Dr.Dabhia is a wonderful man. He is what most pet owners hope a vet will be, kind, gentle, compassionate. He held my dogs face and kissed him, and apologized for having to poke him with needles. He allowed me to stay with my dog while they took blood and gave him an antibiotic and anti acid shot free of charge, knowing we had been through a lot in the last few weeks emotionally, mentally and financially (despite this being our first visit at this clinic). It is with a heavy heart I must accept that my beloved Henry will be leaving us soon, for kidney failure has no mercy. However, throughout this difficult, heartbreaking journey Dr Dabhia and his staff truly made a difference. Thank you ❤️

READ ALL THE NEGATIVE COMMENTS AS WELL, YOU'LL SEE THE PATTERN. I wish i could share a negative starred review against this clinic. Despite the clinic's reputation, they aren't as they seem. Let me explain, about a month or so ago, i brought my cat in because he was experiencing trouble while urinating, which was diagnosed as a UTI, Dr. GP Dabhia ran a urine test in his back lab, got the results and immediately prescribed my kat medication (1 antibiotic, 1 urethra soothing oral tablet). Ultimately, i was in and out of the clinic in 10 minutes. told me that within 5-7 days, the bacteria should disappear and his behaviour should be back to normal, no need for a follow up, that was it. A month later, today, my cat is in the hospital because this Dr. GP Dabhia, a seemingly incompetent vet, decided to have prescribed him the WRONG antibiotics (the one he sent us home with did absolutely nothing, my cat's bacterial infection withstood this specific antibiotic and would block another 13 different types) How do i know this? because a urine culture was done by another vet of mine, i didn't trust Dr. GP Dabhia's diagnosis from the start. He barely looked at the cat, asked me literally 1-2 questions, and sent me on my way. Now, i would like to inform anyone who visits or thinks of visiting this clinic, BEWARE, AND DO NOT. Do your research because cheaper and affordable prices do not always mean high quality service. His incompetence in this matter, and other ones that i've been informed about, is nothing new. He's a seasoned senior who takes 40+ clients a day, and that should tell you that he couldn't care less about your pet, he's after the $$. Next, when i called the office weeks ago to get my pet's medical history transferred to another clinic, he declined, asking why, such and such, ended up never receiving my cat's medical history. To this day, he hasn't called back to check on my little one, and now he's fighting for his life in a hospital due to Dr. GP Dabhia's absolute lack of competence. Mind you, the clinic has a policy of not letting people in during covid, yet still letting some patients in with their pets, and refusing others, making them wait outside (see the discrimination?). After calling this disrespectful senior of a doctor (what a shame it is to say doc before his name) to request for a refund, he yelled and screamed over the phone before telling me that he will call the police if i show up at his practice asking for a refund. Now, all i wish is, that others in my situation, whether your pet has small or large critical needs, do not visit this clinic. As all they care about is completing the bare minimum work needed to collect a couple bucks. I couldnt be more honest with you folks, i wanted to curse on this review, however i hold myself to higher standards, and to say the least. DO NOT VISIT THIS CLINIC, ESPECIALLY Dr. GP Dabhia. wrong diagnosis, wrong meds, wrong attitude, he's the worst.

I've call a few places in Mississauga, Oakville and Milton to get my cat spayed. The were all expensive For the second time, Bristol Vet. gave me the answers I was seeking. before the surgery the told me that certain things were optional, other vets told be it was mandatory. I know that these so call mandatory things, such as vaccines, blood work were BS. The second day after the surgery they called to do a follow up. Words cannot express how grateful to them I recommend them over all other vets I have gone to. Please stay away from Britannia Animal Hospital. They cost me more than my weekly salary in one day.

I'm very happy to recommend this Vet. The staff are so nice and Dr. Dhabia is great. He is very informative and explained the treatment very clearly. They don't charge too much. Dr. Dhabia was more concerned at fixing my cat rather than how much I can pay. Thank you so much for fixing Titan. He is back to his old self after the surgery, a happy and sweet cat. This place really deserves a good recommendation.

