I had my cat put down at this clinic. It was the hardest thing I think I've ever had to do. The staff was beyond measure with how they handled the situation. No words can describe the ease they provided to the situation. They provided ample time before and after the procedure for me to be with my cat, waiting until I was ready to procede. I hope no one has to go through what I went through, however if you do, just know this is the most humane process I can imagine to get it done. Have always been happy with this vet and he always does a great job. He was even able to handle my little one who has severe vet anxiety and lashes out. I had a 17 year old Shih-poo that unfortunately had abruptly reached the end of her life. This clinic had offered the most reasonable cost and the care our beloved dog recieved was great. After examining her the vet was upfront about the prognosis and did not try and push tests on us. We will definitely be bringing our other dog here for check ups!

I want to start off this review by stating that Dr. Sagoo is the 4th vet we have found for our goldendoodle and now our last and final pick - we have finally found a winner! We have had vets that have been rated fantastic (one is an award winner in Mississauga) but have never had the kind of service, compassion and communication from any other vet. We first booked with Dr. Sagoo because we were looking for a place to neuter our big guy at a reasonable price - I called 8 different vet offices and this was the most affordable option. Our dog had his surgery a few weeks ago and healed perfectly with no complications! I'm a bit of a worrier so I would email the office pictures of my pup's incision site daily and they would always respond with patience and kindness. Not to mention, the one thing I appreciate about Dr. Sagoo the MOST is that I never feel he is rushing us out his door. He always takes the time to explain our options to us and answer all of my many questions. ALL of the other vets we have had prior to Dr. Sagoo have just tried to get us in and out as quick as possible and/or push costs. I also want to say the receptionist Alysa is also fantastic - she always responds to all emails and phone queries with patience and is so helpful. We are certainly sticking with Dr. Sagoo! He is the best!!

I bought my cat here for an annual checkup + vaccine. After receiving quotes from a few places the prices here were so much more reasonable. From the initial phone call, meeting the receptionist, and meeting the doctor everything was professional and extremely courteous. The appointment did not feel rushed at all, and the doctor took his time to explain all our concerns. Furthermore, he was very attentive, and you could tell he cared for our cat and it was just not another patient. Other facilities may have fancier websites and clinics, but the service here is top notch. Highly recommended!

the most unsympathetic people doctors whatever you want to call this vet, i took my pet in for care and if you don't have the full amount to pay they kick you out without even looking at your pet - no sympathy at all, no compassion, and so unfriendly - i would not recommend these people at all - talk to a person first, before you kick them out, before you refuse to help - dont always think about the bottom line - show compassion - i wish there was a star less than one - he didn't even look at my pet - his assistant didn't even know how to handle our pet - so insensitive - these people at this clinic were horrible - horrible service - no compassion at all - did not event help us or recommend a solution

I cannot say enough good things about this clinic. My dog was very sick, and they handled the whole situation with so much kindness and compassion. Extremely prompt responses to all the numerous calls and e-mails I made because I was so worried about my dog. The vet technician took our dog into her arms and took him inside. They have also left their curtains open, so even with the current pandemic, you can still see what is going on. The vet that we saw, Dr. Sagu honestly embodies everything a good doctor should be. He wore a mask, came outside, and spoke to us personally about what was going on, and spent a long time making sure we understood absolutely everything. They treated us like family, and it felt like they cared about our dog as much as us. Also, they have extremely reasonable prices. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

The Dr. is very kind, answers all your questions, explains everything so you feel better knowing what's going on. His vet tech Alyssa is also extremely nice and helpful. I have taken my cat to the vet for the first time. My cat is 3 years old and when I adopted her she was chubby. I was doing research on the internet and now with this covid it is difficult to get a consultation. Alice the lady was super nice, she answered all my questions, she helped me with all the doubts from how to register my cat, she gave me information because I want to travel in the future and take my cat with me. the price for 2 vaccines and consultation was super reasonable. I have been very satisfied with the Dr. he was very sincere and transparent. He did not take advantage of being a chubby cat and already with some age. He said what could be done in this consultation and within 3 months if my cat does not lose weight what we can do. for those who are looking for a veterinary I recommend it for the excellent service, sympathy and affection on the part of the receptionist Alice and Dr. towards pets and towards us owners of pets.

