This Veterinarian belongs to the category of Veterinary care.
Our 10 year old Havanese dog had a Femoral Head Ostectomy done by Dr. Connery and it was the best decision we ever made for our Bo. He was professional while compassionate, and extremely helpful in explaining everything to us honestly from the costs to the surgery and recovery itself. I can confidently say I trust VCA Canada with my pet and felt they treated him exactly how I hoped for. It honestly restored my faith in humanity a bit and I am so grateful for our experience here. Thank you again Dr. Connery!
Amazing staff. I took my puppy who consumed chocolate bar. The staff checked the scale for the severity as per the weight of my puppy also the amount of chocolate and told me that it's within the safe limits. They didn't took even a single penny for this. If I might have chosen some other clinic they might have asked for at least CAD 150 for emergency services. Thanks a lot VCA staff ????
Brought our very sick little kitty here after being told at another clinic he should probably be euthanized. The team were fantastic from the get go really looked after him and he was back to normal and back home within a couple of days. Thank you doesn't even cover it. Can't praise their efforts enough!
We first brought a dog here when it was still C.A.R.E. At that time, the front desk interactions and the vets were both outstanding. We've now had several visits there since it was taken over by VCA. We've found that the front end procedures and processes for interacting with clients have become quite terrible. However the actual veterinary staff are still outstanding and make it worthwhile when no in the front answers the phone or email or has any clue what's going on when if they do.
Sabre our German Shepherd is being treated by the oncology department of VCA. Sabre is doing extremely well under their care and we are extremely satisfied with the treatment he is receiving.
The staff at VCA was amazing. Had all the specialists present to make sure our dog was treated for his condition.
Great service. Had my old girls hip repaired here on an emergency basis - the emergency team was great, Dr. Connery (surgeon) was awesome. I have also dealt with the dermatology department for my other dog - they are great! Always responsive to emails and helpful, and my young boy is a bit reactive and jumpy - he was more than happy to leave me behind with his new best friends (ie. tech Anika and Dr. Genovese). Estimates are always clear, they are very transparent. I would recommend in a heartbeat this referral/emergency centre. Also I recommend having pet insurance so the best care is an option when it is needed.
My fur baby Diesel is so well taken care of whenever we visit VCA. I know and trust that only the best treatment and care is given to him there. Dr. Skorobohach is a highly qualified vet who has instilled this trust we have with VCA. Such a great doctor! When we were referred to VCA, i was in tears worried about my fur baby. Dr. Skorobohach treated him accordingly and put my heart at ease. My doggo cannot contain his excitement when we pull up! He loves this place too! Thank you Dr. S and the team for your dedication in first class care. You guys rock!
Our dog Cooper had successful cataract surgery in the right and lost his left eye from glaucoma. Dr. Brian was very professional and empathetic and did his best to save the other eye. We had to recently put Cooper down as he went blind in the operated eye; however, VCA we would recommend to anyone for their quality of care. We gave our dog the best chance possible with their help:) God bless:)
We had an emergency with our cat which included some surgery and hospital stay. The staff was amazing from start to finish, this included the ladies at the front desk, to the nurses and the surgeon. Our fur babies are part of our family and it is wonderful to have a place that treats fur babies and their families with such kindness and compassion. I definitely recommend this hospital
I brought my dog here to see the Neurologist this time last year, and have debated on a review ever since. I ended up waiting almost an hour past my appointment time to speak with the doctor. I couldn't get a diagnosis without spending almost $3000 on a MRI ( I understand the reasoning behind this) but frustrating anyways. I was given 2 medications to trial for my dog. I filled them at the Pharmacy and had been following the instructions on the label, but there were more pills in the bottle than should have been dispensed ( a month supply). Not sure if it was the script that was written incorrectly or if the Pharmacy messed up. I called the CARE centre asking to speak with the neurology team about this and never received a phone call back or any follow up. They didn't even send their exam notes to my dogs referring veterinarian... And most recently I called last week to have records sent to my email and they never came. Frustrated with this experience.
