if I could give less stars, I would. Krissy or Kristy whoever the receptionist is, is ignorant, and rude each and every time I, or someone I know has called. they are money hungry and do not have yours or your pets best interest. GO TO WEIR , they are amazing.

This was our first visit to this clinic, but to see our regular vet, Dr Newman (who's an absolute rock star). As expected, it was clean and welcoming, and the support staff is incredible. After moving to the area we went through 8 vets before finding Southside/LAH, I have high standards and I'm not an easy client. They've exceeded my expectations at every turn I can't imagine ever going anywhere else. Truly, I can't say enough good things. Reasonably priced as well, considering how well equipped the clinics are, and the service level provided.

When ever something comes up with my two Hanvanese we have always gone to the Southside Veterinary Clinic. Everyone there is polite and professional. When my female scratched her cornea, we were afraid she might loose the sight in that eye, but with their expertise and thorough care she is as good as new. We were at the clinic to have our male neutered when they found out the he had too high enzymes to safely proceed with the operation. Thanks to the wonderful people at Southside Vet Clinic. vet clinic I have two healthy dogs.

They gave us the info we needed to make sure they healed right. They even called me a few days later to see how they were doing. I would hands down bring any other pets we have to them. This is my dogs clinic. I have taken my Nova here 3 times and not once did we have any problems, i see dogs on videos not liking to go the vet but Nova, i have never seen a dog that loved going to the vet more than her. They welcomed her from the very first time they saw her, they always treat us very kindly. Nova never wants to leave. They absolutely love her, and the feeling is definitely mutual!

My diabetic cat was sick on a Sunday so I brought her in on Monday morning to have her checked out. I am not a local and had never been to this vets office before. They managed to fit me in right away even though I did not have an appointment. The staff was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. They did all their tests and had us out of their in no time, with smiles on our faces :)

This is my favourite clinic to take my cat. The staff always give helpful recommendations, are well organized and make me feel like a valued customer. The doctors take their time with my cat and are patient while answering all of my questions. One doctor even offered me her direct email address for correspondence when I first brought my cat in. I've been dealing with them for over 5 years and haven't had one negative experience!

Love the service at this clinic but more importantly Duffy and Milo (Cairn terriers) enjoyed going to this clinic. Every vet they've had has been terrific, knowledge and friendly. They provided excellent senior dog care. Our newest family member Bennie also enjoys going to this clinic. Everyone if committed to positive reinforcement training and behaviour modification solutions. Bennie attended puppy classes there.

SVC is a fantastic place to take your pets! We have been taking our dog there from the day we got her! They always take time and you never feel rushed. We have been bringing our 2 dogs to the clinic for a few years now and have always had excellent care. The staff remember us and what we usually buy for our dogs when we show up. They always ask how Bandit & Smokey are doing, especially after they both had to have back/neck surgery in Edmonton. Whenever one or the other has had to have dental work done they have let me drop him off before work even thought they weren't officially open yet. South side veterinary clinic is five star, routine check on our family pet. I experienced great service, learned more about our feline family member. I am writing this a day later, our cat is already feeling better. The veterinarian for south side found a urinary problem, diet and believe it or not a stress problem. During our consultation our cat received a complete urinalysis, examination, antibiotic shot. We were also recommended a feli diffuser that realeases a pleasant scent for our aging cat that we keep in her litter box room, I was skeptical. Our cat has been hanging close to the room that the defuser is reaching with the scent, worth it! We also changed her diet to a urinary and calm kibble 3kg bag and 24 cans of wet food to match. In one day our cat is back after our visit. The cost for all of this was fair and affordable, I would recommend southside veterinary clinic!

In the past I have had to take my cats in on an emergency basis and the response to see a vet and to get treatment was immediate. I now have one older cat and take him in for his routine appointments or if something else comes up.