Normally I don't leave bad reviews publicly but I must make an exception. I'm quite disappointed in this veterinary clinic. When I had to bring my dog in this past summer for flea treatment, the vet seemed terrified of my dog, was hesitant to touch him (he's a friendly, calm, elderly, 3-legged Shepherd/Husky mix) and then when he went to take blood, he practically butchered my dog. We had to come back the next day to see a different vet who was finally able to draw the tiniest bit of blood after much ado. It made me question whether either vet had any training at all. I was surprised that there was no vet tech on staff. I did the restraint myself after the receptionist was called in to help (?!?!) to no avail. Just this past week, while I was on vacation, I had my regular vet fax over my dog's records and a script for a simple anti-diarrheal because he is having a colitis flare-up and he is over an hour away from his regular vet. They claimed not to have received it and when it was re-sent and my brother had been standing there for 45 minutes, they finally told him that they would need to do a full assessment for $250 in order to fill the prescription. After my brother tried to get ahold of me to find out if I would agree to that (which I would not), he was informed that they don't even have the medication on site and it would take 4 days to order it in. I'm a pet professional myself, so it's not easy to pull the wool over my eyes but for poor, unsuspecting clients without my level of knowledge...I dread what they go through. I do question the ethics and training of the staff at this clinic and even if my dog were on his last leg, I wouldn't bring my dog here again. I'm sure they're lovely with seemingly non-threatening pocket-dogs and people who don't mind dishing out obnoxious amounts of money on completely unnecessary exams. Instead, my regular vet sent my prescription to Costco and it was picked up and administered with no problem. It's devastating to see vets undercutting clients this way. I'm so relieved to have the vet that I do in Toronto; compassionate and does not undercut me at all. Instead she supports me and puts the health of my dog first and foremost. Just the way it should be.

Dr Verma was by far the worst vet I have seen in Toronto. He was extremely condescending, ill mannered and unkind to my dog. I have never met a vetinarian so uncomfortable around animals, unfriendly & lacking in basic knowledge and manners. It was beyond a joke how terrified and disgusted this man was having to perform a basic, routine check up on a friendly and submissive dog. I totally regret having my dog taken to this clinic for basic vaccinations. It was a overall a bad experience for him, my pup was totally stressed by this man and I would highly recommend a different vet.

Regrettably we had to put our 14 year old cat Abby down as a result of her Heath issues. The staff were so compatiomate and concerned it made the process so much easy to deal with. It was a very difficult decision to euthanize our pet with her health deteriorating so much this process was made so much more bearable for what it was in ending our beloved pets suffering. The staff were so compassionate and sympathetic and assisted us in this very difficult decision with concern and empathy. We haven't had to deal with a loss like this before and as difficult as it was they did show a lot of compassion and caring for our decision and our loss. Excellent! I have a 14 week old German Shepherd puppy and Dr. Gagan Sagu and Alysa have been great with her. I can tell they are passionate about their jobs. They're super informative and their services are affordable. Dr. Gagan Sagu took a bunch of extra time during my last visit to answer a huge list of questions and showed me how to cut my dogs nails. The premises is clean and orderly. I will be getting my dog spayed here as well. I would HIGHLY recommend checking this practice out if you are looking for a vet.

This clinic is not only close to home and my business it also has the most amazing staff!!! Dr sagu saved my animals life! With out him and his wonderful assistant my beloved animal would not be here as I type this. Animal owners need to understand that health issues are sometimes not a easy fix... this being said you need patients and faith in health care. I will continue to refer and bring my babies here at any cost. Oh and speaking of cost they are more than reasonable - when you do your research! Everyone there makes you feel comfortable, helpful and have alot of knowledge which they take the time to explain what is going on with your pet and put forward a shared plan to get your pet better. I would not take my dog anywhere else. I'm looking to move to Niagara Falls this fall and will still come down here with my dog. Wouldn't you want the best for your kids? EXTREMELY disappointed with today's visit to the vet . We have have been taken my dog here for many years and typically she sees Dr. Sagu .I went in for a tick issue and for obvious reasons I couldnt go inside with her.So I specifically requested they do a thorough check to make sure she had no more ticks. They told me they "checked" and only found 2.I come home to find 4 more the same area they supposedly had looked around!! I'm only left to assume they did not care about my dog were in a rush to get home since I was the last appointment.

On our first visit, the location was empty for an hour until someone finally arrived [10 am for a 9 am appointment]. Even when we were there, it seemed "empty" and "closed". Only ever saw 1-2 staff at a time. We had scheduled a spay a month and a half ago when they cancelled a week before the procedure. Very nonchalant about rescheduling, when I personally needed very specific timing -- which I had accommodated for in the original plans. I found another vet able to work with me for a similar price and made the switch. Didn't quite get the impression that our pet was being cared for.

Took my dog for exam and a specific procedure, Vet had no knowledge during or after the exam on any topic related to Dogs. after the procedure I heard the receptionist/ helper tell him he did not know what he was doing. They still charged me their stiff prices. They shouldn't have a vet license to operate the place, I don't why places like this don't get regulated. HORRIBLE!

I have seen many vets in the Oakville-Mississauga area and this clinic definitely has the most affordable rates in the area. That itself is likely good enough to get you to go, but on top of that, the staff here are really extraordinary, both the doctors and the techs. They really care about your pet and are true animal lovers. I will never forget the kindness and support Dr. Sagu showed my family and our cat throughout my cat's struggle with his developing epilepsy, nor the great love and care with which he handled putting him down when it eventually came to that.

Amazing staff and doctor. saved two of my cats so far. prices are very fare and never overcharges anyone. ladies are very nice and helpful and they always find a way to fit you in if its an emergency. after surgery they called us twice just to check up on my cat. overall amazing experience.
