We have been taking our dog Bel-Air here for years and now our rescue dog Muffin. The staff is so patient and loving with them. Like they are part of their own family. And they always phone you a few days later and follow up with you and ask how everything is going and if you have any questions, LOVE that so much ❤. This is the best place to take any kind of animal. We have had our whole pet family throughout the years go to this clinic. The staff is very plesant and personable. When we were at end-stage of life with our prior pets they did their best to help us maintain our pets until their health declined. they are compassionate and caring. I have seen them deal with strays that have been brought in by regular people and the city of calgary services and any pet gets the best care possible. I can't say enough about the staff and the doctors who work here. we have so many stories of how they have gone above and beyond for our family. would recommend them to everyone!!

I want to thank the great staff at this clinic. They are so gentle with our babies and understanding of the guardians. I went with a friend when she took her cat in, and when I saw how lovingly they handled her baby, I immediate had my cats files sent over to them. They understand financial situations and don't make you feel like a terrible guardian when finances become an issue. They listen and care. Even during this time of isolation, I feel my babies care is being addressed. The vet even called and spoke to me for 15 mins a few days after the appointment. My baby is 18 and poorly. The vet understands it is quality of life and isn't pushing for expensive tests, they'd be nice, but I don't feel guilt. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS VETERINARY CLINIC. Your babies will thank you.

She has grown and love being able to show her off while I'm out and about. Also professional and affordable. I paid 125 for all her first shots and deworming including the first check up.

This was previously my vet, but no more. In April, took my dog in for an open sore on her leg. She saw Dr. Trish Knowler who diagnosed a "hot spot"(it didn't look like any hot spot I had ever seen), then yeast, then Staph infection. Meanwhile my dog is getting sicker, the lesions have spread to 20 places on her skin, she has lost 20% of her body weight, has had Rxs for shampoo, antibiotics, diarrhea meds. Finally, after 4 months, takes a biopsy on Thursday, take her to the Animal hospital on Saturday, Monday's results: Lymphoma. She died Monday night. Dr. failed to make a referral when she didn't know what the problem was. Also, the staff began to treat me like a nuisance, often didn't even consult Dr. about my questions when I called; told me losing 6 lbs in three months (on a 30 lb dog) wasn't anything to worry about. With early treatment, my little dog had a chance at 12-24 more months with her family. We were robbed.

I get my dog's teeth cleaned yearly, I thought I would try a new vet as this one is closer to me now. They quoted me a cleaning starting at 900 minimum up to 2500.. I've never paid more than 600 even when teeth needed to be pulled. I will not be booking here.

I have a beautiful rescue which I adopted. He was petrified of vets but loves loves loves the staff here. His first visit they took turns meeting him with treats and talking to him. He walks in now and plunks himself on the scale. No shaking or any aggression since coming here. They provided me with all kinds of info on different foods for him with the daily calorie intake of each one. I can’t say enough of how happy I am with them for my Auggie. Very caring and pleasant staff.

Attended this vet clinic a couple of times now for our cat Sophie and have been very pleased with the vet techs and veterinarian. They take time to listen to all of your concerns, ensure they do what they can to make your pet more comfortable and calm, and will not force medications or treatment unless absolutely necessary. Keep up the great work there team.

I take all my pets here. The staff knowledgeable and kind. They know me and my pets. They remind me of vaccinations, checkups, and appointments by tech instead of phone calls or mail. Overall they're very well organized. When I brought my sick cat to them they had no hesitation with telling me to go to urgent care and didn't charge me for the visit.

My dog was huffing and sneezing the past couple days, and my regular vet wasn't able to see me today. I called and they got me in within an hour. The front staff were super friendly on the phone and in person. They went out of the way to say hi to my dog, and were knowledgeable. The vet (Dr. Lynn) was also very friendly and realistic. She gave me a ton of information regarding my dog, and I left feeling way more comfortable. My dog responded well to all of the staff. Nothing was pushed on me (insurance, foods, etc). Plus, the clinic is across Mcknight from my house!! Will definitely recommend and come back.

My cats dental procedure was canceled due to covid-19. I called them back to rebook and the receptionist was very abrupt and dooming tried to scare me away saying they won't do a good job just because I tied to go to another vet during the March covid shutdowns. It made me feel worthless. If you love your pet do some checking and find a place that cares. I thought they did but after getting their fair chunk of cash from me it seems they changed their attitude.

Horrible experience. I just moved to calgary and was seeking a reliable vet as my dog was pooping out worms. She clearly had roundworms as the worms were 6 inches long and clearly visible. The vet tried to prescribe my dog some medication for diarrhea (the diarrhea only happened when she acquired the parasites). She tried to prescribe me powdered pro biotics for her digestive system and medication for diarrhea. I suggested we should wait till the meds from the dewormer become effective but she ignored what I said and tried to charge me for the extra meds. It's been 2 days and my dog's poop is back to normal and her energy has returned (this was from the dewormer only). The vet kept complimenting my dog to prevent me from talking about the actual cause of her sickness. The fact that she was deliberately trying to shut me up was the biggest put off. I brought up this complaint with the head vet and she made up some lame excuse to defend the other nurse. There are many great vets in calgary! Please avoid this vet clinic at ALL costs!!!

I did my research before pulling the trigger on just any veterinary clinic, I was recommended a few good ones throughout the city but this one stood out to me because of the google reviews. So I decided to call and see what their rates were and ask for more information on their doctors, before I even got to asking any questions I had the best conversation with the receptionist, I’m a new dog owner and had a ton of questions, the lady I spoke to (I wish I got her name) was so friendly, we spoke for about an hour and after that I knew they were the one so I booked and to no surprise the staff and doctor were extremely nice❤️ I would highly recommend!

This is not my regular vet, however this place was the only Veterinary clinic that was able to fit my cat in to get spayed. (she was in heat and having a hard time) It was $80 more then my regular vet but I could not wait until mid April. They were very friendly, explained the whole process and instructions in detail. I even got a follow up phone call to make sure Gingy was doing okay. They gave us a picture of our cat on a few tags and magnet. Super impressed with them! I would highly recommend this place. Thank you!

I was so blown away by the friendly staff and drs here. I took my ten year old dog here who was having tummy issues for the first time and was truly impressed on how sympathetic and accommodating they were with us. They put him on antibiotics ,and thankfully he is feeling better. The prices are affordable and the facility is clean and bright . the staff is friendly and are open late as well. Upon check out you get an id card with your pets picture and information on it and a magnet with their little face on it.. so cute .the next day we got a phone call checking up on my pup from the vet herself...blown away. We will definitely be coming here for all of my dogs needs and would highly recommend it here for anyone who wants great customer service and care for your furry friends.
