Visited this bet twice now for our new cat. My fiancé and I were super impressed with the service. Dr. Kolla also called and chatted with my fiancé about the clinic when we first brought our cat in. It was really nice of him to reach and it felt like a great welcome. They also have great Covid-19 protocols and come to get your pet outside. Really smart system! I couldn’t be happier and I know our cat is in great hands.

I have trusted this clinic with the care of my lab for the past few years. They have always been fantastic. There have been times that I have lots of questions and each vet has taken the time out of their day to phone me and spend time addressing my concerns. I wanted to personally thank Vet Ernie, as I recently had to make the difficult decision to have my dog euthanized. She was no longer having the quality of life she deserved and Ernie spoke with me at length to help me with my decision. He and the rest of staff were caring and genuine. I know it can not be easy for people to have assist in this procedure, no matter how many times they have done it. I am truly thankful for all that were involved in Dora's care. You really made the process easier, and I take comfort in knowing my Dora was always safe in your care. Thank you.

The vet was extremely friendly and seemed to love my dog. My dog (along with two other dogs of a friend of mine) needed treatment for Kennel Cough. He seemed so caring and already knew of the string going around. We were asked to leave our dog in the room so that he and his techs could provide the dog with his injection, and other "tests". (I have fostered dogs for years and seen many cases of kennel cough, not once had I ever been asked to leave the room). When my dog got out and we went to pay the bill, we were shocked. It was almost $800! Not once were we told what the additional testing would cost, nor would we have given consent if we knew the pricing. (It included a $100 ear-checkup that we would have done ourselves if we noticed irritation) Had we not argued to remove the testing costs that were going to be sent to the lab, I would be minus 3 textbooks for the school year. All in all, our bill still came to almost $300 for antibiotics and the cookie my dog was given for being a good boy. (Thank you to the assistant that recognized that the vet had gone completely overboard and removed the lab costs). The cough was gone a week later, and my pup is as healthy as ever. I will not return to this location again.

I went into the clinic for a Meet and Greet with the vet and have them give my new cat a health check. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They even noticed my cat was due for a vaccination and made sure to get that done before I left. Will definitely be recommending to friends and neighbours.

All clinics may charge for services to have your pet taken care of which most people understand, but this clinic will take your money. The receptionists I found some of the time caring and the doctor pleasant to be your friend. This makes it easy for you to stay until you get the bill. I took my dog to the Spay clinic for neutering, tattoo and a wart removed and the price was next to nothing. My advice to all is check around before you committ to this place.

I found this clinic close to my home, the staff are super nice and I was satisfied with my first visit, I even booked my kitten's 2nd shot the same day. I see in here some commentary regarding the cost of services at this clinic, and wanted to share my experiences, both in terms of the financial sensitivity of the staff and the support I received overall. One of the first things I did when taking Evie in to the clinic was mention that I am a student of limited means. In all my following interactions, staff were very clear and conscientious of the costs incurred through each diagnostic test and treatment process. Yes, veterinary care is expensive. But I have found prices consistent not only to the area, but with what I was paying back in Calgary as well. In terms of the support that I've received from the folks at Westbrook: This has made all of the difference. Staff have been genuine, empathetic, and caring towards me and my ailing cat. Through word and deed they have made clear that their priority is helping me find a balance between Evie's needs and my own in both treatment options and cost of those treatments. I have never once felt like the clinic has overcharged me for their service nor been motivated by making a profit over providing the care needed for my pet. I mentioned I'm from Calgary: I feel incredibly lucky to have found such a solid clinic and Veterinary medicine team with whom I could build a relationship so quickly. Seriously folks, thank you. Attached are photos of the cat this awesome team has been so diligent in assisting.

The amazing staff at Westbrook Veterinary clinic have helped save both our cat and dog at one point or another. Anyone who knows us can attest that our pets are like our kids and no one has ever taken better care of them than Westbrook. Recently we rushed our poor kitty in because his face had swelled up, they took him right in no questions asked. They even saved us a bundle on our cats treatment!

I don't live in Edmonton anymore but I will never forget my experiences with Westbrook. I had a 2 year old Doberman Pinscher who one day just couldn't seem to walk and I had to carry him downstairs and outside every time he needed to go. I had been dealing with another clinic and their answer was "we don't know" . I was crushed. My friend told me about Dr. Kolla and the great experience she had with him so I immediately made an appointment to bring my dog in to see him. Dr. Kollas answer was "we will find out". He called Doberman Pinscher experts in New York and found out that the problem was chemical and just needed some pills. Within a week I was back at the off-leash area with my best friend. This is just one of the many experiences I had over the years with Dr. Kolla and his staff. They are genuinely concerned for animals and truly understand how much we love our pets.

Our dog Max, was quite ill when we took him to Westbrook. He received the best quality care and was treated quickly. With the proper testing and medication Max has made a full recovery!! It was an awful 10 days or so...but under the care of Dr. Kolla and staff Max is a very happy dog again! Max gets of the vehicle happily when we go to Westbrook vet. He waits at the door crying for the staff to let him in. When they open the door he happily prances in to greet everyone!! This happiness and obvious trust, is Max’s personal recommendation to all his furry friends and neighbours to go to Westbrook vet for treatment and care.

My wife initially selected this clinic because of good the reviews and its proximity location to our home. After our puppy’s first consultation and round of needles. She says she wouldn’t go anywhere else the level of professionalism is outstanding!... very patient friendly staff...the attending Veterinarian even called after our puppy was at home for a couple hours to make sure he was fine and incase we had any questions or concerns.... Awesome! A1 service....We Will Return :)

This was the first time my dog Peanut was not nervous in a vet. Very welcoming team and comfortable environment for him . He really loved DR.Kolla and Peanut has found a new Dr. He will be getting his dental done at this clinic. I will update Google reveiw after the surgery. It's been really hard because peanut si nervous in other vets and he has separation anxiety but I feel this was a great experience. Thank you Westbrook and Dr.Kolla who once had 5 dogs and cats himself so I know he truly loves animals. I have many animals as well so I needed to find a vet who understands finanial retrains as well... I trust he will not do work in the dental that's not needed or over charge. I rate the clinic so far 11 out of 10

Dr. Kolla is fantastic. The support staff is great as well. This is the only place for my puppies. The vet fixed in one visit what three other clinics couldn't/wouldn't... My cat’s tail was accidentally caught in the door in the midnight. Westbrook accommodated us right away in the morning for her surgery. Dr. Kolla & his team is very professional & knowledgeable. They provided us the optimal solution to treat my baby cat and explained the whole process to me in every single detail. No unnecessary exam/charge. They even helped me board my cat to ensure her tail is healing well while I am working in the daytime. I am so glad that I discovered Westbrook, such a trustworthy veterinarian.
