Dr. Nilo and Irene Arboleda and their staff always take very good care of our dog, Kylo (coton de tulear). We had Kylo neutered at their clinic recently and both doctors took the time in calling me back to explain to me in detail the procedure and ease my concerns. Kylo recovered pretty well post surgery. I would have given them 5 stars if they avoid pushing for the other optional vaccines (bordatella) and procedures (heartworm tests). But then again they don't force you if you don't want them.

Doctors are good here but you don’t want to face those girls in the front desk. To start with zero customer friendliness, ton of attitude. I guess mainly the girl with the glasses, she should not be in a vet hospital, people who love animals are not so unfriendly and unpleasant. I ask a question about the bill and she walks off with a disgusted face to check with the doctor. Because of the front desk I do not wish to bring my pet here any more. All I asked was the pet is registered at your clinic and you’re charging examination fee, how does that work? It’s not really make sense you bring your pet every time and get charged for examination fee? Your staff should visit other vet clinics and see how they treat the customers. Little bit of training to the front desk will go a long way... for your clinic.

I had to unexpectedly put down a pet and I rushed to my nearest vet which was the Thomas Glen Erin Animal hospital. I can't even describe how much care they put in making sure my pet passed away peaceful. Even after the process they were nothing but kind and I was a new patient who has never been there before. I would trust them with any of my pets and will always guarantee my pets visit this hospital first. Know that your pets are in the upmost care at this hospital.

I have an 18 year old cat who is experiencing many problems. I had Dr. Nilo come to my home for the first time and he and Samantha were wonderful. They were kind, caring and sensitive. Dr. Nilo explained my options and told me how invasive and stressful the procedures would be for an elderly cat. He also told me what signs to watch for further deterioration and helped make a decision about what would be best for my cat. I would recommend this service to anyone.

Prices are reasonable, the clinic is always clean, staff is very nice and the vets have treated my puppy great and given me lots of great tips and advice. Decided to try a new vet since I didn't feel too comfortable with my previous vet spaying my kitten and I defiantly made the right choice. The ladies at the front desk were so kind and respectful and made me feel very secure about my decision. They also explained everything very clearly and were so kind towards my kitty which made me feel much more relaxed about the whole surgery. The surgery it's self went amazing, the incision was very nicely stitched and wasn't messy or too big. My cat is back to her normal self the next day. Overall best vet I have been to yet and will defiantly keep going to them in the future.

My guinea pig had an upper respiratory infection and I brought her to this clinic. The staffs and Veterinarian were very kind and knowledgeable throughout my visit, and most importantly, they ensured that my guinea pig was treated until she was fully healthy. Don't bother taking your pet if you care for their health. Dr. Arboledo did not properly diagnose the root cause of our 4 month old puppy a eye injury and prescribed steroid eye drops without proper testing and caused our puppy to go blind in the left eye. Now we have to have his eye removed at only 4.5 months all because he made an improper diagnosis. I will seek justice for my puppy but please save yourself and your pet from being put in the nightmare that our family has gone through. Edited - funny you say that because I have every record, you like to not own up to what you did, I won't embarass your clinic by posting what other emergency vets have said about how you mistreated our dog, and no doctor would ever prescribe what you did as they quote. I have every record so the fact that you say you don't have us in your system is just to go how far you would go to cover what you did wrong. It's about the animals .... Our pets name was Otis and my married name is Skeene! Still can't find us in your system?

Dr. Irene Arboleda has treated three of my bunnies when they have been ill, with perfect results. She was thorough and found another area that needed some minor home care to prevent becoming a significant problem to cause discomfort to our rabbits. I have visited this clinic with three of my rabbits and will continue to book appointments with Dr. Irene in the future. She provides excellent information for parents of "exotic" pets.

