Had to bring my male cat here when he had crystals. They were very kind and sweet to my cat and told us to call as often as we wanted to check in and also we could visit whenever we wanted with notice. I loved the experience they provided to me in this bad situation. I hope I never have to go back, but if my cat gets sick this is the first place I will go.

I mostly come here to buy food for my cats and the staff are always quick to get my orders in. They've also been very caring and helpful when my last cat had end stage kidney disease - even though she wasn't a patient, the team at the front would always offer advice and tips on how to care for her (they'd always ask how she was doing when they'd see she needed kidney friendly food and offer help). They are very compassionate and it shows. Thank you.

In an emergency we were sent to this hospital to see a specialist. Although it took some time, all the people there are "specialists" at patient care, and of great help. Our specialist was exactly what our pet required at that time and place, and was in the great hands of the hospital for another full day. Amazing work - amazing recovery. Thank you!

The rates for neuter/spay at this office is double what Sunridge Veterinary Clinic charges. They take advantage of the SW area knowing people will pay, I would not recommend

We absolutely love the doctors at this practice, even though there has been some change. However, the front-end staff are horrible, very rude and not very welcoming. We will not go back here. We rated this place low due to the receptionist.

I've always been quite happy with the doctors and staff that I've dealt with in person. They have been so great when I needed them. With that being said I have called twice the past few days trying to book my pup in for surgery. Both times I've spoke to "Katrina"... it was very unwelcoming, I felt she was very irritated/annoyed with my questions and just overall not very pleasant to speak to.

Staff were great helping us transfer our bulldog's ridiculous file history. We were able to make an emergency appointment for the same day. The veterinarians are absolutely wonderful. We even recieved a follow up call from our veterinarian to see how our dog was making out a week after our appointment!
