We have the information of real people like you who consume the services of VCA Canada Barrie Veterinary Hospital (Veterinarian) in Argentia territory (Canada).
Now the business receives a rating of 4.7 out of 5 and that rating was based on 127 reviews.
You may have noticed that it reaches an feddbacks average is nearly the highest, and it is based on a very large number of opinions, so we may be quite sure that the evaluation is quite faithful. If people have bothered to rate when they've done well, it works.
As you know, we don't usually stop to set feddbacks when these are correct and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or issue...
This Veterinarian corresponds to the category of Animal hospital.
It was a very professional atmosphere and the first appointment was free which is always a bonus, would recommend for sure!
Dr Mitchell is very friendly and approachable!
Friendly staff, thorough exams, great with animals....but expensive
Amazing team, beyond grateful to Dr. Mcinich
$$$$ but friendly and helpful.
Love them
Absolutely love this veterinary hospital, they are all so caring and take the time to address all your concerns. Plus, I love the Care Club they offer, as it helps budget for vet visits so you don't face a fee just to be seen. Dr. Lawrence and the whole team of vets are fantastic, you won't regret coming here.
Very good with our kitten in answering our concerns.
Dr. Mudde and Staff are incredible! They’ve been a part of our Dog’s life for 11 years and counting. Thanks to a couple very successful surgeries over the years we wouldn’t have been whole without the super great folks at the Barrie VCA!
Great location, accommodating, and extremely helpful team members. I've brought 2 of my fur babies here and I pan to keep going back, based on my lovely experiences. Thank you so much.
Have been using this vet service long before it moved to bayfield street...and found first class care and compassion with each vet I have dealt with. My one cat is currently under the care of Dr. Merryn McIninch and I am delighted in her knowledge and interest in animals in general not just as a case load.Would recommend this clinic 100%.
I have dealt with them for the care of my dog but also for check-ups and treatment of foster dogs. Booking routine follow-up appointments with them is easy and they seem to take great care to keep dogs' medical records updated. When my dog seemed to have a minor skin condition, I was encouraged to monitor it for a few days instead of being pressured to pay for a treatment that was ultimately not required.
Gave one star because I had to give one star, although staff was lovely, I felt I took hundreds of dollars and flushed it down the toilet. Brought my animal there due to concerns of a UTI, didn't even test for a UTI but told me it was probably something else ( without properly confirming that diagnosis either) and proceeded to quote me $2000!! how when you you didn't test to confirm anything?? It's like anywhere do your homework before agreeing to anything, if you're emotional they will capitalize on that.. way over priced and didn't do what I asked
Great vets amd excellent service
Great
Never go anywhere else. Why need with a good thing.
Appointments are always availible with in a few days of you calling in. You can stop in as often as you want to weigh your pet free of charge. Friendly staff all around.
They have kept such good care of my fur baby for many years ❤️
I took my kitty here due to an ongoing condition she’s had for awhile. She was seeing another vet who did absolutely nothing to help her other than cover it up temporarily with medication and do unnecessary tests (They also quite clearly had no real interest in helping her out long term). I trusted my instinct and took her to the VCA vet. The veterinary technician and veterinarian (Dr. mcinich, I believe) were great! They were very welcoming and seemed to express genuine concern for my cat’s health. They actually cared and they wanted to help her to the best of their abilities. They set up a treatment plan for her and discussed our next steps. They both spoke to us for the entire appointment and gave us very informative advice, which I appreciated as I did not receive any of this previously at our old vet. They were pretty down to earth and weren’t all about getting us to pay for all expensive and unnecessary testing. We came home with her treatment plan and they even cut her nails for us! My cat was very scared and they handled her amazingly, she was treated very well here. We will definitely be bringing our kitty back here soon.
Experience shows at this vet.. they are kind loving and knowledgeable
Very helpful and compassionate
Dr. van Veen and Dr. McIninch are amazing with my cats and they always give good advice to any questions you may have! The services are great, front desk is friendly and my cats don't mind going there! The VCA website is a good resource as well as the Barrie VCA website. I highly recommend ????????
Welcoming place with caring staff.
Good quality.
Great customer service.
