My family was camping out at Arm Lake when our little fur-baby, Gus, developed an eye infection. We called the clinic and they squeezed us in on short notice and took such great care of Gus. He was prescribed eye drops for the infection and he started getting so much better by that same evening. We were so thankful for the care and urgency they took with our Gus and loved all of the staff that served us. Thank you!

*edit: the receptionist who ended up also messing up when we went back for his shots a year later is no longer there. I do suggest Dr. Weeks however. My dog now has seizures (unrelated) and is really listening and caring about our concerns. Went to get a check up and vaccinations done only to find out when I got home that they only gave me a one year vaccination instead of a three year. I do not have an unlimited income, and now I have to re-vaccinate in a year! Their excuse is that they can’t do math because they say it’s been 1+ years since the last vaccination expired even though I gave them a passport (shows my dogs previous vaccinations) showing that it had been well under a year since the expiration of the previous shot. I will never return and suggest others to visit elsewhere. They won’t do anything to help me and deny any wrong doing because the receptionist didnt read the paperwork properly.

I've had nothing but amazing care here. They are extremely thorough and they really take their time for each case. They demonstrate care and understanding in every case. Their prices are also extremely reasonable and lower than most other places.

The staff are all very caring and honest. I had a bad experience going to the other veterinary clinic in Wainwright where they told me my visit would cost one price and when I left I had paid double what they told me and they would not give me back my dog until I had paid it. This veterinary clinic does not try to rip you off, has good prices, and are honest about their medical opinions.

Great place, the staff are very friendly and helpful everyone seems to care about you and your pets, we took 13 pups in for there first visit and they where treated with kindness great experience for the puppies, prices are also good I would recommend this place to everyone..

They are all very friendly here, and were patient and caring with me as I dealt with my cats diabetes and eventual euthanasia. I received a card after offering condolences. Naomi is a favorite of mine and I am always comfortable talking with her.