The staff at the vets office are so nice, whenever we went in for our greyhounds senior food, nail clipping, check ups, shots, advice, the people at Thomas Glen Erin Animal Hospital are the best. Our 13 yr old passed away at home, Dr. Irene and support staff came over and provided the dignity and respect that made saying good bye to our girl less painful. We have been using the Glen Erin Animal Hospital for more than 6 years, never doubted their sincerity that the staff show their patients. Very unimpressed with not only how my dog has been treated, but with being a loyal client, how i have also been treated as well. I took my dog in months ago to get an examination on his paw, which they also looked at his eye (it was irritated) and administered eye drops, they also failed to diagnoise what they issue was with his eye (didn't bother to do any testing), didnt try to follow up with how it was doing, and when i tried to buy more eye drops, told me i had to pay another examination fee, because the last appointment was for his paw, not his eye. I explained to them how his eye was also looked at during that appointment, if i could please just get more eye drops and they refused. I also explained how money is tight for me, and if there was anyway possible to do some sort of payment plan so i could get all the help my dog needs and they refused. Again, i've been a loyal client to them for years. If they truly just wanted what was best for my dog, there is definitely ways they could of made it work. Sorry, but i would NOT reccomend taking your pet here. Ps. His eye is much worse now, as they gave a prescription of eye drops with steroids without a proper diagnosis, and im afraid his eye will need to be removed. I am absolutely disgusted with the treatment and after talking to other vet services, i can see now that i should of left a long time ago.

Always courteous staff, a clean environment, and the vet(s) take time to answer all our questions. We've been going there the past four years and have always had a consistently pleasant experience. My only "concern", if it is one at all, is that we never seem to see the same vet twice. So, either there is a lot of folks on staff and we keep getting different ones, or there is some turnover (though to be fair, we have only had to visit for annual check-ups so we're only there once a year).

Overall good. I took my bearded dragon in for an eye infection. The staff are polite and helpful, he seemed happy when he came out and his condition has improved greatly. I was upset when I was told to give him dubia roaches though as they are illegal in Canada. I also was told to spray his tank several times a day with water, this will give an increased chance of respiratory infection. Overall fine but I will follow the advice given to me from the rescue I bought him at instead of bringing illegal bugs into my home.

After getting a dental quote from a different veterinary practice, I took my dog here and wow what a difference! The vets here are honest and genuinely care for the animals. They are better priced than any other vet and the service is incredible. After one visit I pulled my dog's file from the previous vet and switched him to this practice. Dr. Nilo is a fraudulent veterinarian. Brought my dog there because of a skin issue she was prescribed antibiotics and predisone. He expressed strongly that my dog had cancer without ever running any kind of blood test regardless if that would tell us anything. None the less my dog has been on predisone for almost a month I brought her back for a follow up her right back leg is swollen like a balloon from water retention which is the first side effect that comes up on google when you search it. Dr.Nilo continued to tell me that predisone does not cause water retention, he did not even examine her leg for any other possibilities of a solution at all. He continued to tell me he doesnt know what is going on with my dog. I'm starting to question how this man can even call himself a veterinarian. I bet the response to this review will say we recommended you to another specialist when your father came in, this is not the case when I confronted him about this he stumbled on his wording couldn't give me a doctor's name nor did he take initiative to even try to help set something up. This vet is a pill pushing money stealing fraud I do not recommend bringing your pet here. He will make your pets health worse.

We had a wonderful experience with Thomas Glen Erin Animal Hospital. Our 7 year old Shih Tzu was vomitting, not eating or drinking, turned jaundiced. No other vet in the area would take us because they were too full, including emergency hospitals (8-16 hour wait). Thomas Glen Erin made us an appt for the next day, and we actually got in the day before thanks to a cancelation. Our dog was diagnosed with Leptospirosis and based on what we've been told, we thought that was the end of it :( Everyone was super supportive and responsive regarding any questions and concens that we had through the whole process. Thanks to the quick actions of everyone here, she came out better and stronger than before! Theyre super reliable and professional and their prices are very fair. This will be the only vet we go to from now on. Thank you!!

