I brought my two guinea pigs in, as I had some concerns with their health, and by the time I left, all of my questions had been answered, and the problems resolved. Dr.Tammy Wilde took the time to listen to my concerns, did a thorough examination of both animals, and took care of the issues promptly and without any unnecessary tests or procedures. So impressed!

Disgraceful!!! When it was time for our sick kitty to pass on.. we booked an appointment, and mustard up the strenght to bring her in. Upon arrival, we were led into a room..and waited and waited, in a strange room with noisey fireplace you cant turn off. (Scared kitty and crying family) When someone finally came, it wasnt to do the procedure, to end her suffering, it was to confirm we wish to let her go. And since one of the owners name, on file, wasnt there..they wanted to call, the crying at home person. They SHOULD confirm before they booked and NOT when the crying family and a dying cat are scared and waiting. After okaying permission, and while all are waiting to let go..they try selling us stuff that SHOULD have waited till after. After refusing products, we waited (in tears, trying to comfort our kitty), then they wanted payment..then waited for an invoice..all things that could/SHOULD have been done after. Once they got their money (only thing that seemed to matter, as the comfort of our kitty or the fact we wished to see her off when we arrived from the security and familiarity of our house didnt seem to matter), they proceeded. It took termendous strength not to raise a scene at the appalling lack of compassion or lack of prioritizing the procedure over selling things or payment first. Took almost half an hour from the time we arrived till she was gone.. time that could have been spent in the security and comfort of our home. Shame on you ????

I gave this clinic 5 stars 2 years ago and I still stand by that today. The staff are all extremely welcoming and patient with both myself and my animals. My dog Zeppelin actually loves coming to the vet and they treat him exceptionally well! The vets always take the time to explain everything even when I have a million questions, and try to give me as many option as possible per scenerio. You can't go wrong with chosing them to look after your 4 legged companions ????

My husband and I got our first dog about a year ago. A friend recommended Tudor Glen and we are so grateful she did. Our dog has had a lot of health issues since he was a puppy, so he has had a lot of visits to the vet. Tudor Glen has gone above and beyond to look after our sweet dog. They know him really well and have always been able to help solve any issues that pop up as well as all of the many questions I have had. Everyone is very knowledgeable! The vets just seem to love and care about your animals as much as you do. It's very comforting to know, especially when he's been so sick. And an added bonus, our pup LOVES coming to the vet. It's a very positive and welcoming atmosphere. We would highly recommend taking your pets here!

Very disappointed how this amazing clinic has become all about money. Dr Tammy was amazing with our first dog throughout her life. With our second dog, we could never get the same vet and they wanted to charge me for a new exam when I went back for a follow up to increase her dosage. Twice the staff made errors in ordering in her heart medication leaving us short. They provided a couple days alternative medication to get us through but you can be sure I was still charged for those two days of meds even though the error was on their side. Very sad to give this poor review.

We took our girl Sadie here the whole time we had her, she loved the nail cuts and they were always super fast and friendly with her. Then, Sadie got diabetes. They did everything right, gave her the stuff and helped us when we needed it. Sadie never got control over her insulin the doses weren’t ever fit for her- not that they didn’t try- 4-5 months after we got her diagnosis Sadie lost a TON of weight and wouldn’t eat so naturally we took her into the vet. They did blood, and some other tests all were fine and then suggested an ultrasound and said if she doesn’t get better it could be cancer ???? no one wants to here that... so they gave her some hunger inducing pills and some kangaroo and we went on our way. She liked the kangaroo for a while but the pills didn’t seem to do much so we feed her fish and raw meals hoping to gain some weight but never did. Sadie passed away on Dec 7 2020 for ketoacidosis- a deadly diabetic condition. My #1 complaint was when we took her to the vet, they didn’t even SUGGEST this condition to aDIABETIC dog. After looking up the symptoms online the day she passed it was clear what she had. We had no clue what to look for until it was to late. I strongly believe if this condition was even mentioned we could’ve done more for Sadie. I feel that Sadie diabetes was pushed to the back burner and was slow moved to help her get better. Now, with our new puppy we found a vet that we feel is a better fit. We still think Tudor glen is a great vet for a quick annual exam or a pampered nail cut but we won’t ever take our pets here for anything that could be serious.