The place is ok. But I brought my pup in for diarrhea and they gave antibiotics without even taking his temperature after one day of diarrhea. As first time pup owner, we just assumed the doc knew what he was doing. But it seems we acted in haste. They didn't even mention it's common for kiddos to have diarrhea and just asked us to come in when we called. Even though the first time we went we liked this place the second visit wasn't a good experience.

I first came out here as I couldn't see my normal vet. I've now started coming out here regularly when I have issues. The vets here have been wonderful. I have never felt like they were trying to rip me off and they've always wanted to try to easiest solution before invasive testing or exams - which has worked every time (compared to my vet which is crazy $$$$$). And I've received follow up calls as well which has been a nice surprise. The vets and staff are accommodating and pleasant to deal with, which is welcome especially when in a stressful situation. I would definitely recommend.

Gave no other examination when my cat is sneezing, showed the vet several videos of my cat’s symptoms and he still says he’s alright?? Charged me hundreds for an antibiotic shot and visit. Went in to give it a try and get my dog's nail's clipped. The girl cut not one, but two nails too short and made my dog bleed. She was in so much pain when she tried to cauterize the nails. When I went out the door, the vet was just sitting there. I don't know why he didn't come in to check on us when he heard my dog crying. I told the girl she had long wicks when she started. I'm never going there again.

Continuing of my previous comment... Next day today I did call the hospital again to talk with my doctor who's did work on my dog before and he's was not in the hospital on that day to explain to him what's happened yesterday. He did pick up the phone and I did start to explain to him but he did say that I did use the bad words about the women and he doesn't want to me and my dog there anymore, also he did advice to bring my dog to the another hospital. He was not helpful either because he wanted to protect his stuff and he doesn't care the other position. But it is very important to know what happened exactly because my bad words were the result of the negative approach to my appointment and they send me with my very sick dog to find the another hospital. I did tell to the doctor he was very nice before but now he did do wrong too because he did wear to protect the animal also I did explain to him that if he there with his very sick family member what he would do if they said he did change the appointment and they are not taking him to examine but he did not change the appointment probably was something wrong with their system. He did say he's care my dog and he did ask me what's going on with my dog but I feel this question was not honest. But I did explain to him in a short form what's happened and he did say something about the sickness of my dog and he did say I can find the another animal hospital with this information. I did say him I'll not take my dog to unknown place and many different people to touch him. So something was wrong with their system about the appointment and this stuff don't know how to handle a similar situation. I'm not reccomend this new stuff also I'll report this situation to responsible because I had a appointment and I did not change it but they did not want to find the solution. Next time just look at up the case is not an "emergency" and you can explain to the client something was problem with the system off the appointment and someone is here who had really an appointment, also stop this system because if someone need to cancel or change the appointment they can call you. That's it!!!!

Amazing vet. My family was struggling with our financial situation and we found out Luna (my cat) came back home with a big scratch on her chest. We went to many vet places and they all said it would take $500 JUST for the surgery alone without stitches and meds included. When we went here we were treated very well by the staff and the doctor cut down many fees for us just so we could get the surgery done. Very thoughtful and compassionate vet, it’s very obvious he cares about our pets and his clients. We will definitely make this our go-to place from now on.

We've been patients for 5 yrs and I can not stress enough how much I recommend this vet clinic. Not only do they genuinely love animals but they do not gouge you when you're at your most vulnerable. This industry is not regulated by the government so rates and practices vary quite a bit from clinic to clinic. I 100% trust these guys and their prices are great.

I had a negative experience with Bristol when I brought in my dog. He was having issues walking, kept panting and showing discomfort when trying to sit. The doctor took him inside and came back after 5 minutes to show us the X-ray he took and proceeded to state his legs are fine and not sure why he can’t walk properly. Advised us to let him rest and come back if he does not show any improvement. I was not satisfied with the diagnosis as he started to get worse. We took him to emergency and the doctors there advised he needed surgery. It wasn’t that there was anything wrong with his legs but it was a spinal disease! I would give zero stars if I could. Misdiagnosed the situation, provided wrong next steps and did not show that he genuinely cared for my dog. Very disappointing.

