Absolutely the best place to bring your pets for any medical care they need! I am not just an avid cat lover, who has rescued many cats, but also a very picky consumer when it comes to customer service! There are no wait times (well, at least we never had to wait for more than a couple of minutes for the vet to come in). The staff is incredibly polite and happy. The veterinarians are super - get to the point right away, address the concern of the pet owner, never impose any procedures. Pricing is so reasonable - it is really unbelievable how reasonable they are! Couple of times they did not charge us a penny for trimming nails and some other small procedures. They go far and beyond - this place is a REAL TREAT for any pet owner! All three of our boys are super healthy (including 17 year old Junior), Thanks to the FMVC! Love them!

Needed emergency services for our family dog in the middle of the night and Dr.Jena was incredible! We will be back in the future should we ever need. This is one of the cleanest and incredibly spacious clinics I've ever been to. The doctor did x-rays after hours; which some clinics will not do surprisingly. Still early on prognosis for our pupper but he is feeling so much better already and hopefully all goes well. But I trust this clinic to ensure perfect follow up care. Thank you Dr Jena for putting us all at ease, your patience, and giving our dog the best care while you showed him genuine compassion. The world needs more professionals like you. We appreciate your expertise and suggestions for our other fur babies as well, despite the middle of night hours.

Our German Shepard got caught in a coyote snare early on a Saturday morning, all the vets closest to us were closed so we called Fort Macleod Vet clinic, and they let us rush him there. We got him in immediately upon arrival. The vet, Dr. Kala Vanvuuren, and her assistant were absolutely amazing. They were so polite and kind, very thorough in their examination of him, and assuaged all of our fears. They gave him astounding care, and helped us more then any vet we've ever been to. We are overwhelmed with their kindness and consideration of our situation. We will be making the trek to them whenever we need any assistance, they have earned our complete loyalty with all of our animals.

We have been taking our dog here for a few years and every time we go its always fantastic service! You can tell everyone loves animals and their work. Our dog is always happy and comfortable in the exam room. The vets are always through with exams and are highly knowledgeable with any questions we have. They are also very reasonably priced. Just went and took our pup Brooklyn to get spayed there and omg the staff are absolutely amazing. I was so worried about taking my baby for surgery the staff even texted me pictures of her to assure me she handled it very well. The staff are super compassionate and caring. The prices are great. They came in under the quoted price (which they have done multiple times - I would rather be quoted high and billed lower) it’s always a pleasant surprise. They even trimmed her nails while she was under. The staff are always quick to answer questions and are seriously so nice. I’ve called around to a few other places before booking her spay in and the girls at other establishments sometimes had an attitude on the phone. But not here. Very professional and caring. Would absolutely recommend. They are the best in Lethbridge and surrounding area. The vets all care about your pet like it’s their own. They do an absolutely amazing job. Plus the new building is really really nice. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They saved my sister's cat's leg. When he broke it, the local vet simply hastily splinted it and told her to book a surgeon elsewhere. Other clinics were asking 4500-3000 for the operation he needed. The veterenarians here got him in the next day, and back home to us a day later in much less pain for a third of the price. I will be bringing my own animals here from now on.

Our 3 year old lab X was having knee issues for over a year and was becoming lame on his hind leg. It was determined that he needed TPLO surgery and the quoted cost in Calgary was 7-8k and Okotoks 5-6k. Money was a concern for us as was the quality of life for our dog so after calling around, Ft. McLeod Vet had a very good price which included all blood work, x-rays and even laser therapy at the end - NO HIDDEN COSTS. Our dog was so well taken care of by Jamie and Dr. Todd Baker, Jamie went as far as to text me a picture post surgery and Dr. Baker was on the phone with me at 3am after my dog didn't react well to his take home meds. I honestly cannot say enough good things about the clinic, staff, treatment of my dog and level of comfort they have brought to us during this difficult time. Thank you Todd, Jamie and all the ladies who have greeted us or picked up our many calls. It really is appreciated!

They were so kind during a really frustrating time. Despite the best efforts, Boots crossed the rainbow bridge. My Dexter (dog) had cancer in his hind leg, Dr. Baker amputated the limb... In the Utterly most difficult decision I've ever faced, Dr. Baker and his staff were absolutely amazing, patient, and caring people. This was my first visit to this clinic, and they treated me as though I had been a client for years. Surgery went well, my boy is home recovering comfortably. (Not to mention dexter rarely likes people he's never met, but was licking Dr. Bakers hands in under a minute of meeting him!).

Our Fort Macleod born Border Collie Maddie was part of our lives and grew up with our family for 15 years almost to the day .Cancer had forced us to make a very difficult decision to put Maddie asleep. Shortly prior to this we had to put asleep our Cat Princess which we had 18 great years . Unfortunately our experience at a different clinic with Princess was so terrible and an extremely traumatic experience for our family to witness. Absolutely unbelievable clinic. We brought both our Golden's to be seen by Dr.Baker. Cooper needed 2xTPLO surgeries and Polly needed to be spayed. The care was beyond acceptional and the aftercare was far better than what our pups would have received in Calgary. No complications, no hidden costs and plenty of time to discuss recovery and recommendations. They really looked after our pups so well. So well in fact we will drive from Calgary to have them seen when needed.

We are so grateful to the team at this vet clinic. We brought our old dog in to have a tumor removed. Our dog has a heart murmur and we were worried about the anesthetic. The vet there was so compassionate and understood our worries but also gave us straight up answers as to the complications we could be facing. I'm happy to say that Kona survived the surgery and is doing well. I hate to put a price on the health of our pet, but that was a huge concern for us. The cost for this surgery was at least half what we were quoted in the city where we live.
