The vets and technicians and all staff here are wonderful, professional and kind people. They have been providing excellent care for our animals over the years (birds, dogs, hamsters, guinea pigs) many times. They even performed surgery on a tiny hamster of ours one time, which was successful! The latest was an emergency surgery on my beloved Pomeranian, who decided for some reason to swallow a peach pit. They made time in their busy schedule and successfully removed it. I think that vets and vet technicians and all staff in vet's offices here in the Peace River region and across the province should be commended for their hard work and dedication to keeping our pets and all the animals they attend to healthy and cared for, especially with the difficulties associated with covid. They work hard and I am grateful to them for their care and help.

our cat came in for glans issues. during the appointment, they did.not ask for permission or inform us that they will be cleaning her ears. this led to her becoming deaf. the staff handled it horribly. they denied any negligence and refused to take responsibility. shortly after, her health was a steady decline which resulted in her death. the best they said they can do is give free antibiotics.

i'm not 100% sure if they only do dogs cause the first time i called they told me they don't do cats which i found very surprising i was hoping they did, i'd probably have to go to gp or edmonton to get my cat groomed.

Dr Murphy and Dr Liz helped us get through the terminal diagnosis of our 24 year old gelding. They performed the required tests and sought a second opinion from an equine expert. Their compassion and empathy at the sad decision we faced helped ease the grim reality of the situation. Thank you both!

Ordered specific snacks (that my fur baby adores) by phone & they brought it to my car in their parking lot & I paid on the portable debit machine. They do e-transfer too. Ordered other goodies that were out of stock & they called me a few days later when they arrived! Terrific!