Staff are caring and competent. Unfortunately they are now owned by a corporation and are forced to "sell" which is pressuring you to do extra tests, buy extra stuff and in our case they wanted to charge an additional 24 hours for my cat's care even though he had not been there for more than a day. They did not charge me for that and it was the computer system, but still. Again vets are good and care is good. It is unfortunate that the environment is now sales-y.
They are very nice people
Good vet
Fantastic place to get your dog groomed. Been twice so far, and they've done an amazing job both times. Thanks all!!!
My daughter had her cats go here. so I brought my kitten here that wasn't the healthiest coming from a barn. They took really good care of him and after one visit he was cleared up of his ears, fleas and worms. Second visit everything was really good with him and healthy. The veterinarian is so nice and talks to you like a real person. Also it wasn't that expensive. Staff is great there.
Expensive and not justify . Could not get any information for our dog other that the bill and then we have to ask to get a copy of the invoice, our dog had a mouth infection and they did not see it , last time we are going there
Top Notch Veterinary Hospital. They've helped me & my dogs over the years so much it's hard to say. They're friendly, caring, & knowledgeable. They've helped with diet when my dog developed diet-related problems. They saved my previous dogs life when he needed emergency surgery. They even helped me with get a funding grant (through the Farley Foundation) to help pay for the surgery when I couldn't afford it.
We've been bringing our pets here for years. Very great staff and comfortable atmosphere. Myself and my fur babies love it! (As much as anyone can like going to the doctor)
Thank you for all the years of great care that you gave to our Jack Russell terrier. Even to the very end, when we had to say goodbye, to him, you were considerate of us his owners, and of him!
As new residents to Barrie, we were so happy to be able to find a local vet for our cat. This clinic is so professional, courteous, clean and truly cares about their animal clients and the owners. I couldn't be happier with our new vet and will continue to bring our animals here for years to come. Customer service goes a long way these days and they put their clients first. Thanks guys!
Great vet, always positive and great staff!
Got my kitty a lion shave and she feels great and looks purrrrrrrfect
Been with this clinic for a few years now and am grateful to the staff at the facility for the help and care they give my fur-babies. I recommend this place to everyone for reasonable pricing and to care, well and thoroughly, for their pets. At end of life they are exceptionally compassionate and loving and during emergency they really care about the wellbeing of my pets.
Very friendly and professional, I would highly recommend VCA...
Really good with my boys
Very helpful
Excellent staff and knowledge.
Always friendly. Leonard's insulin is ready for pick up every time.
A great team that really cares about our fur baby.
If you asked me when I first arrived here in Barrie. I would have said nothing but good things about the staff and this office. They were kind and caring and I thought; "finally a vet that I can rely on". The first thing that caused me to wonder was when I saw on my file, "worried about costs but cares about dog". I assume most people would be worried about vet bills. I won't lie, this hurt but I ignored it as everything else was fine. However, when they were most needed, when my dog was dying, they turned us away. They said no appointments for a week, so sorry. As my dog lay in distress they said no. Go to the emergency vet's, or find another vet that's open. We are booked until next week. When I asked why. They replied they were doing surgeries for the entire week. I asked if I had done something wrong. Was I blacklisted? I've never had trouble, always paid my bill and I didn't understand. She just said we're booked and no you're not in trouble but the doctors busy and we can't fit you in. Then she hung up. I was told later this was a mistake. An error by a technician and given an apology. An apology that won't ever take away the fact that my dog has passed. Would it have made any difference? I don't know. Could it have helped? We'll never know. I cannot in my heart ever accept the apology. I don't know if that extra day would have done anything, but they were not there when we needed them. Then the, "I don't know how this happened crap" was just too much. I know how it happened. My dog is gone and I will never know if that extra day would have helped. . If I could leave a review below 1 star I would.
Good vets and hospital located in what was previously a church. Prices can be scary but generally the same as other vets.
Excellent all around ,
Top notch vet. I originally came to Barrie Vet hospital off of a recommendation. After meeting and having Dr. Mooda I am very impressed with them.
Love the vet and staff and so did Frankie
I have been taking my 5 pets to this clinic for six years. In that piriot my pets saw three different vets. Two of the vets mad unnecessary mistakes that cost three of my pets a lot of pain, and I am not talking about the extra cost. On top of it one of the vets her bed manners are really not to be desired. Mistakes are part of life but, when the person that makes them is ignored it is unacceptable to me. Today I am moving my Kids to a new clinic. Meir
They were wonderful with my injured dog. I was so impressed with the care he received there.
