They take every covid precaution at this clinic. I took my cat in for a second opinion after months of having to wear a cone to keep her from scratching her eyes out. The vet explained in detail what he thought was going on which differed from the other vets diagnosis, and gave me a different path to follow which could finally get her out of this damn cone. I am hopeful and happy to try something new. We'll see how it goes!!

The staff and Dr. Miller are very friendly and professional. Dr. Miller always takes the time to ask lots of questions about my pet's issues, and to ensure I fully understand what my options are regarding treatment and costs. I've moved out of the neighbourhood but find it worth the trip back to visit midlake veterinary clinic regardless.

My in-laws take their puppies here and now we take our 9 month old puppy to and I have to say this is the best Veterinary Clinic that I have ever been to. They are so good with the animals and they make sure to do complete checks and go through everything in detail with you! Our puppy just had his neuter there and they did such an amazing job and he healed so quickly! I highly recommend both of the Vet's that work here!

Can't say enough positive things about this place, the receptionists were friendly and helpful when we called to inquire about dental services. Our apt went well, my dog is kind of scared of people he doesn't know and they treated him with so much love he wasn't nervous at all! The vet came out to explain everything on the pre determination sheet, explained every charge and what it means, I highly highly recommend this vet clinic.

Both Vets, Dr. Miller and Dr. Allison are caring and amazing. My little Yorkie cross had a frozen tail and was in pain recently. Dr. Miller helped so much with her recovery and now she is back to being a tail wagging joy. Dr. Allison checked her and found her to be doing so much better after she was diagnosed with pancreatitis. She was very sick. Dora does not shake and doesn’t mind her vet appointments. She likes both vets, so I’m very comfortable with her seeing either one at any time. Thank goodness for such caring people even during these had times during the pandemic. Paperwork to the insurance company was done swiftly and accurately as to me being compensated from the insurance company in a timely manner.
