Took my dog and cat here to get fixed and have nothing but great things to say about them! My dogs a farm dog and nervous inside and they handled him with no issue! Won't go to any other vet in whitecourt now!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Able to answer questions quickly and stock some specialty food as well for dogs and cats. Call ahead and have your meds ready, for quick pick up.

Great Staff and vet. Took my 8 month old kitty here for her Spay in January and it went great. Barely any incision. great pricing and took good care of her while I was at work for the day. I called in for some extra pain meds because she likes to play a bit rough with my other kitty, so i was worried she might have pulled on her stitch. she came around on day 3-4 and is as good as new! I will be coming back again for her future needles.

i thought it was awesome my dog tries to bite everyone last time my dog ripped out one of her dewclaws I had to get her put to sleep at a different Veterinary Clinic and they were able to remove it without any problem way cheaper

These people are actually Angel's. I have never been so impressed and absolutely floored by the level of service, compassion, empathy, understanding and 200% over and above level of care. have been with various Vet's over the years in Kamloops and Whitecourt/Mayerthorpe and I by far prefer these beautiful souls. One of the key points I took note of was the legitimate discomfort with billing and adding charges to my bill for my Min-Pin that recently required hospitalization and an emergency visit late at night at the mayerthorpe location. Janelle,Kayleigh, Sarah and Claire have healers spirits and all the staff at both locations were incredibly patient informative calming and obviously love there careers and the fur babies for which they care.

I think the doctors and staff are amazing.I lost my precious dog a month ago suddenly and the care and compassion helped me through this horrific time.A few days later I had another visit with my older dog and he was treated with new meds and although he has a terminal illness he is eating better and he is enjoying his life - Thank you