I’ve been going to Tudor Glen for 10 years. My cat is a special case “spicy” and they are completely understanding of the situation. I booked an appointment for some digestive issues (bacteria overgrowth) my Dalmatian was having the night before, and they called me literally 1 minute after their opening hour to follow up and book us in. They were very friendly and delightful to deal with, and my Dalmatian was back to her normal self in 2 days with their prescribed treatment.

This place is definitely all about the animals and I love it. The place is beautiful on the inside and the booths in the sitting area are one of the best things ever! It allows you to still talk to people but also not worry to much about your dog. The Starbucks machine is also really appreciated. Especially when your pet is not doing well. You can tell all the staff are pet people and it puts you at ease. Dr. Jessica treated our little kiwi(dashhound) so kindly and gently. The bill was a little more then expected but we are new to town and found good value for the service and beautiful clinic

Gave a dewormer for potential ear mites; there are no ear mites, and they even did a cytology to check for them. Claimed my ragdoll was severely overweight when every other vet has claimed she is in great health, and she falls under the average weight for a mature female ragdoll. They then tried to convince me to buy 135 dollar diet food. The problem we brought her in for is still not fixed, spent nearly 300 on her appointment and have gotten nowhere. they were more concerned about profit than they were the real issues at hand. She sees the vet again tomorrow. If we dont get anywhere still we will not be returning, ever.

On May 10th, I had to put my Harley James to sleep forever. We brought him to Tudor Glenn, and my partner Glenn requested Dr. Vicki ???? she explained the procedure, what would happen to prepare me as this was my first time doing this. Underneath my tears, and sobs I appreciated the red blanket, the pictures and sayings, and the lights dimmed. Harley was in heaven with all of the liver snacks you gave him. Dr. Vicki was so gentle, she petted Harley after he was gone. I did not want to keep anything of his as I am a very emotional person, but was so appreciative when I received the card in the mail. We have it put away in a special place. We loved his little foot print ???? She is also the vet for our other two boys Bear and Murphy. ???? Thank you Dr. Vicki and all of the staff for making a sad moment a little bit better. Jill and Glenn

If I could give 0 stars I would. WORST MISTAKE OF MY PETPARENT LIFE. I took my furbaby there for parasites, told them repeatedly where the problems were, took in samples and told them how concerned I was. Couldn't talk to Dr. Wilde after the first visit at all, didn't respond to emails and had to deal with 'Kat' after every time, not a very nice person, could not identify the most common parasites, rude and condescending and didn't care about my dog at all. She is now afraid of the vet which is a first. Insisted on sedation for every visit (cha ching) 7 months (that's right, 7 months) and many thousands of dollars later Kat declared her parasite free and 100% healthy. It was obvious she was not. I counted 7 fully mature grubs in one ear alone, they completely blocked the opening and she somehow missed. I took her to a new vet who knew what she needed almost instantly, she's now recovering well thankfully. This is parasite free and 100% healthy to Dr Wilde and 'Kat'

I called at 8am on Saturday morning to see if I could get an appointment for my puppy who I thought had a bladder infection. Even though they were completely booked they had me drop her off and they managed to see her in between appointments. Less than 2 hours later she was ready to go. The staff were extremely helpful and took the time to go over all of the details with me even though I didn't have an appointment. I've taken family pets here in the past and had nothing but good experiences.

I would highly recommend this clinic. They're very informative and take the time to explain everything to you and answer your questions and dont make you feel rushed. My dog ended up having to have a bunch of tests done which they also can do in their facility and they give you the option of waiting for the results on the tests that can be done right away. The staff here are just amazing. They did such a wonderful job in helping my poor Albus. They gave me updates several times a day, and when it came time for surgery, it ended up being 2/3 of what they originally quoted me. I can't say enough great things about Dr. Fitzpatrick, Kat, and the rest of the staff. They made a very hard situation go by easily, and made sure Albus, and we were comfortable the entire time.

Can't say enough about Dr Tammy Wilde and the staff at Tudor Glen Vet Clinic. We rescued a senior cat (Romeo) at 13 years of age. He has had a lot of medical issues and Tammy and her staff have been there for him right from the get go. Tammy listens to what I have to say and it is a collaborative effort to keep this guy healthy. He is a fighter and Romeo is now 16. We thought we lost him last weekend but he has rallied. Again, Tammy was there for support and feedback all the way.