I have been going to this vet for about 4 years and have always appreciated the care she’s given for my dog. Unfortunately after this last experience my opinion of the clinic has changed greatly. My dog received vaccines I didn't ask for, and then they withheld documentation for the vaccines, all while being rude and accusatory. This is in line with many of the other recent 1 star reviews which say that the front desk staff are rude. I dropped my pet off at the door of the clinic, as with COVID restrictions owners are not allowed inside the office right now. I explicitly asked for a check up, and for updated tick and flea medication. About 40 minutes later I received a call that my dog had been checked up, and had received vaccines. I deliberately did not ask for updated vaccines, since we had had her vaccines updated months ago at a vet clinic which was more convenient for us at the time. After the vet circled back with her staff about the mix up, she came back on the phone and told me that 2 of her staff (the girl who booked my appointment over the phone several weeks ago, and the girl who I dropped my dog off with at the door) claimed I specifically asked for vaccinations. This was 100% not what happened. I knew my dogs vaccines were not due yet - why would I ask for her vaccines to be updated when they weren't needed? The vet said that “she believed her staff.” She also said that it should be my obligation to explicitly state that vaccines should not be updated since they were done elsewhere to avoid this type of issue. While the vet was polite throughout the interaction, I don’t appreciate being called a liar when I know very well what services I booked and communicated for my pet to have. Additionally - It absolutely is not logical that a customer has the responsibility to state which treatments should *not* be given to their dog - the default should be that only the services which are requested are given! The vet did not charge me for the vaccines initially, which I appreciated. However, they’ve since been difficult about providing a record of the vaccines that were given to my dog. Regardless of the cost, I think I should be provided with paper records of what vaccines were given to my pet. After an exchange over email where the responder on their end of the emails was rude and argumentative, I’ve ultimately ended up paying to get the records of what vaccines were given without my consent. (I would have much preferred to pay another vet to give the vaccines again and get her records updated after the treatment I received here, but this did not seem in the best interest of my dog, and so I didn't really have a choice) I’ll definitely be taking my business elsewhere after this experience.

Often times you can get the care you seek but when they charge you for every minute and follow up it really becomes unaffordable. I've yet to see any reviews on exotic pets but a couple years ago I took my hamster to this hospital because he had an eye problem. I was charged $161.30 for very short consultation, a fluorescein stain test, and just a tiny bottle of maxitrol eyedrops 5ml. (the eyedrop costs around $24 online so the short consulatation and stain test was $137.30? ok :/) but I can say for sure it was not worth it as his eye did not get better and he passed away not too long after most likely due to old age. My new hamster just a bit over 2years old might have a tumor and the reason I write a review now after such a long time after my first visit is because of all the horrible reviews I've been reading on how badly the surgeries go and all the unnecessary products that are pushed onto the clients. I can't speak for myself as I have never experienced them myself but sure makes me hesitant to come here again.

Overall a wonderful vet, definitely a place I'd want to take my two turtles to again, should any more problems arise with them.

They both take time in answering our questions without judgement or being rushed. Dr. Nilo handled our dogs mostly, he was really gentle and very thorough. My gecko was sick & our current vet didn't treat reptiles so I had to find someone who did. I found a practice near home that did exotic animals. They were quite "cold" and REALLY overcharged - wow! I went back for several re-checks that they didn't charge me for. They truly cared about our gecko's health and didn't nickel & dime for every little thing. I've used this clinic for my dogs vet needs and I'm neither impressed nor disappointed with their service so far. Clearly many of the recent one star ratings are the result of someone grieving from the loss of a pet and either having friends and family post about it or created multiple google profiles to generate negative reviews. Although losing a pet is devastating, the answer isn't to launch a personal attack against a business, trying to ruin their reputation. With that said, the clinic should definitely not be soliciting its clients for good reviews. In the end, two wrongs don't make a right.

The clinic ordered double the dosage of a heart medication for my small dog, which I’m sure was an honest mistake. What really tipped me over the edge to write this review was the completely unhelpful and to be blunt borderline incompetent Sunday receptionist. (The other receptionists I’ve met on weekdays are generally very nice.) Clinic ordered replacement medication with the correct dosage and left a voice mail saying it’s ready to be picked up. However it later took two follow up calls for receptionist to stop being confused about whether the medication is really there or not. Later when exchanging the meds and doing the refund for the price difference, the receptionist didn’t know how to refund credit card and had to consult the doctor. When she finally located an instruction sheet she asked for an authorization code on the bottom of the small credit card receipt. I admit I haven’t done an extensive amount of refunds/returns in my life but I’ve done a few. I had been asked for store receipts which is to be expected, but never the small credit card terminal receipt. When I mentioned I don’t have the code, the receptionist stopped being helpful and said I can wait there for half an hour for the doctor to come out of an appointment and maybe he can authorize a cash refund. I ended up calling my bank to ask for the code, and even the phone agent was confused as to why I need that code for the refund as the merchant should have that information. The double dosage blunder, while serious, was at worse careless and not malicious. But this unhelpful and dismissive attitude by the receptionist there on Sunday 3/15 really upsets me, especially considering I wouldn’t have to make the trip or do the refund if they didn’t make the mistake in the first place.