They are excellent. We have had great care from them for years. Their covid measures are very good too.
They were very professional, helpful, and the most transparent with services and prices.
Wonderful and helpful staff
Warm, welcoming, very friendly, very affordable and caring...what more can you ask for? Thank you for taking care of our Luca ???????????? highly recommended ????
This place is a money grab. I had my dog go in on a Friday after 48 hrs of diarrhea. They gave me a prescription which they said would harden the stool after 24 hrs. They said if it didn’t that they would have to send a decal exam off for another $60 on top of the $120 exam I paid for. After 24 hrs my dog still has diarrhea. It’s been 4 days on antibiotics and get this, they wanna charge me another $60 to see the same Socorro for the same issue that they couldn’t resolve the first time. This place is a robbery.
Professional
I know that I should actually be giving these guys 5 stars. because they did an amazing job with my baby girl so I'm not able to save her life I will say that this company here has done the best they can friendly clean and valuable for the community of Barrie.
Tried a few different vets in Barrie, often greeted with attitude. They are always smiling and willing to help here
Sweet
Great staff, super helpful, be warned though, lots of stairs
Very friendly animal lovers, my cat Beamish felt right at home.
Friendly staff. Organized and efficient.
Very friendly
I have been searching for a good vet for months. The people at Barrie Veterinary Hospital were more than accommodating. They were very genuine and treated my puppy like she was their own. They held her and cuddled her and gave her lots of affection. They were also very professional and took their time answering questions and getting to the bottom of my pups problem. They don't force any treatment on you, they understand a budget. In my case, my puppy has been scratching and chewing her paws and rubbing her face, they assured me that it wasn't something I was doing wrong, and they started her on something simple, with high hopes. If in a few weeks she's not better we'll move up from there. They don't want anything invasive for no reason. Bottom line, their main concern is that YOU and your pet are happy!
They care about your pet.
Don't recommend. If you have a disability and can't walk up stairs there is no option for you. No wheelchair access. Had to carry my older 75lb dog up the stairs as he was unable to climb up them. Also had the vet try to upsell their food for our dog. I said I was not interested so as soon as she got off the phone she called my husband and asked him. My older dog needed immediate care and I called for an appointment and there was nobody that could see him. I thought he was dying as he was unable to walk and in distress. Nope...sorry...cant help you. It's just as well as he received amazing care at the emergency clinic on Dunlop Street. This place used to be amazing. It is not now.
So far so good! I like that they offer flea treatments for a very reasonable cost. Friendly and genuine staff. Edit - hands down an amazing veterinary clinic. I will be a customer as long as I live in the Barrie area.
Very honest and caring staff.
Fair prices with the utmost in customer and pet service. It's really a one stop shop.
I’ve had great service from VCA Barrie. They’ve worked with me to make sure my dog is doing well and I’m always able to get an appointment soon! They have been upfront, helpful, and open as far as costs involved. I would highly recommend!
Dr. Mudde is an amazing vet.
Dr. Martin is so wonderful with my dogs. Also staff have been wonderful in most cases. Everyone was exceptional when I arrived one morning with my deceased Abbie when this was such a difficult time for me.i have been coming to this hospital for about thirty years and now with my forth dog. Thank you
Excellent Vet and facility
Great people.really care about your pets
Very helpful staff... Nice team
I called this Vet earlier today to see if they would be taking on new clients unfortunately due to Covid they are not I explained my situation to them Being that I am super unhappy with my current vet in the way they treat me and how much money they tried to grab from us every appointment we had ever went to, they had always belittled me and my opinions and values as a fur mom. I have two puppies and after a few appointments by one puppy does not even go into the vet he will tug and pull on the leash as if he does not want to go in or he is scared of some thing and that is just not like him ever he has a very happy go lucky little guy so that just also spoke volumes for us. VCA was more than helpful and understanding. Not only were they supportive and gave me amazing advice reassured me the receptionist or the lady I was talking to on the phone talked on the phone with me for 30 minutes while I had a complete anxiety attack just to calm me down And again like I said help me with my situation give me advice and reassure me. She was able direct me to a vet that would take me immediately! Although I was not able to get into this Vet I was put on a waiting list so it was amazing to know that they were still willing to take care of me. I highly recommend this vet even if you have to go on a waiting list it is extremely worth it they care about you and they care about your animals they truly are an amazing group of people! I highly recommend this veterinarian office to anyone! They are so incredible and amazing to deal with!! Would give 6 stars if I could!