We were seen pretty close to our appointment time. The doctor was really kind to my puppy and explained everything she would go through both during and after her surgery. Everyone was very nice and knowledgeable. An all around great experience.
Dr. Campbell is pretty much like a real life Dr. House. Brilliant, Highly effective, can be pushy, gruff and is just plane awesome and right in his diagnosis and treatment. That's all I got to say.
My 16 month old Aussie pup had 2 major seizures in one day and was encouraged to take her to the animal hospital by our vet. I called ahead at around 9pm and she was brought in right away. I know some people had to wait quite a long time and I was so happy to know that she was prioritized and taken care of. I was there for about 2.5 hours before seeing the vet but the staff came out to give me regular updates and that really helped put me at ease. Dr. Ken McKenzie was very caring and gave me lots of information and reduced the jargon for me to be able to understand what was going on and how to best proceed. Thank you so much to this incredible team!! ❤️ My it has been 6 days seizure free and I am so thankful.
A team came in on the their weekend to care for our dog Cooper after we struggled to get help with an internal infection. The care, professionalism, communication and treatment on all levels was incredible. Dr. Campbell and his team went above and beyond, and gave us full confidence our dog was in good care, which he was. Thank you everyone!
They were very professional, the front staff. Answered questions made me feel better having my Puppy looked at. Reason why I am giving 3 stars instead of 5 stars. Is the Veterinarian that help my puppy was giving me the impression that my food that I am giving my puppy is bad for her. Which I can say as a Pet nutrition specialist, food is good for the price for hardtimes currently. He really layered on the Fear I was doing something wrong with my puppy. Which I wasn't. I can actually pronounce every word that is in the pet food and know what it is. Can you say the same in your Vet food? No. Besides the point. The front staff great people. The Veterinarian I dealt with can't say the same. Literally went here for an emergency and felt like I was being lectured about foods. Which had nothing to do with the emergency at hand. Give the front staff Raises every single one of them!
If you have need for a Specialist for your pet this clinic is the place to go . The Vets are caring and make you feel at ease leaving your pet. I recently had dental surgery done on my Rough Collie Ash. He had to go there as he would stop breathing under anesthesia when he got neutered. Dr. Campbell called me multiple times while Ash was under anesthesia. He reassured me all was going well and I felt totally at ease . I highly recommend them !
I drive into Calgary from Lethbridge to get specialist care at VCA, and I am so grateful for their team. I've had my pup there for a series of conditions that have turned up as she's aged, and each time the team (from the front desk to the vets/specialists) has been attentive, prompt, compassionate, and taken the time to answer all my questions. They have been transparent and forthcoming, shown me the scans and results, and made sure I understood what was wrong and the treatment I would need to do at home. I will say—the treatment is *not* inexpensive, which is the case for most vet care, regardless. I signed up for insurance (Trupanion, 11 years ago), and without it, all costs incurred could have been financially crippling. I am so glad I got the insurance, and would recommend it to all pet owners. It's meant I can keep my focus on getting my dogs the care they need to live comfortably and pain-free, and this has been priceless. Thank you VCA for all you've done for my sweet Annie, you've made some scary days a whole lot easier for myself and my family. <3
The initial care and attention the staff gave my dog was amazing. When I took my dog home to another city, I asked the staff to transfer all of the information and pending test results to the vet clinic I've been using for years. Once I took my dog from VCA, the amazing care and attention disappeared. Four times I had to call and ask for my dogs records to be transferred. On the third call, the lady said she was doing the transfer as we speak. Four hours later, my vet clinic still hadn't receive the information and test results. I felt like once I took my dog home and paid the bill, they didn't care anymore, their job was done.
What a great team they have here. Very welcoming and friendly. Had to take the pup here after he ate something he shouldn't have.
The team at this emergency centre is just fantastic. They act with understanding and compassion and really go the extra mile to help your pet and put your mind at ease. I've only had fantastic experiences with their staff- wether at the clinic or on the phone. Thank you so much for taking care of Tuca!
