Dr Barb M. and absolutely every single beautiful person that works there is truly amazing! Extremely knowledgeable, very personable, and super efficient. Everyone from receptions to vets to vet techs are all amazing with our rescue dogs we have brought over the years. (Ollie, Nina etc) Thanks so much for being such an awesome place to bring our fur family to over our decades of having Stettler as our home town. (I grew up in Stettler and my parents are still there; bringing in Toby their poodle puppy. It's such a blessing to have a vet clinic like yours in the family for 2 generations. We super appreciate how amazing you all are with our Nina Beana when we need a vet visit. She is a rescue from Shanghai and suffers with anxiety. Dr. M recommended an anti anxiety supplement that has literally changed Nina's every day life. She has blossomed so quickly since getting on it. See you next time and thanks again! ????

They know what they're doing, usually very quick service. A little on the expensive side though, usually the first question is "what is your budget?" to be expected I guess. Overall though, a pretty good vet clinic.

Go to Bashaw or Red Deer if possible. Overpriced, and awful pet care services. Brought my pet in and they left her in her travel kennel for 5 hours while she was sick because they "didn't have time for her" but instead of calling me to pick her up at any point and letting me know they're too busy to help, they kept her locked up. Did not contact me as I had to contact them at the end of the day to see what happened and it was too late for me to bring her anywhere else, when I asked what to do now they told me I could pay for evening services.. despite me bringing her in at 12 PM. Had to pay 60$ for meds that she didn't need because they suggested them without actually checking what was happening. Took her in next day and all they did was put a solution in her eye and tell me they didn't know what was wrong... they didn't have time for that the day before? even tho they were willing to charge me extra for evening care? They also forgot half the services I had requested and I had to remind them twice about it until it was done. Have never had this horrible of an experience with a vet clinic before, I now go to Bashaw or Cedarwood in Red Deer, much better service and my cat doesn't get neglected by workers while stressed and sick...

My dogs nails were trimmed and 3 out of 4 paws that were trimmed by a particular “veterinarian” 1 year ago were trimmed too short causing bleeding. This was done after her examination and shots. I was willing to pay for an assistant to help her. No Kwik stop stypyic powder was placed on her paws and we were asked to leave to pay our bill and my dog bled all through the vet and in my car until I went to Pet Valu where the staff there also witnessed my dog bleeding on the floor and wouldn’t let me pay for the product but assisted me with placing it on her paws. They didn’t say one bad word about the fellow business but were extremely professional! Of course I purchased treats for my girl and Thanked them from the bottom of my heart and No I do not go to Stettler Vet any longer. I have made my personal choice to discontinue. This does not discount all their services just this particular one. I believe when it comes to your babies it only takes once for me personally.

I have been there twice with my horses. Both times I received outstanding service. The girls were very knowledgeable and courteous. Cheryl (hope I spelled that right) is an incredible vet. Very patient and gentle with my stock. Even though we lost our foal, I still enjoyed our visit. Our heart felt thanks go out to Shelby and Cheryl and the rest of the staff.

Was out hunting near Stettler and my dog got a gash that need a couple stitches. Called this vet and was told emergency cost is $300 and I was good with that. She then proceed to tell me she was not interested in treating my dog and I should go to Red deer for service. Her website talks about they care for your animal, well she does not appear to care about mine and figured an 1 hr proceedure at most is below what she was willing to do. I do not recommend this vet at all and dont waste your time calling them in an emergency situation.

Brought a stray cat that was injured wouldn’t even look at it because we had fed it , like people don’t feed a stray cat you will be the bad guy here , wouldn’t check if it had a tag all they did was to quote costs those people don’t care one iota about helping animals no wonder they have a bad reputation it is well deserved

Clean, it's not cheap, and they don't do accounts but we get all our pets fixed and fixed up there. Staff are always super friendly and they treat our animals well ????
