Dr Miranda is honest and caring, she gives honest advice and it certainly shows that she loves what she does. Honestly, I don't know what to say other than what a disappointing experience. Both doctors called us to say Forzley was sick and what was required. That was April 1. We did all that was said and NO ONE called to see how it was going. Forzley is not doing well. I called and they said send an email. Really??? We have since changed vets. I am only giving 1 start as the receptionist Jamie was concerned.

Dr Kibblewhite is our usual vet, and she is absolutely wonderful! She is always on time, and has answered all of my questions with such intelligence and patience. She provides all the information we need, and helps us feel empowered to act in the best interest of Chester's health and happiness. My mother recommended this clinic, as her dog was a long time patient until her passing last Christmas (at the age of 16!), and my mother couldn't say enough good things about this clinic. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who is looking for a top notch vet!

By far the best clinic we've taken our pets to. They are so caring and compassionate during every visit. Dr. Logan did an amazing job answering questions over the phone and staying in touch with us after our sweet cat needed dental surgery. On our most recent visit the technician that came outside to get our puppy was so patient with him when she weighed him before taking him into the exam room, as he can be nervous meeting new people. This was so appreciated as we want him to have positive experiences every time he goes to the clinic. Dr. Matthies was also very knowledgeable and made sure all of our questions were answered. I know that the staff will treat all of our animals with kindness, and because of these great experiences we don't need to worry about our pets while the clinic is following COVID measures.

We used Foothills Animal Hospital and Dr. Logan for a referral for a challenging behaviour case. The appointment was set up within a decent time frame and we were brought into the clinic safely ensuring there were not other animals in the clinic or the waiting area at the time. Dr. Logan was logical, but also personable and listened to all of our notes about the dog and offered reasonable feedback that helped us come to a decision. Have recommended her to other clients and cases as we appreciated her help and expertise. Highly recommend for those looking to make decisions with difficult behaviour cases especially.

We used to take our dogs to this place but now I think it's time to stop. Prices have gone up significantly. My husband took our elderly dog for an exam today and had to wait an hour and half past the appointment time to get seen. Then the Vet kept pressing him to preform all these extremely expensive procedures that were not necessary. I was quoted $1,400 to extract two teeth by this place, took my dogs to Nanton clinic and paid less than that to clean, extract, vaccines and yearly check up for 2 dogs for less than what Foothills quoted me for one dog and 2 teeth. So long Foothills, you won't be seeing us again.

One of the best vets I’ve taken my animals to. Only issue I have with this clinic is the hours they are open and the access to be able to get my pet in on short notice. Has been a couple times I’ve had to go to another vet in Calgary because I felt the issue was too serious to wait the amount of time it would’ve taken to get them seen here. If you have cats dr Kibblewhite is very knowledgeable and always follows up.

Foothills Animal Hospital is the best place to take your animals. I have 3 dogs and they look after each one of them ranging in age from 3 years to 2 months. The vets and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. From the minute you walk in until the minute you leave your dog is treated amazing. They make sure you understand what they say and answer any question I have had for them. If you take medication home, they make sure you know exactly how to give it to your dog. I would highly recommend this vet clinic. I live in Calgary and drive to Okotoks just for their friendly service.

We have been "patients" of Dr. Logan's clinic for several years now and their care for our cats has been nothing but fantastic! We have the sometimes complex challenge of our wonderful Savannah (Stanley Oliver) who tends to break the "cat" mold, and everything else he gets into! Over the years we have been faced with the inability to vaccinate him due to a fairly severe reaction to the injection. After this years exam, Dr. Hillary took it upon herself to contact the vaccination lab and consult with their doctor to plan out a procedure to allow the safe administer of the Rabies vaccine. After consultation with both Dr. Logan and Dr. Hillary, under the watchful eye of the clinic's staff, Stanley spent the day at the clinic with great success! Dr Logan claims to be a specialist with fear aggressive dogs. My GS was brought in to her for vaccines and she totally treated him like a criminal from the get go. He had not even growled at her, showed no aggression and yet she placed a huge cage on him, didn’t even give him treats or talk to him. She just stood back giving orders IN her 4 inch Stilleto high heels! How UN professional for a vet. Trust me she is not what she claims to be. She is all about collecting your money. I had wonderful experience elsewhere in SE Calg.

We have a high anxiety pitbull cross dog and finding a vet when we moved to Okotoks was a scary idea because we wanted someone who could work with him to make the vet not such a scary place. We wanted a vet that wouldnt look at him as "just another dog" but a friend for that appointment. We found that at Foothills Animal Hospital. Miranda Logan is so friendly and takes her time to make our pets feel comfortable EVERY time you take them in. The first few minutes of each appointment is spent giving your pet bum scratches and "lovins". Once they are comfortable then she proceeds with the appointment. The decisions she makes in regards to treatment are ALWAYS in the best interest of your pet and we have never felt they have made us spend "pointless" money. Both of our dogs love Miranda and her staff at Foothills Animal Hospital. It truly was the best choice for our anxiety dog and our young dog just adores her and her team as well. You will not be disappointed.

I took my behaviourally challenged pup to the clinic for a consult last week. It was a wonderful experience. Staff were all helpful and knowledgeable regarding a fearful dog like my Molly Mae. They made it as easy as possible to help her have the best experience she could have. And, me too! Dr Logan is very knowledgeable and engaged, makes sure clients understand what she is recommending and why, clearly interested in each of her patients and makes herself very available for consults outside of appointments. We drove 4 hours each way and will be doing it again...behaviour problems do not resolve quickly!

Our pets have been in the attentive, loving care of Dr. Logan and the Foothills Animal Hospital team for years - first for behavioural guidance then continuing on for physical health maintenance, more serious health and/or behavioural issues along the way. When we've had to make the heartbreaking decision to send our fur babies over the Rainbow Bridge, we were touched to see how much the team grieves too. We receive the same level of respect and compassion during every single visit no matter the purpose. Appointments have always been a conversation about options and questions are always welcome. The follow up calls and communication to check in with us after an appointment are above and beyond. Our pets are our babies and deserve the best. You won't find a more dedicated team.

This review is long overdue. I have been with Foothills Animal Hospital since I brought my puppy for her first vaccine appointment 11 years ago. Not only did they play with Fanny on the floor to make sure she was comfortable, they have guided us through the years on the best options for her care as she has been a bit of a challenge healthwise at times. I wish my doctor's office would follow up half as well as Foothills Animal Hospital does! Keep up the great work during these challenging times ladies. We appreciate you all!!!

Dr Logan is amazing! She talks in layman terms that both my dog and I can easily understand and follow through with exercises. Her expertise in behaviour training is so extensive, I only feel bad about not finding her sooner. This is going to be a tolerable thunder season with her help beforehand. The people at this vet clinic are terrible in 10 minutes they reviewed $1000 worth of things that needed to be done to my dog when he had been checked up previously at a different clinic and they had said everything is fine. The vet and vet tech were even scared of my 19 pound lap dog that loves everyone and has never bit anyone in his 4 years of life. It seemed that from the moment I met them that they were going to be extremely terrible and rude to me and my dog. Would not recommend this horrible vet and with how many other ones there are in Okotoks I would recomend any other one over this one.

Best choice I've made for my dog. After about 2 years of multiple health issues, one of our friends recommended this vet office. We tried them out, and they have been amazing to work with and have been able to get our dog on track! Their hours are accommodating, they can be reached anytime and always get back to you right away, even if you just have a question to run by the vet. I have since gotten 3 of my friends to switch over to them, and I continue to strongly recommend them to anyone.