My teacup Chi, Calliope had a difficult labour and required an emergency C-section for her last pup and they took her in right away and had no hesitation to cancel their appointments they had that Morning. I have had some previous great experience with this clinic when Dr. Janes was apart of the team, however when I was in there today, I was severely disappointed with the level of care that I received for my dog. The vet did not check the dogs previous issues on the file, as well as staff in the back were making comments loud enough that I could hear them. My dog is still leaving with an issue and we have to book with another vet to address the concerns now. While my S.O was in the other room, someone came out to address another patients owner and was talking about a bad diagnosis their pet had in the reception area. This is clearly poor client service, and I think its a result of the turn over that you guys mentioned during the visit. I was also super disappointed to know that Dr. Janes no longer works there and we were not notified that she had moved on. I will not be returning with my dogs in the future.

I brought my dog Lucy to Tudor Glen Veterinary Hospital for 12 years since we moved here in 2008. The care and compassion they provided over the years was exceptional. Sadly, I had to say goodbye to Lucy in March. The staff at Tudor Glen were so supportive. And now I have two kittens, the brothers, Milo and Boo. Their first visit to Tudor Glen was a success and I know they were well taken care of and loved during the exam. I appreciate that Dr Farrar called me to discuss their care and treatment. My dog always looked forward to going to this clinic because she knew she was loved. Now Milo and Boo will enjoy their visits just as much.

I've been coming here for years because I've always loved my experience with the vets. They've been so friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. However, I have been very frustrated with how long it takes to get an email response or a call back. There have been instances where I've sent an email without any answer.... I've had to follow up weeks/month later to ask if they even received the email and if they can answer my question. I think every email needs to be acknowledged, don't just leave people hanging. You might be thinking "just call them instead" but when I do so, they promise to get me an answer when they have a chance to talk to the vet... In the meantime, I call another vet clinic and that clinic has the product recommendation for me within 30 mins and I pop by to pick it up immediately... days go by and I still didn't get a call back from Tudor Glen :(

I brought my senior dog in for a check up and the vet was really thorough at checking her over, even though the dog never stopped pacing. We got some meds which should help her be more comfortable. No pressure to pursue intrusive tests that likely won't change anything. A really positive experience!

We are so happy to be bring our new puppy to this Tudor Glen clinic. We've been to other clinics before and we love the professionalism here. It's been so easy to book, we get all our paper work clearly taken care of and explained, and we love the follow up through emails and even mail reminders. All the staff that we have met so far have been so warm and inviting. We would definitely recommend this clinic to all our family and friends. It's also been comforting that all procedures are taking place to keep us and our pets safe during COVID-19 visits.

At the time I was not able to accomadate a large bill, I explained if I was able to do so I would come back if he got worse, which he now is puking everywhere, after less than a week since seeing the vet, as I said I called back to have him visit the vet again. Upon speaking to them I was told "this is why we should have done a urinalysis, which then I was told I would need to pay for a new exam and many tests due to my negligence the first time" what an absolute joke! I am now heartbroken and will not have Any of my pets come here again. They are very overpriced and clearly care only about the $$$ value that they can get!

Dr. Farrar was great! She dealt with our dog’s issue in a very professional and knowledgeable manner. We were very impressed! It would be more reassuring during this Covid pandemic if owners were either not allowed in the clinic, or were given a mask to wear while in the building. I have no issues with phoning to let the staff know I’m here, and waiting outside. The veterinarians are highly trained professionals. If the doctor needs to talk to me she can call while examining our dog. I was shocked at the number of people who walked in to a medical facility with no regard for the health and safety of the staff and other pet owners.

I would not recommend. I found they will run a vast amount of unnecessary tests on pets and are more concerned about making money than actually helping the pets that are in need of care. There was an emergency with my cats and I found out they ran over 1200$ worth of tests that had nothing to do with the cause. After talking to another vet for a second opinion they were shocked at how much I was overcharged.

