The technician and the veterinarian were exceptional. Even the price was reasonable as I called on a Sunday. The veterinarian even called the next day to check up in my dog. I was very impressed. I definitely recommend this clinic for your pet family member or members. Thumbs up!!

My wife and I unfortunately had to take our dog there and it ended very sadly. However the way we were treated could not have been more compassionate and empathic. The doctor could not have been more sincere. It made our tragic experience much easier to cope with and I can't thank the doctor enough for how she dealt with the incident.

First experience was not goid to be honest, i understand it is a busy place but not enough communication, as to reminders before surgery, call on the day of surgery and taking off stitches, we are not honestly happy and hope it is just us

The staff at NVS have a lot of respect for their clients and patients - it was evident in the ways they interacted with me, my dog, and eachother at our appointment today; and it's evident in the work that they do as a team. They're very professional and take the time to educate, explain, and make recommendations. I was very impressed with the level of service we received, the kindness of all staff we interacted with and the cleanliness of the facility. I can't say enough good things about this clinic. I love the doctors, they are very knowledgeable and I liked how they handled my dogs. However, the ladies up front are useless. I feel like I get nowhere talking to them, they often have an attitude. I've switched to WBSAH ever since this place couldn't take an emergency I had.

Long wait times, consistently pushing you to wait for after hours appointments just to make extra money out of you for pre existing conditions. Unwilling to help with previous issues reoccurring without being examined yet again, even within their time limit. Very dissatisfied all around. As much as they do to help and care for pets they also really don’t care at all. Thanks!

I am evacuated from my home in the North Okanagan (second time around, I was here during the fire 5 years ago), and having understood my circumstances, they went above and beyond to help me. If you have an emergency, you need to research which vet is on call. If it's not this place, they will not take in your pet. I had to come in to get my one dog weighed and at the time I wanted my other dog to be looked at because she fell. I would have been fine paying the emergency fee, but the lady up front kept telling me to go to the on call vet all the way in Thickwood. She wouldn't even ask a doctor if they could just look at my dog. Other than that, Dr.Landsbergen is great. She found a heart murmur on my dog, which my previous vet never noticed.

Very professional response to my dog's situation. Would recommend a urine test before blood and x-rays... Start with the cheapest diagnostics and work your way up as needed.... Had a positive experience, every employee encountered was extremely competent and had pride in their services.

Easily one of the best vets we've been to. The front office staff are friendly, and great at what they do, and the vet tech's and veterinarian's are so knowledgeable and take the time to answer any questions and concerns we've had. Would absolutely recommend them!

Dr fielding is an awsome vet. But they seem to be the only vet that never has there schedules prepared. And are on a skeleton crew which makes no sense as it's only the dog that goes in. Got told a few months ago they didn't have there scheduel for a few weeks but don't bother calling back the first few days cause its going to be to busy. So I tried again today and was told they didn't have appts for May and there Jun scheduel isn't ready which fine but I asked when it was gonna be ready and got rudly again by the older lady at reception that she doesn't know and This time my dog just started having seizures with her age and was told there is nothing they can do not even put me on a list. The older reception lady is as rude as it gets. The younger reception is at least kind and explains stuff and makes the incompetence a little bit easier to handle.
