Fantastic. The staff and doctors are amazing and care for my dogs like their own. They have even stayed open way past close to make sure my dog got the treatment he needed and recovered safely before he was able to come home. They don't push drugs or unnecessary procedures. They truly care about you and your pets.

Have been bringing our dog penny here since she was a puppy the staff/ technicians/ Dr's are amazing everything they do with your pet is explained in great detail the do's and don'ts of being a pet lover - owner , the premises are spotless so very well organized this is the only place we'll bring our dog lots of free parking out front and a great location

All the staff and technicians are so friendly, skilled and helpful! Dr. Jessica terBorgh is knowledgeable, empathetic, and works with you to find the best solution for you situation! I appreciate her willingness to explain reasoning behind options and that she will tell you when she doesn't know something and what she will do to find out. We have been bringing our three pets to this clinic since 2017 and will continue to, despite it being far from our home.

Just cannot give this pet hospital a higher rating. Even pushing it with 2 stars. Beautiful Reception Area. Charging customers huge prices are paying for this? Asking a person to pay $4000.00 for a broken leg on a kitten? And saying that with a straight face? No payment options, no "Let's see what we can do?" You ran your tests, x-rays, $$$, then handed the little one back to us with a guarantee to make her 100% better IF we paid the money! What were we to do? We had to put her down. Heartbroken!!

Dr Jessica ter Borgh and her colleagues and front staff are absolutely incredible. We drive 40min from Edmonton just to come here because the service is truly unbeatable. We had tried many other vet clinics in Edmonton and felt pushed aside or that they were just interested in making money. The vet hospital in Leduc isn't like that. They truly are in the vet business for the right reasons: to help our furry friends.

They help your pet but it felt like the vet didn't care when I said the food they sold was out of my budget, she would only recommend their food. $60 for 24 cans of cat food is beyond ridiculous

Dr. Mary Turner and staff were amazing. They fit me in for an emergency on a super busy saturday, they were very kind and understanding. I had never been in previously but my normal vet is closed on the weekends so I was desperate. They diagnosed my dogs problem and were very accommodating, explaining everything I needed to do and scheduling a follow up for the following week. I credit them with saving his life! Cant thank them enough.