Dr. Dabhia has always been courteous and sensitive to my worries. All the techs have been friendly, helpful and optimistic. He and the techs have taken care of our fur babies well and I trust them. Also worth mentioning this hospital provides the cheapest cost for checkups, food and medicine that I've found. I find Dr. Dabhia is honest and he will tell me if there is something concerning him or if it is a matter of keeping watch for symptoms. I also like that Dr. Dabhia will suggest x-rays or other tests be done so he can reach a more concrete diagnosis, BUT he has always kept me informed on price and left the decision with me. I also like that he isn't quick to give pets steroid shots for inflammation, or medicine in general. Here's one example: my partner's cat had a recurring wound on her back paw, and the previous vet kept giving her a steroid shot and a bandage on her paw. It would work for a while but the problem would come back. I suggested that we take him to my dog's vet (Dr. Dabhia). He gave her a thorough checkup, and surprised us by asking what kind of litter we use. With his advice we kept everything the same but filled her box with newspaper pellet litter and it never recurred again.

When he did the blood work on my dog, he was intuitive enough to request the female technician because she would feel more comforted. Daisy was so calm and even let the doctor check her teeth. The receptionist (Kathleen) is very rude. Clearly she’s not customer service proficient. I called numerous of times throughout the day only to be left on hold...31 mins one time, another time 23 mins before I hang up. One of the times, I was on hold and after 17 mins she picked up the phone and hang up. Im in the customer service industry and this would never be tolerated. I would have rated the establishment with a 5 star but the lack of friendly service at the front desk, I give them 3 stars.

I highly recommend Bristol Veterinary Hospital. I am so grateful to Dr. Dhabia and all the staff at this hospital for everything they did to help our newly adopted doggie Rico who suffered with Ulcerated Tumor. It was really bad when we got to this hospital. The previous owners used two other Vets and emergency hospital, spent a lot of money and neither of them wanted to do the right thing to help until the situation got so bad. We were recommended this hospital and was desperate for some help. Dr. Dhabia was willing to help and He did an amazing job with emergency surgery and treatment same day. Within 3 weeks Rico is back to normal. Dr. Dhabia also preform Neutering on him all at the same time. Rico is no longer suffering, we are not suffering and worried about his health. I think its a miracle that we found this hospital and this doctor. Dr. Dhabia is very confident in his ability to do his job and I appreciate how he communicated the process and the procedure with us and he answered all of our questions. I will definitely be returning if we need any service from a vet. Special thank you to all the staff who assisted and communicated with us on the phone and in person. They were all very amazing, kind and patient with us at every encounter. Which is what we're all looking for when we need help. I'm very grateful to have found this place and these folks. 100% recommended! I have a dog and 3 cats and Bristol Vet takes excellent care of them and at such a great value. Went to another vet with my kitten that had ringworm and he misdiagnosed....called Bristol Vet on our way home and they took us in right away and helped us get the kitten healthy again. Recommend this place to anyone who needs a vet!

I went to the clinic to neuter my cat and I found the staff there friendly and helpful. The prices were very very low. I was able to tuner my cat, receive his medication, and get a cone to prevent him from infections for around $70. My cat has healed fine, is healthy and happy. All in all, exceptional service and very affordable prices.

I called in for my cat to book an appointment and received one the next day, the staff was very professional and managed to work around COVID guidelines. After treating her the doctor explained everything and scheduled her for a surgery the next day! I was very worried but the swift response and accurate diagnoses probably saved her life. So far I have only been there to pick up dog food, because it's the only place that carries natural blend of the Purina Pro Gastrointestinal dog food. I haven't used their vet services so I can't give a 5 star rating. But the staff seemed nice and serviceable.

