Dr. Singh and the wonderful Staff have been very kind and caring when dealing with our three animals. We have a 6 year old beagle, a 9 year old cat who just developed some allergies and a new-ish kitten who is a HANDFUL, and everyone has been more than helpful with our animals. Neuter, treatments, medications and advice has been handed out appropriately and with a little humour. We appreciate you guys, and we look forward to using you for years to come.

Unbelievably scary place to bring any animal. Improper practices, no care in the world for the animals unless you have a large pocket book. The large male assistant is an absolute jerk. Vet gave wrong info in order to make more money which enivetably cost my dog's life in the long run. All about the money. The vets he has that work along side him are even worse. I had heard horror stories but was even more aghast experiencing it in person. Took nearly 20 minutes to euthanize my cat. Refused to use more euthanasia meds. What's wrong, were you worried you might kill her? ????

I brought my Chiweenie in for emergency treatment due to a pitbull attack and am completely shocked at how I was treated. I was talked down to by Dr. Singh. The tech didn't wear gloves during the initial exam and I didnt say anything because I was in shock myself. My dog was given antibiotics and pain meds, I put those pills in a dosette when i returned home and the # of pills were short. I immediately called to tell them and was basically told I was lying. I also need to add that the smell of the place was really bad, my old vet office never smelled like that. I know animals can be smelly but why is it that the last 3 vets I've been to don't smell like that?!! If u read this far try a search of the disciplinary actions taken against dr. Singh. Sad!

I went with my bleeding dog wrapped in a towel from being attack by an American bull dog. They did not even assess my dog. Came out Gave me a card to go to Peterborough because they were busy. My dog had 8punctured wounds. 2 of the wounds the skin was ripped off. I would never go back.

Dr Singh is amazing with animals. My cat had to be given ketamine and Dilaudid at her last vet appointment just to deal with her, she doesn't like people other then my girlfriend or I , but she absolutely loved Dr Singh , he was super kind and caring with her, and even gave her two needles without any issues. It was honestly unbelievable how smooth of an experience it was, and we definitely got a good resolution to the issue she was having. A great community vet with very fair pricing. Highly recommended

Had a very good experience taking our german shepherd puppy Zora to this caring , knowledgeable clinic without an appointment, just an hour before closing. Had to wait until all the other patients with appointments were seen. Grateful, that they could help us. Very thourough assessment and recognition of the problem. Got the necessary medications to treat our dog and found the whole team to be super friendly and skilled. This will be our go to vet when at the cottage. Thank you!!!!

It was time for my dog to cross over. The staff were very kind and sympathetic, informed me of the procedure and paused when I needed to try to keep myself together. They gave me time to say my last goodbyes and I was relieved to see that he went to sleep and quietly went without pain or surprise. Fees are not as expensive as others in the area. Dr Singh does not share alot of information, if you want to know anything you have to ask. The interior is not really that clean. My only reason for going here is because it is convenient for an emergency. He did receive a penalty from the Vet Association for his behaviour and was unable to practice for a few months, and I was told he wasn't doing any surgerys due to surgery on his wrist, and it was just by chance someone on Facebook sent me a link and I found out this information. Based on my recommendation, I would prefer to see Dr Facey in Apsley, since I have had experience with her and I really liked her as a Vet, very caring and considerate and will go out of her way to assist you and your pet.

If it wasnt for Dr Singh & his staff our beloved dog Brandy would no longer be with us. This is the second time he saved our pet. We can provide all details in both instances many years apart but all we can say he (Dr Singh) is a true & compassionate veterinarian. His knowledge & experience to give animals comfort at a stressful time for the pet & pet Owner is remarkable. We live in Hamilton & drove to Bancroft to get his opinion and care which he provided without needless surgery endangering this older dog or euthanasia, as OVC had recommended. We had a life-death issue with our pet Brandy. She ruptured her left eye & our vet directed us to OVC in Guelph where they suggested a operation and or put her down due to age of 16 years. We live in Hamilton & made the decision to go to Bancroft where Farraday Vet looked after her some 10-12 years prior with another life death due to a careless trucker. Dr Singh & his staff were over the top & after a checkup stated that an operation wasn't necessary as the eye was healing. He sent us home with pain meds and advice for the next 4 weeks. In summary, if Dr Singh hadn't been there; our dog would have been put down unnecessarily! Brandy is 80% back to normal & my wife is very happy! Thank-you Dr Singh & Staff!!