I brought Scooter in with u/k problem. He was initially treated for urinary issues but when I brought him home, wasn't any better. I brought him back next morning and my Vet, Dr. Janes checked him over thoroughly and determined that he was suffering from severe diarrhea. She treated him and I was able to bring him home in a couple hours. Dr. Janes is like a magic bullet for all my pets. Very kind, dedicated, compassionate and the pets love her. I closed my dog’s file today because of growing frustration with the front desk giving the wrong dog food for the second time I’ve called and and requested them to correct it. However, they gave the wrong food again when I asked my brother to pick it up. They are so disorganized and careless about correcting the file, I no longer trust or want to support this awful business. Don’t let the free drinks and snacks fool u. When I called today, they did not care. It’s inconvenient when I had to ask someone to help me pick up food and then I have to go back and exchange it. My dog has a strict hypoallergenic diet. We took one of our cats here a few times. They helped treat him for diabetes, which he eventually recovered from. More recently, after he took a turn for the worse shortly before a routine check-up, Dr. Fitzpatrick and the staff stayed late to try to figure out what was wrong and what could be done. The next morning they took him back for full-day hospitalization; unfortunately, by the end of the day it was clear that nothing could be done and he would inevitably pass away soon. Again, the staff stayed late to give us the time we needed to say goodbye and make sure his death was peaceful. Thank you to Dr. Fitzpatrick and staff for your honesty, compassion, and patience.

I have a small chihuahua and it's very hard to trust anyone with her but when I'm here I feel like she's being treated the way she should be. 4 weeks ago our baby teacup terrier was attacked by a viscous German Shepard and died as we got to Tutor Glen Vet. Dr Farrar and staff took great care with us even though we had never been in their door before. They allowed us to grieve and take up their space without question of time, expense, or commitment. Dr Farrar cleaned up our little boy and placed him into their basket with their materials at no charge to us. We did choose to have paw prints done, again they did not charge us. There was no charge of time, materials, anything else. Suffice to say we have now chosen to do all our pet business with Tutor Glen Vet because they care so much. I cannot thank them enough for taking care of our boy at his final time. It is more than appreciated and urge everyone to try them if they would like special treatment for their pets.

We have been taking our dogs here for 15+ years, after a very poor experience elsewhere. Our experience has always been very positive and practical right from puppy to the end. A recommended change in diet effectively saved one dog, and they assisted with behaviour issues with another. We brought 2 cats in on seperate occasions and we saw the same vet. He was very rough when handling our cats, seemed to show no care as to what our cats thought of him. At first we thought he was just being a vet, but once we took our cats to the glenora cat clinic we saw the difference in black and white. Perhaps Tudor Glen is better suited for dogs? But I wouldn't recommend bring your cat there, however if you do have to bring them there ask for doctor Pim, she was so much kinder to our kitties.

I took my small dog in a couple weeks ago as she ate a raisin and we needed to induce vomiting. When I got there the receptionist wanted to take her straight to the back but I asked if I could keep her with me as she’s quite anxious and I wasn’t comfortable simply handing her over without talking to the vet first. The vet came in and while she didn’t seem warm or personable, my focus was on getting my dog cared for ASAP. I asked several questions about what the procedure would involve and what medications would be administered, as well as the safety of it as she offered very little information to me. She wanted to take her to the back and I asked if she could bring her back to me as soon as she had her injection so I could be with her while she got sick. She left for approx 5 min and brought her back, as I had requested. After the vomiting, she took her back to give her another injection to stop the vomiting and brought her back to me again within approx 5 min. When the tech brought me the invoice, she handed it to me saying “oh, the doctor asked me to tell you she did a full exam on Maizy and she’s a very healthy dog”. There is NO way the vet did a full exam on her as she wasn’t out of my arms long enough for her to do so! Not once did anyone ask me about her diet, any previous health issues, any medications she may be on...nothing! It is extremely irresponsible to declare she’s a “very healthy dog” without a full understanding of her lifestyle or history. Further, I was charged for an unscheduled health exam, an “induce vomiting fee” and for both medications administered. I called several days later to speak to the clinic manager and express both my concerns about declaring a dog healthy when they didn’t have all the information or time to do a full exam, as well as for charging me for a full exam as well as an “induced vomiting fee.” Her response was the “induce vomiting fee” is to cover the medications used, yet they charged me extra for the medication on top of everything! Of course, I’ve not heard back or received any explanation or resolution to my concerns. Rumours out on the street about this clinic are not favourable, and now I’ve experienced it first hand...the biggest concern of this clinic is not your pets health and wellness, it’s profit. What a shame!