It started out with my dog having one ear infection and a couple of sores on his stomach. The doctor said he was allergic to his food. The other ear was fine, a week or so later his other ear was badly infected. Doctor prescribed medical food, medication and a shampoo. I did a follow up he seem to have been getting worse, the doctor gave him more meds and steroid shots. Almost 1 month later no follow-up appointment and his sores and ears had become really bad, i call the clinic they said we don't normally do a follow up till the meds are gone. Unfortunately my dog had been so infected to no point of healing i had to put him to rest.???????????? I want to say that the assistant with the pink hair and tattoos was really rude, she said my dog was a big problem she had no compassion and of course he was in a lot of pain that's why he was a problem. The assistant told the doctor i called her a Liar, the doctor come charging at me outside the clinic and was yelling at me, i told her to calm down i did not say that and she apologized. They chose that profession so deal with animals who are in distress, it's her job!! Long story short to this day they have not called to say I'm sorry for your loss. Be aware you don't know what goes on behind closed doors and what i mean by that is they don't allow you to enter the building with your animal to be examined. It very heart breaking ????to put a pet down they are family. This clinic needs to be more compassionate to customers and the animals.

Great vets and caretakers. My fiance and I never expected a baby kitten to enter our lives out of the blue. She was roughly a week to 2 weeks old when we first got her. She was under weight and didn't even know how to pee or poo on her own. We brought Oreo in as we didn't know what to do as she wasn't eating or drinking fluid. The vets handled her with care, taught us how to raise and take care of her, even helped with deworming when she was having upset stomach and in pain. Now I can't think of a day without Oreo around, and I have Thomas Glen Erin Animal Hospital to thank for that, thank you for all the love and passion you put in taking care of not only Oreo, but all animals.

Last month I took my Chihuahua there because he was crying in pain the doctor told me he has constipation when I told him he ate something then he took the x-rays charge $170+$60 for checkup+30 for medication, plus taxes. After seeing the x-ray doctor said it's nothing just constipation, give me medication for constipation few days later my Chihuahua died from obstruction there was a bone stuck in his stomach. I was extremely sad the same day I had my exam and in the morning he died. The thing that bothered me the most was he died in a lot of pain due to doctor mistake of diagnosing him wrong.

I had adopted two leopard geckos from a rescue, and sadly one of them ended up quite sick (impaction from poor substrate from the previous owners). When she started showing signs of this illness I looked to find a vet in the area that can see a reptile. Glen Erin was one of the closest and was very straightforward on the phone when I called. I asked about the costs to have my leo seen and when I could come in. The receptionist quoted me the price and was very friendly about the whole situation. When I brought my leo in they were friendly and not judgemental. (I was worried they would think the impaction was my carelessness) the vet was professional and talked me through the two options I had. I chose the medication route and warm baths. Sadly the impaction was too far gone and I did lose the little leo, when the vet office called in to check out how everything was going I let them know that she didn't make it. They sent a card all signed by the staff with their condolences. It was very touching. Overall it was a good professional environment.