I first came across this place when my cat was a kitten, she was scratching a lot so we were looking for a open late vet since it was night time. They told us to bring her in and all was fine but he did get us up to date on all her shots. Azora was a kitten and she didn’t mind being handled and touched by different ppl. She is now 2 yrs old and I have moved so this place is far from me, but the prices and the staff make it worth it. Azora seems to get pretty nervous around strangers now. So our last visit for her yearly shot wasn’t as pleasant for her. She tried to bite Dr. Dahbia and the nurse, but they understood that she was just scared. The prices were great and I never feel ripped off. I went to another vet one time for a quick eye infection my cat had. The other vet did all these things and tests and I ended up paying 100 for some eye drops! If I went to Bristol I probably would have paid less. Thanks again!

I took my dog here due to complications he had from surgery from another vet. The people here were super friendly, very informative, explained everything. They treated me great, the price was very reasonable, they did not try to upsell or gouge you for unnecessary tests etc. The vet and his helper both kissed my dog a couple of times. The doctors and assistants really show that the priority is to help the pet vs getting money from you. We saved a kitten at birth and he was having issues going pee. Took him to this vet 4 days in a row with no charge after the first visit. 5 months later, kitten has a major fall. We were given affordable options to help the kitten out. And again when we had issues with cast or when we were concerned he was in too much pain, was able to bring him in and looked at without charge. Just meds or bandages if needed. Love this vet clinic! Thank you for putting the animals health as the priority.

Excellent vet and caring staff. Open long hours 7 days a week. Very easy to accommodate our schedule. Our goldendoodle Cleo suffered a very rare disease when she was 4 months old and at one point we thought we were going to loss her. The doctor tried his best and took step by step and eventually saved her. Cleo is one and half years now, happy and healthy. We believe that price is very reasonable as well.

2019 update - took a chance, went back again with an underweight 3 day old kitten ... he told me my kitten is healthy and that there's no problem. Ughhhhhhhhhhh. This place ... Few years ago, 2016 maybe - My dog had a large cut on her side. They closed it with staples. We went back for a check up. The vet (roughly) squeezed her stapled wound, squeezing out a bloody substance like toothpaste, telling us my dog needs surgery ($$$) so he can remove infected tissue. And recommended teeth cleaning too ($$$). I went to another vet for a second opinion. He did not squeeze my dog's wound to make it ooze. He said surgery was not needed. And he was baffled why the other very chose staples over stitches (staples irritate the wound) Today, my dog is fully healed, with no surgery.

I went to bristol on August 16th because my veternarian was closed by the pandemic. I came in with my dog who has been having a black crusty material on both his ears in the same place (on the tips). And by the help of other customer reviews, I'm assuming that I was given the "new" vet. The veterinarian didn't diagnose the disease or explain to me what it might be, I needed the help of the internet to find out myself. The veterinarian was not compassionate of my dog whatsoever, and was very rough on him, and called my dog "it". My dog is very shy and anxious, and never bit before, but the veterinarian himself became scared of MY dog and put a muzzle on him. The muzzle made my dog even more anxious and protective of me and attemped to bite other veterinarians that touched him and tried staying in my arms at all times. I was given two types of medicine, nobody explained to me how to give them to my dog, but I finished them properly, exactly how it said on the container. The medicine didn't do ANYTHING to his ears and now it's worse and has red dots on the inside. Honestly, I wish there was a zero star option, and I wish I was able to not come here again, but I HAVE to because this is the only place I can go to (because of the pandemic).

As a previous Vet Tech I hold Veterinarians to a much higher standard. I worked downtown and those clinics Always had a lot of high turn over or crazy costs to keep there location. I am sure there great ones but the distance was always problem. I tried a few clinics in the Brampton/Mississauga area and was always left disappointed. I found Dr. Dabhia almost two years ago and his staff to always have always provide a high standard of care than I could of imagined. The staff are super supportive and do the very best for Chandler. As a technician I know the fee guide for services the OVA puts out yearly, and they are right on par -never over inflated. I have not had a procedure or service provided that wasn’t a fair price and exceptional service makes it a win win. I trust this clinic and the staff implicitly with any furry member of my family and you should too.