This vet is more expensive than others we have used, but we felt that it was worth it initially. We were patients there for several years and were very happy with the service. However, the year or so before we switched clinics things really went downhill. The final straw was that during an annual exam we inquired about allergy testing and got a quote for it. After the appointment, our dog had a reaction to a vaccine and got sick. I called the office to see if I should bring him back in and was told that the vet was in another appointment and would call me back ASAP. I never received a call back, but received 2 follow up phone calls to see if we wanted to do the allergy testing (quoted somewhere around $300). It was so obvious that they were more concerned with revenue, and not at all with my dogs health that I couldn't in good conscience bring my dogs back there again. I used to recommend this vet to people, and now go out of my way to tell them to avoid it.

Poor service. My dog needed an appointment for his ear and my wife booked for 4pm. She texted me right away to tell me the time. They called her at 3:15 and told her she hadn't showed up. They made a mistake with the appointment which became our problem then refused to help. This is to fix something that should have been fixed with antibiotics we received 2 weeks earlier from them and cost over $200. Funny thing is the emergency clinic is cheaper.

My wife and I have had to put 2 cats to sleep in the last year. The staff here is amazing. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. They are also incredibly compassionate. I was given several options for each cat, ranging from standard maintenance treatments and going all the way to high end procedures. In the end it was better for both cats (Mysteries and Immagination) to be let go as they were not at all happy or healthy. It was easy to get an appointment and they have a private room where my kitties were made as comfortable as possible while we said our goodbyes. Dr. Bilsborrow then administered the drugs and was with us until they passed. She was very sympathetic to our suffering and spoke of our loved ones with a kind heart. They gave us as much time as we needed to grieve and even gave my wife a small swatch of hair as a keepsake. Several days later we received a card in the mail with personalized notes os sympathy from all of the people we dealt with as well as a paw and nose print. It was a touching gesture. Better care is hard to find.

Gracie, being an American Blue Heeler, has a mind of her own and can be alot to handle but the girls at Clippin Along are so gentle and nice to her, that Gracie will let them touch her feet but not too many people can. WHERE VETS LOVE MONEY. I brought my cat in to this vet for a specific issue, the vet checked her out and said its her teeth and she needs surgery, ok, so I trusted him and got the surgery. A few days after surgery she still had the same issue. I called them, emailed them and called them again finally being able to speak to the vet and was told her issue is probably just a habit, funny how they didnt see this as just being a habit in the initial appt. Long story and many dollars later this little habit eventually ended her life. The entire ordeal was so overwhelming. Some vets wouldnt even come out to answer questions. Very sad that they manipulate people when they are most vulnerable. I feel they will upsell everything they can right up to the last day of your pets life. Please get a second opinion before making important decisions. I will have to live with the pain, loss, guilt and regret for life and hope that no one else has to go through what we have endured.

I brought my 16 year old cat here for a checkup and blood testing to make sure her body was functioning properly in her old age. Every step of the way, she was treated with compassion and comfort. The staff at the front gave her a blanket with pheromones on it the minute I walked in because they saw how nervous she was. My heart was warmed when Dewey crawled under the chair in the exam room, and as I sat on the floor beside her, the vet draped the blanket over the chair to give her a little comfort cave. She felt so relaxed after a while, she fell asleep while I waited for the test results! Im very glad to have found a clinic that cares about their patients in not just the big ways, but all the little ways that make a giant difference.

They are very caring, knowledgeable and helpful and took wonderful care of our dog after his accident. They are also very reasonably priced despite what some other comments say!

I switched here after not being pleased with my previous vet. The care and attention they paid to my dog here at Tudor Glen was exceptional. Dr. Wilde understood that taking my dog here was really stressful on her so I appreciated how calming and gentle she was with her. I appreciate that the doctor and the staff treated my dog not like a object or another payday. They gave her quality care and seemed genuine, like they wanted to help my dog and not see it as a get in and get out as fast as you can business like other clinics I’ve taken her too.
