We're after seeing different vets since we got our dog over 6 years ago. We have settled on CBS Animal Hospital. They are super friendly, knowledgeable and actually here in CBS. They see our dog, cat, bunny and rats. Won't be going anywhere else now. Highly recommend them.

We have been brining our Saint Bernard, Thor to CBS Animal Hospital since we first got him from our breeder. We would not bring him anywhere else. We love the staff there as they treat our dog with the same love they treat their own pets. More importantly our Thor loves them. Our biggest problem with bringing him to the vet is that he doesn’t want to leave and go home because he gets so much attention there. We highly recommend them for all of your pet care needs.

We don't normally use this Animal hospital. But our Vet had run out of the medication out dog needed. CBS was nice enough to fill it for 10days so we could wait until our normal Vet had more in stock.

I bought my cat in to get her nails trimmed. The staff were super friendly, the trim was very affordable and we were in and out in no time! The vet tech came and got my cat and I could tell she was in good hands. Banner came back out and was just as happy as when she went in.

Facility is very modern, clean and well staffed. The vet I dealt with was very professional, kind and actually did some research and preparation before my visit with my hamster. The prices are typical of any well kept veterinary hospital. Overall I was very pleased during our visit there.

The staff here are absolutely wonderful. The employees on the front desk are truly top notch. They are friendly, professional, and really very patient (which is especially wonderful when you have two very barky pupper dogs). The veterinarian, Dr. Kim Andrews, took her time explaining what she was doing, we never felt rushed, and she truly listened to our concerns. I am one of those weird people who can speak a mile a minute when I am anxious, and yet, Dr. Andrews never once asked me to stop. Instead, she listened to me, answered my questions, and treated myself and my animals with such kindness and respect. The facility is also beautiful! They also directly bill my pet's insurance company, which saved me a lot of hassle. The men and women of this centre are true gems! I cannot thank them enough.

This is not my regular vet simply because another vet is closer to where I live. However twice now when I've had emergencies they were open with a vet in house. Brought my 10 lb dog in there after she ate dark chocolate. The staff were phenomenal! Dr. Megan was phenomenal. My dog was treated immediately and treated well, as were we. I highly recommend the CBS animal hospital.

It's hard to find a vet hospital that actually listens to you to help diagnose your pet's condition. I've been to other clinics that have ordered unneccessary tests which cost me money I didn't have to pay. CBS, provides you with treatment options, payment plans and genuinely care about how your pet is doing. Highly recommend

Our pets are on their third veterinarian in ten years, and this clinic is the best we've experienced by far. Customer service is excellent, prices are reasonable (for vet bills), staff are friendly, and the place is very clean. Compared to other clinics around town I was very impressed and have switched entirely to this vet

My first visit here was to have my cat euthanized due to an illness. We called and were quoted a price for the procedure, after being asked about how we'd like the disposal done, advised with other animals, no ashes returned. We were quoted a price. We show up for what is already a difficult visit with the amount quoted on the phone, as we are filling out paperwork, the price was actually $20 more than quoted, and they wanted an extra $90 for disposal with other animals and no ashes back. I've heard of charges for returning ashes, but this came as a shock, and was not told to us on the phone. So when we get there, we find out that we now have to carry the body of our cat home with us. I will say, the vet that took care of us was super nice, and understood how tough this was for us. That said, the owner should be ashamed and is a perfect example of why vet care should be regulated in this country. I would never recommend supporting this business.

Love this place. Everyone we have had contact with here has been the best. The doctors are very helpful and provide easy to understand information on my pets. They truly seem to love all the animals they see. My kitten was diagnosed with pneumonia last week by a doctor at this clinic. I felt completely confident in the care he received. They explained the different diagnosis techniques and even though I would have done them all, they advised me on only the ones that they thought were essential...saved me money and my kitten stress from having to go through all of them. Thank-you!

Overpriced. I felt gouged after a checkup. Tried to convince me my dog needed teeth removed 4 years ago and yet 4 years later no other vet out of 5 even mentioned his needing dental work. They all commented on what great shape his teeth were in for a 12 year old dog.

Had two of my cats and my boxer there tuns of times. I love the fact that the doctirs always put my babies first over money. My cat nala had a problem after being spayed another vet wanted over $2500. Cbs animal hospital did a surgery om her for free. Love this place the staff is amazing.

Some of the vets here are nice but as far as I'm concerned its its ridiculously overpriced and unnecessary treatments recommended. Compared to other clinics this one is the most outrageous prices. It cost me 600.00 to get my cat done. I lost my husky to them. I brought him in for an xray which was crazy alone. I ended up having to put him down 2 days later. He was in so much pain from being manipulated on his back for the X-ray. Between the x-ray and pain meds and having him put down it cost 2200.00 . I was charged almost 400.00 to put him down alone. So unless your rich and dont care about getting unnecessary tests done I would definitely check around for better prices.

They called and I went to retrieve the medicine, but ended up sitting in the parking lot for over 45 minutes, and it happened that they had forgotten I was there.

Just switched vets to this one 1. Because it was closer and 2. It was highly recommended and i agree The staff is super friendly & caring & the vet i got she finally helped my dog. We were almost a yr & so much money gone into him being told he had dry skin when i knew it was something worse & she reconized the infection, treated em & he is so much better now. Im so grateful i came here so is my little fur baby Highly recommend goin here!

On one of the hardest days of my life, the team at CBS was so amazing. They saw my pain and put me in a private room to spend time with my dog before I had to make the difficult choice. I loved that it was not money driven as some. They we up front and honest that my poor dog needed to pass on. We were treated with the utmost respect and love and I will forever be a client of theirs. I didnt hear the typical let us put her on meds for 5 days in hospital and see. It was honest and the Vet we had was so caring and told us to take our time with our goodbyes. I highly recommend this place of business to all who want the best care for there loved one. I really cant say enough about how well we were treated. Not rushed and felt like we mattered. Thank you for our Howse to yours as we needed you, and you gave our baby the best care we could have asked for. Please see them, you wont regret it..

I was told my 7 pounds pomeranian was severely over weight and that I had to put him on a special diet that only they sell but I could finance it through their credit card!! As well as he needed teeth removed and they had to do dental trays that only they do (not true I had them done just before this appointment at another vet and was trying to get a quote on a dental) and again they could put I on their card. 1300 minimum for dental not to mention if he needed teeth removed. I just felt like it was someone trying to sell me and finance a loan for it.

All I had to do was pay the bill and with the insurance plan I have they were able to direct bill!!! Total satisfaction at this place. Not sure if this place changed ownership .Two years ago I had nothing but good things to say about this place. It was the best priced vet for miles . Not anymore . Just got some quotes for a spay and dew claw removal . $600 Got another one today for just the dew claw $800 . This makes me upset , that they can blindly pull numbers out of thin air . Shame on you. Please kindly lose all my information! Customer lost ! Super expensive don't bring your pet here.