They saved my cats life. I came here for an emergency for my cat THREE times (during the Christmas holidays). During all three times, they were professional and reliable. They called me multiple times a day to give me updates on my cat while he was in the hospital. Just wanted to say, if you are waiting for a long time in the lobby, just know that they are doing their job in the back, and that they are really detailed with all of the poor babies that come in.
If you are a pet owner on a fixed income or don't have alot of extra money do not go here. They are professional but my opinion is they are all about the money and be prepared for a thousand dollar bill and that is without a fix. Just x-rays, blood work, normal things. Where the hell has compassion gone for caring for animals and not lining your pocket !!!!
My little old doggie has diminished vision so we went to see Dr. Brian. Social distancing, temperature taken, masks, etc. kept both of us so safe despite Covid-19. Nicole was awesome and Dr. Brian took the time to explanation the state of my pup's vision which allowed me to completely understand where we are at and where we could be to help Jack. The summary document that was sent home with us allowed me to share it with family so we could discuss what the best decision for Jack will be around surgery. We got into the clinic early and were back home within an hour. Thank Nicole and Dr. Brian for the excellent service.
The staff here are understanding and supportive when dealing with stressed out people. I appreciated their patience and understanding. Wait times were quite long on a Sunday but they take care of business.
The best people to deal with at the worst time of your life. Our beautiful cat reached the end of his journey after 11 wonderful years giving unconditional love to everyone he ever met and a fierce battle against diabetes. The staff at this clinic showed a tremendous amount of care and compassion not only for him but for us as well. They gave us the time and space to make hard decisions, to spend time with our boy, and to say goodbye. I cannot say enough thanks to them for helping us as we begin to grieve our loss.
Literally the best veterinarian experience I’ve ever had. They saved my dogs life and explained every possible affliction, every possible treatment and every possible price it would cost. Exceptional team and amazing bedside manner
My kitty recently broke his leg and we brought him here. We’re so appreciative of everyone we talked to, I asked a bazillion questions and they patiently answered, they let us know what our options were and helped us understand. This hospital was a little bit on the pricey side which is why I gave 4 instead of 5. Otherwise everyone was so kind and patient. Especially Dr. Grieve and Dr. Murray. You guys are awesome thank you again !
So much to write but here goes! Tony Bark is our little boy and our CEO. Like many Frenchies out there, he has had IVDD flare ups in the past but none like this one. He initially got assessed somewhere then transferred to CARE. It was THE best and most important decision we've ever made for his life. Turned out he had a herniated disc between L3/L4. Things escalated pretty quickly and luckily for us he was in the greatest care of the greatest team alongside Dr.Diaz. The very next day, Dr.Diaz called us with the options and recommended surgery and we promptly agreed to it knowing he was in the best hands. Sure enough, they also found a herniated disc but also some hemorrhaging as well but that was well taken care of. Not even 10hrs after his surgery, Tony was standing again and his nurses called us with the wonderful update. During this whole process, Tony's team of nurses kept us updated, were professional and not even once showed an ounce of bother when we called for updates. Dr.Diaz is easily the most incredible neurologist and surgeon your dog can get. He made us feel comfortable without sugar coating anything and wasted no time telling us what needed to be done. The administrative team was also incredibly prompt with dealing with our insurance and taking that very important yet stressful part of the equation out of minds to allow us to focus on our boy. We can't recommend CARE enough, we are beyond thankful and grateful for every team member there. Tony is doing great even after 15 stitches being removed from his back and we are still shocked by his amazing recovery. While we waited in the parking lot we met other dog parents and every single one of them had nothing but great things to say about CARE. This goes to show this isn't a fluke, this shows consistency and commitment to excellence. Truly the best
They took great care of my dog that needed knee surgery. They explained everything very well and even came in at the low end of the quote. Excellent service.
