.