I highly recommend this animal hospital, as I brought both my dog and my turtle here. Dr.Irene gave us antibiotics for my turtle (he had a severe bump on his neck) and he healed quickly. My dog was brought here for their grooming services, and the groomer asked us specifically how he should be cut, which was something other groomers that I previously experienced did not do. My cat had a bad surgery which cause pee to go in-between his skin and body, this caused him extreme pain so we had to sadly euthanize him. The Doctor never told us that he did something wrong. He only told us we should euthanize. The night before he was scheduled to be euthanized we took him to the emergency vet clinic because I knew something else was wrong because his leg was shaking alot. The emergency clinic did everything they could but he was already leaving. If I knew about the pee in him a few days ago when I went to this vet they said He would have had a much higher chance of survival. Dr. Nilo Padilla Arboleda did the surgery and kept the Truth away and left my cat to suffer for a few days until we finally learned the truth a few days later. It is DISGUSTING behavior that a vet will LIE and NEVER tell us there are complications after the surgeries. I've talked to a few other vets and this is a simple procedure that should never end like this, even if that cat cannot be healed it should take a few months after the failed surgeries, NOT DAYS. this vet KILLED MY CAT. They rather protect their reputation instead of doing what's best for the cat. The surgery is either supposed to solve or not solve the issue. The worse thing hidden by the vet is the fact that he was suffering for the last few hours of his life. He was only two and a half years old and did not deserve something like this. The only reason why I figured out was after the last appointment, he was scheduled for euthanasia but we went to a emergency clinic in the middle of the night they told us this problem was caused by one of the surgeries. The Doctor did tell us the risk and all of that, but I guess he won't tell you if there were any complications. After the surgery when we picked him up he said the surgery went fine, he started swelling within 12 hours after he started peeing into himself. We went for check ups after the surgery but they said everything was fine, and the only thing they did during the second visit was telling us he will not survive we even told him he didn't pee for 3 days which I guess is FINE in his eyes. Another vet in Oakville later told us there was a mistake that caused all of this to happen. I do NOT recommend this vet to anyone, they Killed my cat and I'm sure they will do this to other people just to protect their reputation. Edited response to you: yes we did know about the risks and possible complications that may happen during surgery, but you need to tell us if there were any complications. This behaviour is really unbelievably inhumane because you shouldn't be able to decide without us knowing if MY cat dies. Maybe if you told us after surgery we could have done something. Animals cannot tell us if they are in pain or they feel like something is wrong, this is why it's up to the vets and surgical staff to tell us what is wrong. You need to trust the vet clinic and we put that trust in you and you threw it away. You throwing that trust away threw the life of a young active cat. You said "sorry" in a response to my review but that is not acceptable, you can at least email me or call. This is so inhumane and completely unbelievable. When we picked him up you told us why there was so much swelling, you said because it's the surgery. The swelling was actually from liquid being trapped under the skin and was not from the surgeries. Don't you dare tell me that you told us everything. The third photo is a picture before we went to your establishment one last time for his last check up at your vet. It shows how much you lied. Shame on you. Also how dare you ask for good reviews, you should earn you good reviews. You emailed all your clients asking for good reviews, and you called everyone including me a "cyber bully" because we left a one star review. You get what you deserve and treat others the way you would like to be treated.

My 16 year old toy poodle recently got his teeth removed and cleaned. I was very nervous for this procedure because he is an old dog going under anesthetics. The staff were so reassuring and good with him. They had staff monitoring him the whole time and it was such a success. Now his teeth are so clean and no longer has dangerous bacteria and plaque that can cause sickness. They also followed up a day later to see how he is doing. Great service. I have been with Dr. Nilo at the Thomas Glen Erin Animal Hospital for about 6 years. I run a dog boarding /daycare business from my home. I met Dr. Nilo when my rat terrier had his stitches burst open because another vet did not stitch it properly. Dr. Nilo cleaned, stitched and put a drain in so it would heal properly. Also, My 12 year old dog developed bone cancer and his diagnosis was terminal. Dr. Nilo worked with me to keep him comfortable as I used holistic treatments and came to my home for the final visit. Dango passed away in my arms with Dr. Nilo and his tech's assistance. They were compassionate, they gave me space when I needed it and explained everything before it happened. I truly appreciate his professional and respectful attitude. This was one of the worst days of my life and Dr. Nilo helped me through it. My next dog developed grand mal seizures at 1 year old. Dr. Nilo worked with me to find a solution and to make Dukes life more comfortable. Unfortunately, Duke passed away at 2.5 years old when his seizures took control at the emergency 24 hour clinic. I only wish Dr. Nilo was there as I would have dealt with it much better. I am a naturalist RAW food feeder, I give limited vaccines and use titer tests after 1 year old. I do not use chemical flea / tick treatment either. Dr. Nilo respects my views and works with me to care for my dogs. That is hard to find in a traditional vet. I have been through 6 vets in the last 10 years due to clashes of views. Dr. Nilo and his wife Dr. Irene never pressure me or make me feel judged / disrespected for my views. I appreciate that very much. I highly recommend this vet clinic to all of my clients. I have never recommended a vet before so that should tell you how much I love this vet clinic. The staff is always friendly and the techs are very knowledgeable.