Experience with this place was terrible i brought my dog in because she was very sick and needed surgery they over priced the cost of it and before we had time to take my dog to a different clinic with a more reasonable price . But we had humane society that forcefully seized our dog by black mailing with criminal charges. In the end we were forced to pay the over priced bill in order to get our dog back seriously do not recommend
We brought our sick old girl in to this location because the McKnight Emergency vet hospital has no vet on site.. good grief.. C.A.R.E. Tended to her immediately. Our cat Topaz was accessed very quickly and treated for her various issues. We were kept well informed, given choices, explained procedures and prices, and sent home with instructions. We even got a follow up call the next day. We are very pleased with the care and consideration both our girl and ourselves received. Thank you so much to the staff at C.A.R.E. You are all appreciated.
I am so grateful to the CARE Centre. The service is fantastic, the vets caring, the staff helpful, which is particularly appreciated when my pets' lives depend on it.
What an outstanding place, great staff and doctors. And awesome service to boot.
My dog Bailey had to visit the emergency room and they found a mass. We had suspected this and had visited our vet who couldn’t find the source. As she was non urgent we had to wait until 11pm to get a call back but they did find the mass and made us an appointment with the oncologist for the week after. (Much quicker than the vet had made for us) turns out it was cancer and it was completely removed during surgery. Had we had waited longer we might not have gotten as lucky. She’s recovered now and a happy dog
Dr. Campbell is a great dental surgeon who diagnosed our little one quickly and correctly. The treatment he offered was great and he treated our cat with care. A busy clinic and a bit impersonal but I feel like we received great care for our kitty and will be back for necessary follow ups!
No stars! $245.00 for a 5 min talk with vet that took 4 hours of waiting, just to meet with her. She said she was making a prescription. I was left in the room for another 15 min. I was so tired of waiting, I went to front desk holding my pet and not one staff person even looked at me! To top it off the prescription was a sealed liquid in a box. There was nothing to make!!! Absolute waste of time and money! And my pet was stressed!
Our pet had an abdominal ultrasound. The vet gave us the details shortly after the appointment. He was thorough and kind in his conversation. Would recommend this facility.
I called a couple weeks ago to report my dog was bitten by another dog. Was told to just watch it not to bring her in. No I took her to a different vet and she’s got bacteria building up so she had lump on her side and she has to take antibiotics. I’m so mad!!!!
I took in a very sick kitty, myself worried as heck. We ended up admitting my cat 3 times in two days. The staff here are wonderful. They take the time to explain what's happening, answer questions, and generally put your mind at ease. I was confident my cat was receiving the best and kindest care. Although vet services are very expensive, the doctors kept me very informed of my running tally so I had no surprises when it was time to settle the tab. They were also able to explain a range of scenarios so I was able to prepare myself for whatever was about to happen. My cat has come home in much better shape, and I'm so thankful to have had access to this wonderful hospital. Thank you everyone for taking such great care of Briar.
I cannot say enough good about the staff and doctors at this clinic they looked after my dog Simon after he was attacked by a is a mastiff I was thinking the bill was going to be crazy but they were very reasonable and I had no reservations about paying full pric. Is friendly fast reasonable yeah it's a noble loving people run this clinic.
Great emergency dept. Took great care of our dog.
RIP BAMBINO : DEC 28/06 - OCT 3/21 , Amazing people from the front reception to the client coordinator and the veterinarian!!! Highly recommend AAA+
The staff at VCA are wonderful. They are friendly, kind and compassionate. Dr. Larson in Oncology called us personally after every appointment our Golden Retriever had at the clinic. She gives very detailed updates and answers all questions. It was obvious she really liked and cared about our dog, and he loved going to see her even though he did not like going to other vet clinics. Dr. Shearer and Dr. Wallis were incredibly kind and patient with our family as they delivered some hard news to us. The support and admin staff that we encountered were lovely as well.