Took my pup for first visit. Amazing getting to deal with such a lovely staff. Great customer service and very attentive to your pet. Great safety protocols as well for covid does both curbside and in person (1 human) per visit with pet. Would highly recommend a great place to take care of your animal when they need it the most.
Unfortunately, my old ferret who had been struggling due to a prior infection passed away last night at home. As he was an important member of our family, we decided we would get him cremated and spread his ashes in the spring. I called a number of vets in town this morning to inquire about rates for this service, and found them to be the most reasonably priced (we weren't looking for a fancy urn, just a small container to hold the ashes until spring - something other clinics seemed unwilling to do). None of my own pets have ever been treated here before, though I did remember the compassionate service they provided when some of my family pets had fallen ill or needed to be euthanized when I lived in my parents' home. Losing a beloved pet is always a hard thing for someone to go through, but the staff were very kind. They took things slowly, comforted me, talked about Reaper with me, and gave me some time alone with him before ultimately saying goodbye. The vet (I didn't ask her name, I was kind of a mess) even arranged for someone to bring a portable debit machine into the private exam room. It's never an easy thing saying goodbye to a pet, but staff at the Barrie Veterinary Hospital helped more than I can say. I hope they have a vet who has experience with ferrets, because after today I would absolutely bring my young ones here for their care.
I was very happy with the service, my cat Baby was bitten by another cat and his paw was infected, they were friendly, not pushy and most of all affordable. It was my first time at a vets and they made the experience stress free.
I brought in my 10 month old puppy to be neutered, I received a call part way through the day from an employee asking if my puppy had his rabies shot. I had thought that was strange, as this was our regular vet. I received another call after he was stable and ready to leave. When I picked him up I could instantly tell something was wrong. My puppy was acting strange, after further inspection I notice a large gash to his neck about 4cm long. I believe he was attacked while in their care. When I questioned them about what happened, they denied anything had occurred. Since the incident I switched vets, and now that I want records of my dogs past, I am having difficulty retaining any records that he was neutered or his rabies shot. I personally would not recommend 200 Bayfield street.
Authentic, delicious and friendly people
Cant say enough good things about the team here. Thanks for caring for Molly and Monty as much as we do! ❤
VCA Canada Barrie Veterinary has the best veyerinarians in Barrie. They actually care about your pet and will ho over and above all expectations when you need them most.
Prices seem to always be changing
Awesome staff very friendly
Ashley is amazing go and see her for all your dog grooming needs
Very good with my cat
The best veterinary in Barrie. All of the vets are amazing, kind and do the best for your pets. The others are all just amazing!
As a long standing customer of the Barrie Veterinary Hospital I believe the staff has reliably shown the daily tasks of vaccinations and minor injuries to be well within their capability. However; my Golden Retriever became gravely ill in late February 2014. Cooper presented signs of lameness in his back end, great difficulty getting to his feet, unstable once upright, drooling, throwing up small amounts of bile, infectious eyes, difficulty breathing, loss of appetite, lethargy, and a plethora of other problems. Every Vet at Barrie Veterinary Hospital, all four, examined Cooper at one point or another over eleven appointments (11) in a span of two months. Two months of agony, pain and suffering for Cooper. Each Vet with their own speculation as to the root of the problem resulting in a surgery to remove a small foreign object lodged in his stomach, NOT the cause of Coopers problem. The result of this useless and needless surgery did not change a thing. Cooper continued to lose strength and mobility, his health was declining and the Vets were still pondering the cause. I finally insisted a referral be made to an emergency clinic in Toronto, to which BVH seemed relieved to be "off the hook". I shelled out nearly $4K to BVH to have their Vets tell me Cooper had eye infections with a possible underlying cause, another Vet told me Cooper may have bone cancer, another Vet told me Cooper "obviously" had a throat problem and required x-rays, another Vet told me Cooper was sick... seriously? He said Cooper needed surgery, that his blood numbers were not good but didn't know why. Within 24 hours of arriving at the emergency clinic in Toronto, Cooper was diagnosed with exposure to Lyme disease and Stage 5 Lymphoma. Cooper was euthanized the following day. I am deeply troubled, and have a difficult time comprehending the lacklustre performance of the BVH, and their inability to provide a timely, complete and thorough medical assessment of Cooper. Lyme disease and Lymphoma are not exotic diseases. BVH had two months to find the problem, the Toronto clinic found it within 24 hours, really? For obvious reasons we have changed Vets, and taken our other Golden Retriever to a new clinic. We miss our Cooper, but what really disturbs me most are the haunting images of Coopers face in pain and agony as he was dragged back to BVH over and over and over again and subjected to countless examinations, probes, x-rays, ultrasounds, injections, drops, medications and ultimately surgery, none of which provided the Vet staff at BVH with a clue to Coopers underlying terminal illness. UNBELIEVABLE. Hindsight being perfect, we unfortunately placed too much trust in the capability of the Vet staff at BVH and should have requested the referral much sooner, not that the end result would have changed, but perhaps Cooper would not have suffered as long as he did.
