This clinic is fabulous!! I take my cat to get Soft Paws on and for annual check ups. The staff all seem to genuinely love animals and my cat always gets efficient, affectionate care. They're great about making appts that work for me. I live in Edmonton but drive to Sherwood Park because I can't imagine having to go anywhere else!

I have had the opportunity to use three of the Vets within a short period of time. The first time was for lice for both my dogs. I was sent home with the proper shampoo and instruction of follow up. My one puppy is very touchy but was handled very well during examination and did not go into battle. The second visit was with one of my puppies having an upset stomach and backing off her food. Again I was given medication and instruction which had her back in the feed dish with her usual gusto. The third visit was just a follow up to check her over. I would and have recommended this Clinic and have no hesitation in taking my ornery/touchy boy and sweet girl to visit any of the Vets in this Clinic.

We have two boxers (our babies) who are always in the best hands when they’re at Granada. Starting from the front end, Jenn is the sweetest and always a pleasure to deal with any questions or concerns and Jared Lawrence is the best of the best! He’s performed a few surgery’s on our pups and he always does an amazing job. He’s extremely honest and is an incredible vet. We always trust him with our dogs no matter what the situation. The best vet service by far. We took our 6 month old puppy to Granada for his neuter, microchip, and tattoo and we were very pleased with the service. The lady was very professional and welcoming when we came in to drop him off. She explained the procedure in detail and reassured us on any questions. The in and out process was very personable and they took their time to make sure he was comfortable in which we enjoyed that a lot, since the last vet clinic just got him in and out as quick as they could. The prices are also very reasonable for their services offered. He even got a complimentary nail trim. I would 100% recommend this clinic to anyone looking for somewhere to take their fur babies. I did not get to enter the building on this visit Willow was here for an x-ray to see how many babies she would be having I was sad I couldn’t be with her to see but they were so awesome sent me the pictures of the new little ones made my day. We just moved to Sherwood Park, and we had to unfortunately put our long time cat down shortly after. Thankfully we found this clinic. All the staff is so kind, and they really made that difficult time sting a little less. We already have taken a second pet in for routine shots and exam, and the new puppy we just got this weekend will be going in soon.

We always had no problem with this clinic... We took our new pet lab dog to them for usual visits. The last one was neutering... The cone of flimsy plastic cracked in one day...from previous procedures cones were more thicker plastic so we mentioned this... They wanted to charge for a second cone anyhow... We left message for vet/owner ..he never called....we bought another but eventually called back and got the vet...he said do you know how busy I am? We just explained that we hoped that the cone would last for the week needed... He said to take it up with the manufacturer...I think we will just take out dog to another vet who has better customer service skills

Been bringing my dogs here for many years. Sadly the vets seem to have changed greatly and it feels like more push for meds (which are pricey) and less insightful vets than what I experienced the first 11 years of bringing my pupper there. IDK, I am still deciding if worth staying or finding a new vet closer to home now.

It was my first time taking my dog Bailey to this vet clinic and what an amazing experience it was! The receptionist was so kind and patient. Update: We have been going to Granada Vets now for 2 years and they still get ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from me!! I have updated this to include my 4 legged kids ???? I have been looking for a new vet for a while and I’ve been having no luck with other vets I visited, they were either extremely rude or didn’t have time to talk to me. Then I entered Granada Vets.. Wow what a first experience. Upon my initial visit to check them out, the receptionist was so pleasant and super helpful and made me feel very welcome. She was very knowledgeable and I felt at home with them. I had my first visit with my two kitties on September 6 2018 and we had a great experience; Dr. Jared Lawrence was hilarious throughout the whole appointment but yet professional and the rest of vet team from vet techs to receptionists were also so friendly and very helpful. Thank you for being kind and caring to my fur-baby’s. See you next time!

I have been taking my cat here for over a year now and I absolutely love all the staff. I brought both of my cats in yesterday, one for stitches removal (that were originally done at an emergency clinic) and the other just to get an accurate weight. Even though the stitches were put in at a different veterinary clinic, I was not charged for the removal of John stitches. I highly recommend Dr. Lawrence and his staff for outstanding veterinary care!

Can't say enough good things about Granada, and Dr. Jared Lawrence. We've been taking our pets to Granada for many years, and couldn't imagine going anywhere else. A few years ago our golden was diagnosed with cancer, and we had quite the roller coaster ride with her, but Dr. Lawrence was extremely sensitive and helpful throughout. Although she has since passed, we she was able to live out the rest of her life in the best way possible. We now have a new pup, and kittens, who see them, and the rest of my family takes their pets to them as well. Highly recommend this clinic for your fur babies!

