I was expecting better care for my pup reading the reviews. But I was disappointed. I was charged for a fecal analysis and me calling a couple days after my pups visit being told they didn't run the full test... My pup wasn't diagnosed properly but I was given pills, food and probiotics even though they couldn't determine what he had. The staff were friendly when I dropped of my pup but I do wish the efforts in treatment were better.

Everyone was incredibly caring and responsive to my cat's needs as well as mine. Dr. Evans went above and beyond to ensure my cat was treated immediately. She was able to diagnose and treat my cat's very painful issue the same day. All my questions were welcomed and answered before, during and after the appointment. If there was a number higher than 10 on the scale, I would rate West Wind as 20.

Amazing clinic! Quick list of Awesomeness: - Clean - Perfesional - Affordable - Personable - Accommodating Front desk is very helpful and efficient at making appointments that work. Vets are very knowledgeable, you feel comfortable speaking with them. They listen and don't over complicate the situation. Last thing you need when stressed is to feel pressured The atmosphere is incredibly soothing for your pets.

I am so so so glad I found this vet clinic. They consistently offer top care for my fur baby, but also compassion and understanding. They always know what is going on with my doggo and each person I speak with from the front desk to any of the vets there are just as great. Everything was excellent, our doctor and assistant were fantastic, great "bedside manor, and very knowledgeable, technic was extremely caring, also helped with information and medication for his knee, we've never been offered medication for his knee before also explaining he has arthritis while I was thinking a calcium build up, not understanding the whole issue. Basically to make it better, keep doing the same...we appreciate all the staff and trust their opinions on all our issues, many thanks to everyone. Also our mare who can be determined at times had her teeth floated as well our gelding, both are happy horses...

They are great with animals. And understand that not everyone can afford to pay some of the costs out right. I have been offered payment plans for some of my more expensive vet visits, which is awesome when you really need it. The staff is very friendly and help to accommodate you in any way that they can.

West Wind performed a pre-purchase horse exam for me, and while i did not purchase the horse, I had an excellent experience with West Wind. Jordan at reception was fantastic. I called multiple times with various questions and she was friendly, patient and helpful each time. Dr. Melissa Smith was very thorough and went beyond the pre-purchase exam report to ask barn staff additional questions. A 10/10 experience with West Wind so thank you to all involved

We always have warm, caring visits with the vets and staff at West Wind. They are miles out of our way, but well worth the drive. Everyone is very friendly and very professional. Explanations and options are clearly explained. Whether you have horses or farm dogs and barn cats (or all of the above!) Im sure will get great service like we do.

We got our first family dog last year, and have been Blessed to have Westwind (Dr. Amanda Evans) caring for our Ernie. We have been so happy with the care our dog has received. With our limited experience and knowledge about having a dog, we’ve needed a lot of advice which Westwind has continually provided. We brought Ernie in for his neuter surgery this week, and we were treated warmly as we were very worried about leaving him. I recommend Westwind to any family seeking high quality, loving veterinary care.

Awesome experience with Dr Amanda at West Wind! She was so good with my pup, and made sure to fit us in so she wouldn’t have to spend an extra night with a sore foot. They were amazing with my 11 yr old cat. He absolutely loved Dr Carrol, when he met her and the staff. And of course was loved right back. They gave us all the information upfront, even a resonable quote for the dental surgery. When the day came, they gave me a call letting me know he was out and that everything went very well. Upon pick up, they took us aside and gave us the time to go over his after care in detail, and answered all our questions and concerns. I will highly recommend this Veterinary Hospital to everyone, as the staff are awesome, calm atmosphere for all, and very clean.

They always listen to my questions and concerns and always put my pets' wellbeing first. Everyone there is so kind and treats each animal with the care as if it's their own. I have a couple reactive animals and they have worked hard with me to make sure each experience is better than the last.

Very expensive. Rude staff. Showed up with my bleeding dog for the 3rd time, was given a scolding from Dr. Evans for showing up without an appointment. Still have a very sick dog, very frustrating.
