From the moment I called to book my first appointment for my new kitten Severus, the staff were so kind and informative on the phone. Dr. Soliman was more than happy to take the time to explain to me what he was doing step by step for all his appointments. Severus is now fully vaccinated and neutered. I have a happy, healthy kitten thanks to Erin Folk Animal Hospital!

Dr. Solomon is an outstanding vet. He and his staff are so kind. My little Coco was less than 3lb when Dr. Solomon first saw her and he was amazing with her as he has been with my Yorkies before. Our 12 year old Schnauzer had his teeth cleaned as well 8 extractions. The cost was way less than our friends paid just for 3 extractions. Apart form the price, we were given a tour before hand (with the kids), everything was clearly explained and it was nice to have a Vet who took the time with us.

Our little dog Beza passed away a little over a week ago. Thanks to Dr. Soliman and Venessa, Beza was able to have a very dignified and peaceful passing. Dr. Soliman first met Beza when she had a very bad dental infection, this was the first time he saved our beautiful girl. The second time was a little more bitter sweet when Beza was diagnosed with a very aggressive breast cancer and Dr. Soliman helped remove the tumors. The third time Dr. Soliman saved Beza, was when she got a uterine infection (pyometra). I was very young when I got Beza and my family did not know a lot about dog health, without judgement or criticism Dr. Soliman helped make Beza's life the best it could be (and saved her again). Dr. Soliman and his staff were always so phenomenal, not only providing care and the most lovely passing for our beautiful girl, but also comforting us. I cannot begin to count how many times I cried in that office and how many times Dr. Soliman was there to steady me and help me make the right decision. Dr. Soliman also embraced it when I brought VetMed wear for Beza after her surgery and supplies it to his patients till today. Would always recommend Dr. Soliman and his team and am so grateful for everything they've given my family. Best veterinary practice ever!

My first experience here was when I went in because I was concerned because my dog ate a chocolate chip cookie. The vet told me that I did the right thing bringing him because this could be life threatening. Me not knowing a lot about dogs and chocolate intake I believed him when really my dog would have been fine without treatment because he only ate a small amount and is a large breed. He told me I was paying a good price but then charged me the ridiculous amount of over $200 for inducing vomiting. My second experience was yesterday when I took him in for a nail trim. The receptionist/assistant did not know what she was doing and cut his nail too short, causing him to bleed and cry. She then continued to, with another assistant, pin my dogs head and body down while they attempted to cauterize the wound. During this whole ordeal my dog was freaking out; hyperventilating and crying. To give some context, my dog is VERY afraid of people (which we have been trying to work on) and experiences like this make it even more difficult for him to trust people. They did not apologize or acknowledge that they caused him pain and fear. They just sent me on my way. The situation felt very unprofessional.

Edgar and Gus, the guinea pigs really enjoyed their birthday mani/pedi at the vet's! Dr. Solomon and his staff are so gentle, friendly, and professional! We are so pleased to have our guinea pigs as patients there! Thanks for the "spa day" gift! We will see you for a physical soon!

Took our new puppy to get checked out and had a great first experience. The Vet and Vet Assistant were both so kind and took great care of our puppy. He was not afraid at all. They even trimmed down his nails for us! I am relieved to know that our puppy is not afraid, and am confident in bringing him back for the rest of his appointments. Definitely recommend!

It was great. My dog was very nervous in the beginning and because they took time with him and was very gentle he was a happy dog at the end. So happy to find them. Doctor also made sure I understand how to care for doggo when we got him home. Love love loved it.

Dr. Sam is an amazing vet !! Sophie my Shi-Poo had to have surgery to remove a growth on her tail and to have her teeth cleaned. Dr. Sam answered all my questions no matter how crazy they sounded. He showed me where they would do the procedure and was very open with his clinic. I loved the fact that they kept me upto date with everything the day of and when I went to go pick up Soph that they had her open in his office and not in a kennel. Dr Sam and staff treated Sophie like she was their own. A special thanks to Hilary for also being attentive and helping me out with my questions! BTW Sophies teeth are amazing and her stinky breath has disappeared. This is a great clinic with great people

Today we had Dr Soliman come to our home on a house call. First off it was AMAZING that he came to our home! And we were first time clients! It was a way better experience than I can verbalize. His on telephone assistant Hillari was incredible right away giving detailed information and so nice! Next, Dr Soliman was nice patient kind and very very good at what he does. He gave my boy a good look over (we have two chihuahuas) and was patient and understood their protectiveness and barking. Provided his medical opinion and gave treatment and medication. He put me at ease. And explained EVERYTHING thoroughly. We WILL recommend him and use his services again!!! Really impressed.

This was my dogs vet for almost 2 years until today, this review doesn't reflect the staff at Erin Folk hospital such as Vanessa, but the Vet himself is a very rude, money driven spiteful man who will snap at you, anytime you object anything he says, Obviously this is his profession but there are times when you have to consider circumstances that an owner is explaining to you. He is not consistent with prices, you ask the assistant she'll say a lower price and when its time to pay he will add an additional out of nowhere, even in a pandemic he will try to insist you pay for something unnecessary, BUT THE FINAL STRAW WAS TODAY WHEN HE DENIED MY NEW PUPPY A SERVICE THAT HE OFFERS AND TOLD ME HE WOULD DO FOR ME, ALL BECAUSE I HAD TO CANCEL AN APPOINTMENT AND DIDN'T WANT TO BE SCOLDED LIKE A CHILD!!! CHOICE IS YOURS

I have been attending Erin Folk Animal Hospital for many years with my pets. I have had nothing but excellent service from the good doctor, and his staff. I highly recommend Dr.Soliman and entrust my fur babies health and well being into his care. When an emergency arose late in the evening with one of my cats, he was right there. He genuinely loves animals and they in turn sense that and feel comfortable with him. Thank you Dr.Soliman, Vanessa and Hillary.