Today I called this office and informed the person, who answered the phone, that my kitten was vomiting and lethargic. I only live a couple of blocks away. I was informed that they were booked up and I could call an emergency clinic or another vet. I was worried and didn't have time to waste with this person. I called another Vet and was told to bring him right in. My kitten had bloodwork and X-rays and is now on antibiotics. I spare no expense with my animals. The Vet told me to call back anytime day or night if I had any concerns and to call the following morning. Why didn't Thomas Glen Erin Animal Hospital not give me the name of an ER clinic? That would have been so helpful for a worried and stressed pet owner. Since this clinic couldn't help a sick animal I won't recommend it. I wouldn't even want to imagine it if English were not my first language and I had a sick animal and no-one would assist me.

Dr. Nilo, you just told me to sign the waiver form for the surgery. I do fully understand there are risk in all kind of surgeries. However when it actually happen, shouldn't you have to tell me . I did some internet research about PU surgery. Yes, the opening may be closed up but is not happened within 12 days after the surgery . It takes at least couple months. AJ suffered agonizing pain for more than 30 hours because urine leaked into surrounding tissues instead of coming out which we found out at emergency hospital. Surprising you, right ? As I agreed to euthanize him after you rechecked him at 6pm on Oct 3 . You told me he was blocked again. Never mention any words of surgical complications . I even booked the appointment with you at 730pm on Oct 4 for put him down. Seeing him could barely move , sleep , eat and drink after 3pm on Oct 3. We felt helpless and heartbreaking. We then brought him to emergency hospital at night to find another hope. Unfortunately it is too late, being blocked for 3 weeks which you never solved it plus your surgery complications which made his abdomen soaking with urine . There is no hope to recover. Thanks to you , our family had an unforgettable Thanksgiving! We definitely deserve a full explanation of incident and sincere apology. My review can finally stay. Don't understand why the owner deleted my review at the first time. I am the owner of the cat and he didn't tell me there was complications after the surgery and delayed our time sending the cat to emergency. I am definitely have the right to rate one star. I only wrote one review but he chose to delete mine because I told the truth. Yes, the clinic staffs are friendly but you cannot just give 5 stars because of this. I do understand there are risk in all kind of surgerues but we are human . Human will make mistakes . However choosing not telling the mistake is unforgivable and unprofessional for your job. How you gain this title, doctor. We trust the reviews and brought our cat here, ended up my cat died in surgical complications which Dr. Nilo did not tell us , just told us surgery went well when we asked him

I entered the clinic mainly to open a file for my new kitten and to do a check up on his health. All in all this was such a welcoming experience. The doctor and reception were completely nice, positive and professional. Even my 3 month kitten did not have any problem/fear during the visit he was calm through out the while visit. I knew he was in good hands. I do hope that in the future, my visits in this vet clinic will be as good of an experience and as helpful as the first visit.

Very business oriented. Sure they're a business and they need to make a profit, but they push too much. They used to call frequently, requesting I bring in my dog for unnecessary shots (yes I know some are standard and you need them legally) until I told them to stop, and they'd push pet food at the counter and also pet insurance, and also be very "shy" to say the least, with sharing their prices. So I'd go in, they'd just give my dog whatever and hand me the bill afterwards. And I was like, "oh. I guess I paid for this???" And not to mention the front desk people have never been very welcoming. Actually somewhat standoffish and they made me uncomfortable to ask any questions. And when one of my dogs died they also had blank expressions on their faces after we lugged his body to the hospital for cremation. Sure it wasn't THEIR dog, but some sort of consoling behavior would've been nice, even if it was some Oscar winning act. So yeah, very business oriented and kinda shady; soulless at times even. Didn't really treat my (living) pets like they cared either, especially if they're giving them random shots when they don't need them... 1/5 stars. Ideally would go for 0 if I could. :/ Also, seeing other 1-2 star reviews, to the owner, this review is meant to help customers. It is also criticism meant to help you better your business. Please take it as such with grace. Do not reply in a spiteful manner or delete this post as it seems you've done to others. Thank you! EDIT based on owner's reply: guys I politely asked you accept criticism with grace. It's kind of messed up that I have to prove this to you. My dog, Bear, passed away about 3 years ago now. You handled his dead body. Your location is right in a plaza by a mcdonalds and longos, on the corner of Thomas and glen erin. Your office (at least used to) has a cat roaming around. If you need more proof please contact me, because now you're just being rude.