I have been taking my kids to the CARE Center for many years now, for a variety of conditions: radiology, oncology, surgery, cardiology. Very recently, one of my little girl dogs was diagnosed with a large tumor and had to have a splenectomy. Because of the skill and expertise of Dr. Neil Connery and his team, she came through with flying colors and her recovery was truly remarkable! The staff at the CARE Center certainly lives up to their name! Their kindness, compassion and understanding, combined with exemplary knowledge and experience are unsurpassed. I feel truly lucky and grateful to have such a clinic in our city. Highly recommend with no hesitation!
Last week I spoke with the facility about my dog’s eye symptoms. It was Wednesday, July 14, 2021 in the late evening. Was told that the wait is long but an estimated time wasn’t given and was also told that the process is to being the pet in for assessment and triage, then the pet would be kennelled in their facility for an unknown time until their turn came to be seen by the vet. All this time, the pet owners were to wait in their vehicle! Was told that this is what’s best and least anxiety producing for the pet! This is ludicrous and inhumane to pets, not to mention preposterous behaviour and customer service! Do your pet, yourself and your bank account a favour and don’t go to any VCA facility!
Our dog slipped and fell, we had no idea of what was wrong but he was yelping louder than we have ever heard. I called 32 clinics who couldn’t prioritize seeing him. When I contacted VCA they told me to come right away and they would get him right in. True to their word, I arrived and they took him in. Becca was incredibly understanding and even sent me a text with the address. I would highly recommend.
My 7 year old dog died in our home last Tuesday night my husband rushed him to the hospital where they quickly came out to help with the dog. Very caring and understanding place. Full of compassion during a rough time. Many thanx to them.
I was referred here by my vet to have some dental work and scans done for my cat. After almost a $5000 bill, which was way over what I was originally quoted for, I went home with my kitty plus some meds and very poor after care instructions and support. The next day my cat was having some difficulty breathing so I called the hospital back and the refused to see her back unless I brought her in through the emergency department and paid the $250 fee! VERY poor client care and support after they've taken your money. P.s kitty is ok now, but I'll NEVER go back.
This facility is only good at one thing, operating payment terminals. The staff are trained in how to print out bills and deflect any real answers. Typical money before health. I would suggest go somewhere else that puts the care before the cash
Our dog had his knee surgery here October 2021 and stayed overnight. He came home cleaner than he arrived, had his nails trimmed, wearing a stylish collar/ cone. I feel the medical care he received from the surgical staff, the recovery team and the administration staff was excellent. I especially appreciated the updating phone calls while he was in their care. He is recovering well I'm happy to say.
From the time I walked in to the moment I left I was treated with love and compassion.
I have spent so much money and trusted my dogs in their care. I have pretty much lived at care centre since 2013 between 3 dogs. I'm Thankful for the specialists. Dr Diaz especially, internal medicine, ophthalmology and dentistry but I will never recommend this heartless hospital when it comes to euthanasia. they can't be bothered to do ink prints and didn't even let me know they don't do ink prints . I wouldn't have trusted my dogs body in their care If I had known. I would have drove her to a clinic that CARES about pets to get ink prints done.even to gateway . not only did I lose my heart and soul and my best friend in the most tragic and horrific way but now I don't have an ink paw print ???? I'm so beyond devastated, heart broken and upset that I don't have my best friends ink print. the person I talked to said they are an er clinic so they don't do it.. excuse me!? I trusted you with my best friend that I tragically lost and you can't be bothered to take a few minutes to do an ink print!?!? I'm beyond devastated.. I'm broken all over again ???? I have regretted taking her to care that night. she was coming home until the tech carried her like a football and put pressure on her chest. what person carries a dog like a football when they come out of the oxygen tank?!? she was coming home and ill never forgive myself especially with how rude that tech was when I said something was wrong. . . I'll never trust care centre again with any of my dogs and I will be looking at transferring files to western
I brought my dog in because she ran into a barbed wire fence and cut her ear. The staff were awesome, and I’m sure the level of care for my dog were great but I’m insanely disappointed with the service. They bandaged her head which cost an insane amount and the bandage fell off as soon as we walked in our front door. I would have been far better off wrapping my dogs head myself and waiting to see my family vet. Disappointed in this vet and I would not recommend it to anyone.