People care about their pets and worry when they are not well as pets can not talk. My experience is that his front desk fails to understand this aspect. Bedside/phone manner should definitely be addressed.

I have had 2 bad experiences with Dr. Dabhia; the first was when he diagnosed my 2 year old dog with a bladder infection and said that she would always need to be on a special diet specifically prescribed by him. When I asked if changing her food to another brand would help, he said no. However, I took it upon myself to try another food brand and my dog has thankfully had no UTIs since. The second problem was when she had an ‘anal sac infection’ and Dr. Dabhia operated on her early June 2020 and gave her pain medication and antibiotics. She was still swollen after she finished all her meds and the cut was constantly bleeding. I took her back to see Dr. Dabhia, he wanted to charge me more money to check her wound, I responded that she has yet to heal from the operation and I didn’t understand why I had to pay again, he then told me to go to another vet and walked away. I tried to call him and he coldly, with an annoyed tone advised that, her poor healing had nothing to do with him and prescribed her a higher dose of antibiotics for another 2 weeks. It has now been almost 3 months and she is still not healed. Dr. Dabhia cares more about money than he does about your pet! I highly suggest that you go elsewhere!

The most honest experienced caring vet I've met in all my visits to a veterinary hospital. I train dogs and I hear a lot of bad stories from my clients who were taken advantage of. It's hard to trust any vet when it comes to your beloved pet and especially since your pet can't speak about their pain some vets will take advantage and make you pay for a bunch of unnecessary things. I'm very glad I came here and allowed him to treat my dog who had bite wounds on his arm from another dog. He took good care of him, treated his wounds properly, HONESTLY, and charged me VERY fairly. More than fair I would say because i was in a position where i didn't have time to go elsewhere and was stressing about how much this will cost. If you're reading this, take my word because i'm an honest trainer and honest vets are hard to come by. Bring your pets here and give the doctors here a shot.

Very good doctors and stuff. However, recently, they hired two new assistants who are very unprofessional. I showed up with an appointment for my cats. Even after I showed them the email on my phone for the confirmation with another assistant. They told me they don't know about it because I need to call them via phone. Very disappointing!

This is one of the best vets I have ever met! Excellent care, loving, kind, and a wonderful human being and doctor. The clinic is clean, bright, and modern. EMERGENCY SURGERY: My dog wasn't doing too well and needed emergency surgery. The previous "fancy" vet clinic made me wait over 6 hours and was incredibly rude to me. I took my pooch, and told my family that we either pay $5000 or we put down our 13 year old dog in the morning (bladder stones). We couldn't give up, and after searching for a while we called Bristol Vet in Mississauga at 1am, and the doctor talked to me, gave me a reasonable price, and within 10 hours my dog was already getting treated! BOARDING: Due to personal circumstances, I chose to keep him in the clinic for a week and I checked on him a few times a day. My dog was pampered, fed well, walked, and generally happy considering he was was still on pain meds. I am quite thankful to the doctor and I have found my go-to clinic for all my vet needs! Even though I live in a different city, I'll make the drive up every time. Thanks for everything!

Dr.Dabhia is ok, first time we went there was an excellent experience, second time not so much as he was rushing with our dog. We went there at nighttime for an emergency (something was wrong with our dog's paw) and was treated with antibiotics. After a few weeks, we saw his paw worsen, and we decided that the antibiotics did not work at all. It turned out to be a much more common problem that we could fix on our own. Receptionist is nice but had little knowledge when asked how to make our dog eat the medicine. However because we live closeby, and they have emergency services, we would come here for convenience. If we have more time then we would much rather prefer another more reliable vet.

