Although these guys are decent vets, what let’s them down is there shambolic lackadaisical record keeping! They record your pets medical records as scruffy hand written notes on loose sheets of paper with stickers on them! that can easily fall out of the folder or get mixed up, sometimes even they get mixed up and can’t find specific dates. They couldn’t even transfer information from a puppy file to an individual adult dog file! Tried to insist they had never put the microchip in, when in fact they had but the information was not transferred to individual adult dog file! Also be VERY aware that the 3 year Rabies vaccination, that they will push, is only valid outside of North America IF there have been no gaps in the vaccinations from birth! They will be very lackadaisical about the vaccinations but if the first booster is even 1 day late or you leave it one day more than 3 years it’s INVALID! You may not think any of this is important until It is! Do yourself a favour and go the Sylvan or Red Deer where hopefully they do professional records that are accurate and take vaccines expiry dates seriously!

They will call to see how your pet is after they have seen it. Took our dog for cyst removal and they were checking on him afterwards.this was second time we visited and they called on previous visit six months ago

These guys were great! They got me in right away on a Saturday even though I'd never been there with my dogs, and they were busy. My dog was shaking in pain and none of the tests made any sense, but Ian took the time to explain every test and why he did it and what the results were, and how he came to the conclusion on my dogs issue. I would recommend them over and again and I might even switch permanently.