Yesterday my parents took my dog to get his heartworm test and his revolution, and I was very disappointed to hear that they did not have a positive experience at all. In the past when I've taken him, the lady was always so pleasant and showed she really cared about her job and loved my dog. However yesterday whoever took care of him was quite rude. My mom was wondering why the bill was so high this time in comparison to past appointments, and it was because he gained a pound more and supposedly needed a higher dosage of the revolution. The lady seemed to be bothered by the fact that my mom was asking this. I mean, wouldn't anyone wonder why their bill is so high in comparison to past appointments? She then stormed off and angrily grabbed the paper work to hand to my mom. I now wonder how she treated my dog and if he was mistreated when she went to the back to grab him, and hand him back to my parents. I called this morning and spoke to someone at the desk who really listened to my concern and was very apologetic for her colleagues behavior. I asked to never have this lady treat my dog again. This should not be happening. Dogs are like humans too and they sense these things. He's already anxious and I'm sure this experience made his anxiety even worse. Maybe she should reconsider her career..... I hope I don't see her next time I'm there. I will be sure to give her a piece of my mind.

We take our two dogs here over the vet that is closer to us because the service is great, the vets are amazing, friendly and understanding of our pets issues (when they arise). They take great care of them and we now bring them here to have them groomed as well. I'd give 4.5 stars if that was an option but TGEAH is way better than a 4 star rating. The only reason is I think the grooming service is a bit pricey, but our dogs love going so I think it's worth it! Just wish they had boarding services too!!

Had an examination for my rabbit/bunny and was looking to get it spaued here. Definitely going to keep looking for a vet for rabbit spaying. Exam was ok but felt uncomfortable when products were being pushed. Also vet gave pretty pricey vit c supplements I regret buying. They said rabbits cannot produce vit c, but after some research and asking other vets, rabbits can synthesis vit c themselves and can get it easily in their diet and too much vit c in their diet is bad for them. Was pretty sus. I asked about spaying/neutering and they make you take home the rabbit on the same day which was weird because the other clinics I called all did overnight stays. Also spaying costs were higher than that of other vets that included overnight stays and other services.

AMAZING VET!!! (I wish I knew her name) the lady that saw my skinny pig yesterday was very professional and She DID NOT try ripping me off like the other vet I went to who have in the past has. Absolutely love Coco’s new vet, I am never taking my pet to another clinic. You could tell she really cared about my animal and she wasn’t trying to take my money, which is hard to find a vet like that. She took the time to explain everything to me, let me know what I ACTUALLY NEEDED and what I DID NOT NEED. She gave me recommendations on how to help his healing and how to potty train him!! Also my mum will be changing her current vet for our Yorkie to this clinic. She has done an amazing job and i am letting all my friends and family with pets know about this vet! I would recommend this clinic, especially the vet who seen Coco, to anyone that has an animal. Had a great experience with my dog when I brought him here. The staff were friendly and courteous, they booked me in for an appointment very quickly and he received excellent care at a very reasonable cost. As a new dog to me they also offered some invaluable advice to help ease the transition of a rescue dog into my life. It's terrible that a cat passed away after surgery but it's not fair for all their friends, family and co-workers to post 1-star reviews of a business they've never frequented. That's just shameful, spiteful behaviour.

My dog had some alarming symptoms, blood in her vomit and stool. They took me in at the earliest available time and the vet gave me some reasonable treatment options. They treated my dog on the same day, gave me some information on what to look for over the next few days and called to follow-up after a couple of days. I feel like they care for my dog almost as much as I do and I really appreciate everything they do for us.