Terrible place! Only care about money. Even when they are wrong they won't own up to it. Tried to get us to do 15k surgery that was completely pointless other than picking our wallet. Couldn't get a manager to call us back. Took several days and me phoning them over and over. Oscar eventually called me back but wouldn't give his last name he was just "Oscar" when i asked. Could have spent even more money with other vets just to emphasize how wrong they were. But i have the ultimate proof my dog. She is being treated by a good vet that actually figured out what she needed. She is happy and healthy being on the proper meds. No surgery needed. They wanted us to choose between an expensive surgery we couldn't afford or putting her down. So happy we didn't listen to them. Cost me over 6k to realize how terrible they are. A lesson i won't forget and will share with everyone i know.
I would never ever go back there! I took a dog that had choked. During the car ride, he coughed the food out. But being the responsible owner that I am I took him anyways to get checked out. The took my pet from me and made me wait probably an hour and a half, which in understandable. But then they did not show me my dog again and tried to make me pay between $2400 and $3600 for an overnight visit on oxygen. I asked to take him elsewhere and they refused to release him and told me I could surrender the dog. I phoned 6-10 other places to see where I could take him and I told the vet were I was going to take him that had oxygen. They phoned that vet and made me pay before ever letting me see the dog. As soon as he was brought out I could see he was fine. Relaxed, calm, and breathing just fine. Not on deaths door like the vet said he was. I monitored him on the car ride and he was so relaxed he fell asleep with a normal breathing pattern. So I took him home. Where he ate, drank, deficated, and played with his sibling immediately as soon as I got home. I have seen no signs of distress so I monitored him and saw no further reason to take him into another vet. Not only did they try to force me to relinquish my dog, and charge me and arm and a leg for unnecessary treatment. They informed the Human society that I was with holding, the unnecessary, treatment. Then who lodged a complaint to the police and the police had to come and take a look at my dog to assess him 37 hours after he was released! I had both a set of peace officers and a set of Calgary police officers assess the dog and they had no complaints at all over the care of my dog. Said he looked perfectly healthy and they all fell in love with the happy little guy. Absolute worse vet experience in my life. This whole experience makes me question if I can ever trust a vet again.
Today our girl, our soul of the family is here. She is here to be cared for and taken care of. She needs care, she needs help. The clinic staff and doctors are very attentive and responsible, they helped us with everything we need. They took our girl from us and now we hope that everything will be fine. Nice people take care of her, give her a drink and say that we love and wait for her at home! She's not in here now. She crossed the Rainbow Bridge! Be healthy and happy there, our friend!
Grat help when Mr Diaz helped out merlin with him going paralyzed now he can walk again best doctor ever.
We went there around 3am to bring our dog Annie for emergency as she was in pain and when we call the hotline at the parking area they told us there is a waiting time of 4 hours as only one doctor available on site so it will be on a triage. They took our dog via a stretcher and asked us to fill up a form online but we told them if we can just fill up a print out paper and so they provided us with one. They asked us if we want to wait in our car or inside or come back but we decided to wait inside so they brought us to a waiting room and they were nice there. The attending doctor who checked our dog was nice too. She was caring not only for our dog but to us as well. They even offer us water and coffee. We didn't wait for 4 hours as Annie was in critical condition at that time so they addressed her needs at once. It was our first time to try this place.
good services, expensive though, front end staff courteous friendly very helpful. my little dog diagnosed with dry eye and on medication for remainder of her life by opthamalogy. Dr Brian very kind and helpful and his assistant very gentle and courteous.
They were wonderful. I had to wait for my dog to be treated but it is an emergency hospital and there were dogs with very life threatening situations that had to be dealt with before my dogs broken leg. She was well looked after and the staff was awesome keeping me informed a regular basis.