Milo was taken care of and looked after by a great group in a nice environment. He had 13 teeth removed and healed so quickly. Thank you for your service and looking after him. Pricing was fair unlike manly others who quoted us from Aurora to Barrie.
I switched from osullivans to this vet, i had my first appointment at this Barrie vet hospital and it is definitely my last!
Compassionate and informed staff. Highly recommend.
Super friendly service, very knowledgeable and genuinely cares about your pet's wellbeing. Highly recommend!
I’ve been going here since I lived in Barrie for regular shots etc. Today I had my first need for my dog to get some medical attention and I have to say that everyone here is awesome. The tech (didn’t catch her name, was excellent and friendly. Dr McIninch was excellent in looking at my dog and explaining things to me also she helped me out big time :) lastly, Andrea was tending to my dogs needs/care and they brought me back to see and explain what they were doing. I had a very pleasant experience here, my dog Bella will be happy to return again for more attention. Excellent services and great rates.
Super friendly staff. Several of the vets are really knowledgeable
Great care for our dogs
Had a great first visit with my pug Austin, Dr. Mitchell was very compassionate, knowledgable and not pushy at all. I walked out with a medication for my dog's knee and samples of tooth paste, chews and recommendations for how I can stay with my current brand of dog food but switch it up for better health. Staff were friendly and accommodating to fit us in sooner.
My pup was spayed a few days ago. Drop off went well, the procedure went well, they made note of a few things i should continue to watch that we were unaware of so i felt great that they did a thorough exam, she was monitored all day i was given updates. I was so pleased. Our baby girl had some complications, as any dog can have, with the anesthetic and they offered for us to bring her back immediately, but since i was able to give her water we opted to see how the evening went. She did not do very well overnight so i brought her back and helped her recover the next day. When i picked her up she was back to her perky little self and she is doing well. Her incision is perfect and i am so happy for the support they gave us. The office manager (Lori) was patient with my overly attentive motherly ways, the Tech explained everything on both occasions when i picked up our pup and made sure i knew what to expect and when to be concerned. I used to envy people who worked with animals but then i realized they actually have it worse as they have to deal with the animals human parents :) I am thankful for the care they gave our pup and would highly recommend!
I brought my dog here due to recommendation from word of mouth. A few months ago my dog started coughing up huge amounts of phlegm and I took him here and they said he had walking pneumonia. Got antibiotics. Two weeks later my dog was scheduled for another appointment that I had already made before this all started. I had been taking him to the vet because he has bad anxiety; I’ve had my dog almost 12 years, I know him best. The vet would not accept that and kept running tests and increasing his pain medication (it was working at its original dose) for his knee arthritis, which would only sedate him if I let it continue. At the appointment two weeks later, I couldn’t go in because of curbside and trusted the vet to communicate with me via phone. She hung up before I could get a word in. Later that day I called back and asked how his chest was (I knew that by asking the person on the phone, they would ask the vet). SHE DIDN'T EVEN LISTEN TO HIS LUNGS. Talk about incompetence. I took my dog to another vet, hoping they would understand the human-pet relationship and put my dog’s health first. He has been on anti-anxiety meds for almost two months and his anxiety is being managed already. Overall, if you go here, stand up for your baby. The employees here are very unprofessional and aren’t helping your pet; they want the money and don’t value how well you know your pet. Do NOT trust your pets life with these “professionals”. It won’t survive.
