My boy Slim Shady loves the doc and ladies who care for him here. They are kind. Patient. Knowledgeable. All cats...it's a wonderful place. As a first time cat owner the vet took the time to teach me about his food needs - his body- they clipped his claws and taught me. He was fixed there without an issue or a stitch. Amazing. I can't say enough about the care my boy has had. I love them!

Super friendly Staff & veterinarian. Knowledgeable about everything feline. I am so pleased with the food selection, reasonably priced & vet care I have received for my 2 kittens. Even though I’m moving to the other end of the city, a good veterinarian with great service isn’t easy to find right now and I’ll happily make the trip back here knowing my cats are in great hands.

Very helpful and informative staff, great with our cats and always worried about the best for the animal. Doesn't try to push extra unneeded procedures onto your pets, they share genuine and helpful advice even if the cat you're asking about isn't with you. Always adopting out beautiful rescue kitties so if you ever want to adopt they may have a baby for you.

As a new car owner I was trying to find a vet. I read the reviews and decided that I would give the Cat Clinic a try. I don't think I could have made a better decision. What wonderful people and a great experience. Even with the Covid Protocol, the vet (Dr. White) took the time to answer all my questions. She was very patient and explained everything. I know reading reviews are subjective, but I always look for a consistent tone. The overall tone was that the people at the Cat Clinic are good and I agree.

The Calgary Cat Clinic did a great job with our new kitty. We weren't expecting our first visit to be so educational, but we were sent home with an information package which was extremely helpful considering we were newbies when it comes to cat ownership. I highly recommend this clinic.

We have been bringing our cat Oreo to the Calgary Cat Clinic for 4 years now. Nothing but excellent professional thorough care of our cat. Oreo had been having an intermittent rash for a number of years that hadn’t been figured out by our prior vet. Dr. Whyte immediately knew what to do, gave safe treatment, and now Oreo is rash free. Highly recommend the Calgary Cat Clinic.

We have had two appointments with Calgary Cat clinic of which the first went fairly well and no concerns or complaints. We felt the staff were quite helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. HOWEVER, our second (today) went quite in a different direction! We were informed at the end of the appointment that there would be an additional $70 charge on the credit card on file which came as a surprise to us as we never were informed of it at the time of booking or prior the appointment started or even during it. Our expectation from any ethical and reliable business is that we will always be first educated of their process and cost associated. From a reputable ver like Calgary Cat Clinic we absolutely did not expect this, first. Then comes the aftermath(!). When questioned about this additional charge the front line staff simply just passed it on to the manager, Laura and the one and only response I got from her was “we will adjust the invoice for today but you will have to take your cat somewhere else next time. We are done.” She was off the call on that note and we were just trying to figure out what just happened and whether this was really true!!! Hahahaha anyhow this could have been handled much better for sure. Communication is definitely key and so is respect for each other despite of one’s years of experience and a best of qualifications in an area of service. Will not be back, as the clinic’s doors have been closed for us unfortunately but definitely want to share this poor experience with fellow pet owners in the community. @Laura, I have called back after you dropped the line, to speak with you for further clarification. Your staff has been asked to notify you of that and we also asked for a call back from you. July 2 2020. Update Feb 8 2021: Never received a call nor any explanation in, any form of communication, to the unexpectedly rude behaviour. Very unfortunate!

Been bringing my cats here for about 20 years or so. The doctors and staff have always been professional, competent, and sympathetic. And since it's cats-only, you don't have to worry if your pets don't play nice with dogs, birds, etc.