Very happy with the level care provided. Non judgemental attitude and was very thorough explaining what they were going to do during the examination. Did the blood test and got the results back in 15 minutes. The doctor explained everything in detail and was very easy to understand. My mom and I have been searching for a vet that would make a difference and be able to help him he has been very sick for many months and we have been so worried about him and this doctor found out what it was in just a few days. We had all the faith in this vet because he is very honest and hard working vet he will keep going until he finds the answer to the problem. I would also like to say it is very clean I'm not afraid to take my dog there. Also I do not know who is writing such terrible things about this place they must be talking about some other place. I can vouch for the two 1 star reviews. Unfortunately I had to witness the malpractice, misdiagnosing and the number of patients that died working there. I got out while I could so I couldn't witness it anymore. I didn't and wouldn't have even taken my own pets there!!! Think about it, veterinary services are EXPENSIVE!!! What kind of service are you really getting for "FREE EXAMS" and "50% OFF SURGERIES"... ummm... surgeries everywhere else are hundreds of dollars and theirs are 100-200??? The cheap services reflect on their unqualified staff with no schooling... Just because the place is beautifully designed, doesn't mean it is beautifully ran... money can buy that stuff. Don't say I didn't warn you.

Dr Dabhia is a wonderful person. He has been taking great care of Bruno from the beginning. Bruno loves him, when we are 400 ft away of the clinic he starts showing the emotion and the happiness and he cannot wait to go inside and see his best friend, Dr Dabhia. A lot of meds and treatments are the actually the same for dogs and humans and as someone who works in healthcare, I can confidently say that Dr. Dhabia doesn't just order or recommend unnecessary treatments and testing for more money like other vets do. His rationales make sense. The only bad thing I have to say is that he doesn't much enough health teaching or explaining so do ask questions. Your pet is in good hands though!

What a great vet clinic!! The veterinarian and his team are very friendly and honest! They treated my 9 week old puppy for an emergency on Sunday morning even though he isn't their regular client! Great vet! I brought my dog in who had a stick stuck on top part of his mouth and they acted quickly and helped him recover fully although my dog was scared and aggressive. I did not have a good experience here. I decided to bring my pet after reading the rave reviews and I am very happy that I left! The male receptionist could not communicate properly and was very rude over the phone. The doctor was very rude to his staff in front of me - it was unnecessary. I find that says a lot about a person. He did not explain the diagnosis properly to me even after I asked questions. He was friendly to my cat but it seemed very fake and forced. No thank you, I much rather spend my hard earned money else where. Please avoid this mess of a place.

Last night my declawed cat escaped outside in dark and returned home after 45 mins with limping on one side and bleeding on front leg. I got scared. He was hiding all night under the bed. Today first thing in morning, I called Bristol Vet hospital (as my usual vet was closed on Sunday). First they said they’re fully booked but after hearing about my hurt cat the told me to bring him in. He was seen by Dr Dhobia. Service was quick n efficient. Dr came outside to explain the situation that Momo must have attacked by another cat and couldn’t defend himself ????. He was very knowledgable and compassionate. Didn’t push us for unnecessary tests. We were done within 25-30 mins. From now on I’m only going to this clinic for my cat Momo. Another plus point...it’s 3 mins drive from my home ????????

We brought our 14 year old Pomeranian "Baby" to Dr. Dahbia after fearing the worst, he provided us with the comfort of knowing things were going to be ok, and was nothing but compassionate and loving towards our dog. The level of service for a very reasonable price is unmatched. Update from 2019 review: Have been going here for years. Caring vets and staff with very reasonable prices. I trust them with everything and highly recommend them for any dog age (puppy to very senior), vaccinations, neutering (had both a male and female dog done and had good follow up after), surgery (our older dog had eye surgery here years ago and prices were better than another vet and he recovered quickly), or any other pet needs. Sad that we moved to another province and now I have to find a new vet. I haven’t had as good experiences with other vets so far when my dog got sick. I would have stayed with them forever. Highly recommend them for all your pet needs.