Riggs had an accident while hiking and punctured his eyeball.. Dr. Brian was AMAZING!! He was so kind and wonderful to both myself & Riggs. I can’t thank him and all the great staff for all their care and patience throughout Riggs treatment and recovery. Highly recommend this hospital and Dr. Brian in particular
I would give 4 stars as I felt the communication needed some work I went almost 24 hours one day without an update despite multiple calls , however, the vca calgary team saved my baby and for that I would give 10 stars if it was possible. My kitty was transferred from another vet clinic who was at the point of reccomending euthanasia if we didn't transfer to VCA . VCA care calgary saved my kitty . He was diagnosed with kidney disease so our time with him is likely numbered but thanks to this amazing team there is more time to be had with him . The receptionist that received us when we first arrived was the sweetest lady she was so compassionate and understanding. We had to bring him back a few days after he was discharged and the same staff member was working when we arrived again , she remembered us and was incredibly sweet to us . I wish I remembered her name because she made a huge difference for us feeling like we were in good hands . Whoever you are thank you so much ! . All the doctors I spoke to were very informative and compassionate overall their team is amazing . Just try to have some understanding that this is an emergency clinic and they are very busy saving lives if your animal is there it's being cared for even if you aren't getting updates as frequently as you desire. That's something I struggled with as it's the first time my kitty has been sick like this, I was anticipating more frequent communication but overall I can respect why they weren't able to and am just extremely grateful they were available to provide the care they did . I didn't dress my boy up for Halloween but on our Halloween visit I saw the scariest costume I saw all year (photo included) the team even dressed him up with a little pumpkin bandage . These little details really let you know they care about your family . If you are in an emergency situation I would 10/10 reccomend VCA care center in Calgary . Thank you for all you do !
Excellent care for my puppy. All staff are fantastic. You've really helped out family with our special needs dog. Thank you all so very much.
Needed a specialist and Dr. Campbell was recommended by my Vet In Manitoba. Did a phone consult and set a date to see Annie and hopefully surgery to correct problem. They were very kind and professional and kept me updated while she was in their care. We flew home a day and a half after surgery and three weeks after Annie is doing great. Thank you Dr.Campbell and staff.
I took my 1.5 year old tabby here after I noticed he was breathing quite heavily. He was seen right away and was initially diagnosed with potential heart failure. After staying the night in the care of the great staff at VCA and a few tests we were actually able to receive a second (different) opinion at the same location! The fact that we had two different vets provide opinions at the same location within 24 hours was very appreciated and extremely helpful. He has now been referred to a specialist for a follow up consultation and we are praying that he remains healthy and treatable. All of the staff at this VCA were friendly, professional and provided great communication and service.
I had to take my 10.5 year old Doodle here for a small tumor on his eye. Dr. Brian Skorobohach and his team were amazing! My consultation was fast and efficient and he told me everything I needed to know and answered all my questions. They got the procedure booked quickly and truly seemed to care about my dogs happiness and well-being. The procedure went really well and I really appreciated how they asked for a follow-up a week later to make sure he was ok. Every person we dealt with was kind, compassionate and respectful! Would definitely go back and definitely recommend!
Excellent service! Wonderful staff! They kept us posted as they took care our fur baby. She came in on a stretcher and ended up walking out.
Thank you to Dr. Larsen and her team for the wonderful care and compassion they had for our dog Watson. We couldn't have asked for better care for him and appreciate all that they were able to do.
Tonight my baby , my world is there in their capable hands. She is sick and she needs them . A sweet kind man named Richard took her in and we told her she was a good girl . . Tomorrow is uncertain , but it is much less scary in the hands of these capable people . I'll take her home soon and it will be because of these people here . Update 12 days in ICU these people saved my dogs life. It isn't cheap, and nor should their absolute super powers and expertise be. We are so happy and our case was very touch and go . Thank you to the wonderful people and staff here who took my dog and gave her another life. She was away for the longest she was ever from us , she handled it and so did we, because we knew that she had comfort and love . I will recommend this hospital a million times over .