They were able to quickly get my dogs in for vaccinations before they went to boarding and the included physical was a good opportunity to discuss specific needs for both my elderly dog and young one!

Our dog needed to be fixed and I wanted the best price with the best care and I do believe we got that at Granada. Hank already had a clinic we'd see but obviously they weren't impressing me so I looked around. They were so informative and caring plus the price was lower than most clinics in Sherwood Park. I would reccomend them and we will definitely go back.

For the last several years, I have been taking my little adopted dog, Cholo (from Mexico) to the clinic and everyone is always so awesome. Recently, it was time to let our little Kitty go to kitty heaven. She was 20 years old, losing weight and suffering from a number of physical ailments. It was one of the hardest things I have ever done. When I arrived they immediately escorted Kitty and me to a private room especially designed for a very relaxing last few moments with your faithful pets. Everyone was so gracious and understanding and knew how hard it was. Kitty's last moments were peaceful while resting in my arms. Thank you everyone and also for the sympathy card we received in the mail. That was a nice touch!

Brought our new fur baby in for her second shots, staff was very friendly upon check in and the veterinarian was extremely kind to both the puppy and myself. The cost was way less than I was expecting for a check up and immunization, and they even clipped the puppy nails as a courtesy. I’m glad I found a perfect vet within walking distance from my home, and puppy is too!

I've been taking my dogs to Granada Veterinary Clinic for years, and the vets have always been very kind, professional and genuinely concerned for my dog's well-being. On the couple of occasions I've had to take my current dog to the emergency clinic in Edmonton outside business hours, Granada has always called to check in and see how he was doing and if I had any questions or concerns. My sister recently had to have her dog put to sleep and the staff was extremely sensitive and helped her get through the very difficult event; they're a really great partner in a pet's life from beginning to end. I would definitely recommend Granada Veterinary Clinic to any pet owner.

Contrary to everyone who had given their rave reviews here, I will do the opposite. As that's how I felt I was treated - not so great experience. No need to doubt me if you don't want to believe, but I am still putting my review regardless, as this is my own personal experience towards the clinic. Been going to this clinic since I got my pup, but lately, the service has becoming sloppy. Last visit cost me $65 to only assess my pet (my dog was limping). No medication given nor done any examination. I called that cash grabbing. Then I called in again (2-3 weeks later) as my dog was limping again. They said they couldn't admit him as his emergency is not that severe. How could someone knows the severity of an illness if not looked at. Very disappointed. I switched right away to Park Veterinary Clinic. They were able to admit my dog right away. I know mine could be one negative among all good reviews, but at least it's enough to be a warning. So please be careful before admitting your pet here.

My newest little girl has some medical issues and if it wasn’t for Dr. Lawrence’s persistence, passion and expertise my little girl would not be with us today. I just got back from the best vet experience I've had yet with any of my dogs! Dr. Lawrence was friendly, knew his stuff and you could tell he loves animals. I went in with dental concerns, and was pleased to find out he deals with this on a regular basis! He spent a lot of time explaining things and to top it off, I was very happy and surprised with the price I paid for the checkup and shots! Highly highly recommend going here.

I first came in to the clinic worried about my cat who is... well older then time (no really he is my little geriatric feline). He was getting a very strange irritation all through out his skin and after a few tests and a change of diet he was back on track to out living me! I couldn't believe how quickly the problem was resolved and how inexpensive it was to find the resolution. Sometimes I find Vet's can get you at your most vulnerable time- especially if you are the "I would do anything for them (as if they were your kids) type- like me. I didn't feel taken advantage of at all; in fact, I received such great care for my cat that I have also brought my Bullador (Bull Mastiff/ Black Lab) there for a check up, an update on her shots and well even just for a quick visit! Once again I just can't say how happy I am with the service at this clinic. It has been NIGHT and DAY compared to the clinic I had previously used in the past and I just thought writing this review might others who have been "tainted" like me a fresh outlook on Veterinarians. - Cheers

Took my cat to see Dr. Soles. She was gentle, patient and knowledgeable. Diagnosed him with a urinary track infection and didn’t put him through any unnecessary and traumatic tests. I found her to be very genuine and she talked with me, rather than down to me. Prices were reasonable and she even found me a cheaper alternative to his special urinary food without me even asking. So many vets make you feel inferior especially when you aren’t willing to pay top dollar for their expensive premium food. I really liked her down to earth approach. Love how she treats my animals ( I now bring my dog to her too!). Highly recommend Dr. Soles.