The staff was so friendly and loving towards our older Maltese dog, Teddy who had to have his eye removed. Dr Dabhia performed blood tests right there at the clinic which helped us make an informed decision about how to move forward with the care of our dog. The staff there was so professional and made us feel at ease with our dogs surgery. He was so gentle and even gave Teddy some kisses, which made us realize that he truly loves what he does and cares very much for the well-being of all animals. The after-care was also great too when Teddy went back for a check-up and then again to have his stitches removed. Teddy is doing great now and his eye is looking good. Vetenarian Dabhia saved my 7 months old puppy’s eye! This vet hospital is amazing! I had a previous did eye surgery from an vet at Tomken and Rathburn and they did the eye surgery incorrectly. I was recommended through my friend to go see the Bristol hospital because she said they were amazing and she was correct. They fixed his eye and now he is doing great his eye looks so much better and it cost less then the other vet. I’ve come to this hospital multiple times before and had such a pleasant experience, however, last time I came I got a different vet by the name of Manoj Patel, he was not compassionate, very rough with my dog, and kept calling her “it”. He also wanted to put a muzzle on her right away even though she’s never bit anyone and this made her even more frightened. Overall very disappointed with the service this time.

The doctors at this vet are completey incompetent in every review I've read that shows how incompetent their practice is they try to justify things by putting words into their customers mouths and saying that a trained professional aka the expert who supposedly has studied for many years the anatomy of animals wasn't able to properly diagnose certain things because normal people in distress of their loved one who've never went to veterinary school werent able to explain it to them correctly I don't know who writes these owner responses from Bristol but they really need to take a look at themselves and stop putting words into customer mouths and take accountability and give a straight-up apology instead of just trying to make their business look better in the spot light it's sad to hear... also years of schooling to becoming a vet does not mean you have the right to be condescending to your clients take accountability and when you do not know what is wrong with the animal please do not feed your ego by just giving any advice to make a sale of medication and actually tell the customer to go see the real professionals at an emergency hospital that are stright up cause they are not scared about losing a potential sale but instead are there to save our animals lives no matter the cost or energy I hope the only response I get is an apology and that in the future you'll be honest with your clients and not degrade them in a time of need Bristol you need stop putting words into people's mouths and maybe figure out this might not be the right business for you. Just a side note if Dr.Dabhia is reading this I hope you can shift your focus from filling your pockets with money and actully doing what you worked and studied so long to do ... Upon noticing that our cat has been coughing, we took her to a vet emergency hospital. We waited several hours and was told that she was probably experiencing an excess of fluid buildup in her lungs that may have been related to a heart problem. We took our cat home with some medication, but her condition only worsened overtime. Due to her suffering, we considered that it was time to put her down, and so we went to Bristol Veterinary Hospital. Before they went through with euthasization, they did a quick check up and concluded that she only has cat asthma. They gave her medications and she improved quickly. If it weren't for the staff, we wouldn't be home with our cat now. For that, my family and I are grateful to Dr. Dabhia and staff. They are friendly, honest, caring, and affordable.

Dr. Dabhia has been the best vet so far to take car of Darien the CAT. Darien has gone through a lot in the last few weeks of not having any appetite, no stool and lost over 15lbs. Dr. Dabhia has diagnosed him and gave him a lot of medication and antibiotic shot to help him recover. He has had some recovery since that time, he has had some stool, and started to eat on his own now. We have made a few trips so far and Dr. Dabhia has been atentitive, and called to do some follow ups as well as check up on him. I brought my ten year old cat to this vet regarding open wounds she would cause by over licking herself. I had been to many other vets to try and figure out what was happening with my cat Marcie but I kept getting brushed off. When I booked an appointment with this vet, the people who answered the telephone were very polite. My cat was taken care of by Dr. George who I would rate 10 out of 10. He did not brush me off at all and was honest about the solutions to help my cat and did not force me to paying for anything I did not want to. He was able to determine the cause of the situation, which was dietary allergies. Thank you so much Dr. George for not brushing me off and helping Marcie. It has been a few months since we changed her diet and she has been perfect! I will be going to this vet and to Dr. George from now on. I received a kitten on Wednesday May 19 th. Due to a new environment he had stopped eating. On the Saturday of the long weekend I tried to get someone to see him. I called 5 different vets and was only able to leave messages. This was the only vet to return my call. They gave excellent advice even though they couldn't see him. My kitten is now eating . Dr. Dabhia helped our cat Lulu when she got quite ill. He was so supportive and caring and very fair in price for something that would have been very expensive at other clinics. We really thought at one point she wasn't going to make it but with the proper care we were able to nurse her back to health and we are so thankful. Highly recommend this clinic.