First visit, was recommended by a friend. I LOVE u Dr. Mudde. He explained what the reccommended vaccines were for and why he was reccommending these vaccines for my 2 dogs and their face/breathing shapes. Ones a boxer and other is a pug/Jack Russel. Did not rush through the appointment, and answered all my questions. Dogs were very comfortable with him and his assistant. Even though both dogs are overweight (I know) they did not hold back on the treats. They have a new "CLUB" they are promoting which sound perfect for my needs and my fixed income. VERY IMPRESSED AND VERY HAPPY
Dr. Mudde was WONDERFUL. I generally dislike small animal vets period but when my lab was hit by a police officer (admittedly preoccupied by the computer at 7:30am on a Sunday morning) I had no choice but to seek care. My budget would not allow for excessive amounts of care. Dr. Mudde helped us to manage Moxie's care with minimal costs. He did not force technology on us with expensive scans and ultrasounds. Instead he educated us on what to watch for and guidelines on care.
Dr. Mudde is the most personable, honest veterinarian you will meet. He is very accurate with diagnosis and up to date with current research. I always leave impressed and feeling like my shelties are getting the very best of care. I have only ever taken "Kato & Kali" to see him since they were puppies, and as my parents have done with their dogs since I can remember. When my female sheltie became very ill this summer and I feared I would lose her, he admitted her same day and his prompt treatment ensured she recovered. He has also called personally to follow up with me about her recovery. He treats your pets like family, I highly recommend booking with Dr. Mudde, I wouldn't see anyone else for my pets care :D
VCA is great! the Vet was able to give me prices for the procedures before they happened and was able to set out a action plan for each one to minimize expense.
The veterinarians and vet technician s are always very friendly and knowledgeable. They always go above and beyond to provide great service and keep my cat good and healthy!
This place was recommended by a friend! And I have really enjoyed it amazing staff, great at their jobs!
Friendly and efficient staff, simple online appointment scheduling, very helpful, intuitive vet, Dr. Lawrence who followed up on our pups treatment by phone. We have a year old Westie suffering from seasonal allergies, chewing her feet raw. We had some immediate onsite testing and a prescription which has improved her condition tremendously. Really pleased with my visit here.
Great staff - very friendly, knowledgeable, and reassuring. They took the time to see my sick dog as a walk in and promptly gave her all the help she needed and brought her through a successful operation the next day. The Dr took the time to explain things to me fully and then meet with my boyfriend and I later to explain things to him. Highly recommend this vet office!
When we had to make a very difficult decision regarding our dog they were professional and respectful towards my wife,my kids and myself. They were realistic and didn't press for methods that were unrealistic that would make them money. We have since gotten a new pupoyband have signed on for their puppy plan. They are great.
Caring and dedicated staff
Always look after my pets. Very friendly. Would suggest to a friend
It's always pleasant to take our dog there. Dr. Mitchel and everybody else are amazing.
Amazing first visit.
The staff and Doctors are wonderful, caring and supportive. We recently had to say goodbye to our little one, Raven. They made sure they not only took care of and comforted her (as was done since she was a pup), but also provided great comfort to my wife and myself. Dr Lawrence is tenacious researcher; a pragmatic and caring care giver; and a skilled diagnostician. Dr Mudde couldn't have been any more effective and supportive at a troubling time for us. The whole staff couldn't have been any better. The DRs work as a team; the whole staff works as a team; and all have earned the 5 stars. (They have been our Vets for all of our dogs since 1988).
Great staff and service.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your compassion, dedication to your profession, and love for our critters. To all the staff at Barrie Veterinary Hospital you are angels, who not only keep our beloved pet families healthy and make them well when they are sick but also feel our loss when our pets pass away. The Wilson family knows this for a fact. Over the past 22 years Barrie Veterinary Hospital has given exceptional, loving care to all our pet family, and over those 22 years they have also help ease our pain when our loved ones passed over the rainbow bridge. Today Dr. Lawrence and staff went beyond trying to save our goofy, talkative, larger-than-life weimaraner Oscar and for that we say thank you and God bless you all.
I loved this vet I have two dogs and they made even the shy one calm down, they are understanding and took the time to make sure you understand what is going on with your pets. So sad to be moving away and only hope I can find another vet like this one