This is my favourite vet clinic in the GTA. He saved my cat's life! The vet here absolutely lives for his work. Seriously, he hardly ever takes time off. He never talks down to you and he talks to your pets like they are his own. This vet loves animals! The whole staff is just great. Also, the prices are extremely reasonable. The appointments start on time too. I would highly recommend that you bring your pets here.

I needed an emergency visit one night with my cat, Colonel. During that visit everyone was compassionate, patient, and empathetic. They helped my cat get back to his old self. The excellent service and reasonable prices are the reason we have been clients for over a year. The extended hours work well for me since I come from Brampton. There is also someone who is always available after-hours. Dr.Dabhia always takes the time to explain things and only orders tests when necessary. Jasmine and the rest of the staff are always helpful and friendly. They truly love all their animal clients. Thank you Dr.Dabhia and staff!

We first met Dr. Dabhia 3 yrs ago when our precious cat Chewbacca fell ill. Dr. Dabhia did everything to save her but ultimately helped us say goodbye. 2 years ago we adopted a new cat, Cinnamon, and Bristol was the first place we took her, knowing she would be in good hands. Now, only a few weeks ago, our dog Peaches had emergency sugery to remove bladder stones and the care she received was absolutely exceptional. They are professional, compassionate and honest. Needed to bring my dog to see a vet as my regular vet was away. I was able to get an appointment the same day and have my dog treated right away. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The important part for me was that I was allowed to accompany my dog during the exam and not just leave him and wait outside during the exam (with regards to Covid protocols that is). My pup was also comfortable here as well. Very happy with the service provided and the treatment my dog received.

Dr Dhabia is an amazing professional. Can't thank him enough for saving Bella's (my dog)life. After being wrongly diagnosed, by another vet, Bella was getting worse, when I decided to get a second opinion and was referred to Dr Dhabia. He took his time to understand the situation, and Bella started on a different treatment. Dr Dhabia took the time to teach me how to feed her, since that she hadn't eaten fir 5 days. Bella is great now and I can't thank Dr Dhabia enough for saving her life. Prices are very reasonable and I can feel they do what they love doing . Love everyone here, the vet techs and vets are great with my dog Korra. She's scared of going to the vet ever since she was spayed but they handle her with such care and love. They put my worries at ease. I travel 30 minutes in traffic to come to Bristol Veterinary Hospital and it's definitely worth it. Dr. Dhabia even told Korra she looks cute in her muzzle :)

I was quoted 1700.00 for surgery for my cat who had bladder stones wanted a second quote so I contacted bristol vet.and they quoted me 1200.00 + hst so we agree before surgery was done they checked again and there was nothing there no surgery needed, thank you bristol vet.for being honest

He has been seeing my dog every 4 weeks he miss diagnosed him and three months later we had to put my dog down he didn't even take time to do it he was in a rush for a surgery he had booked the same time he had told me to put my dog down he did it and ran off. He miss diagnosed my dog he had kidney failure and he thought it was allergies. Worst vet ever if you love your pet I suggest you don't take them to this place.

My dog ate chocolate and I was worried so I called the Bristol Veterinary Hospital. The receptionist was a pleasure to speak with and she was able to guide me towards the best course of action. I was informed that the kind of chocolate and the amount of it was harmless to the dogI have. I was relieved and she was right. My dog is fine and alive. I'm forever grateful to the Bristol Veterinary Hospital for putting both my and my wife's mind at ease. We were worried that we would lose our dog.
